My wife has twice submitted an appointment on the cost cutters web site and twice the store has cancelled her appointment without even a phone call to let her know of the cancellation. The local salons excuse...the corporate office doesnt know our business. The the employee starts to yell at my wife on the phone like its her fault. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!

Grace does a wonderful job cutting my hair! She is so nice and easy to talk to, and she is such a genuine person. Grace really listens to what you want to have done and is very knowledgeable and experienced! I would highly recommend her as a hair stylist. And you cannot beat the prices here. She cut my hair during the pandemic. They are keeping the salon sterilized and limit the number of people right now, so call first for an appointment for the time being.

Had long hair. Not anymore. I received and amazing cut and the layers are great!!

Made an appointment online. Showed up for my appointment on time. Door was locked, sign on door that only appointments were allowed, (which at this point I confirmed I had) called the number on the door, no answer. My advice, call ahead to make sure or just go somewhere else.

Worst customer experience ever!!! Ive been coming here for many loyal years and today I was so disrespected. I made an appt Wed. and never heard from them as far as confirmation, then I call on the day of the appt and they tell me the online does not work so you need to call, they set it straight for an appt this afternoon, I show up and Im told that my assigned hair cutter left and there is nothing I they can do...I wont ever return and Im extremely disappointed because they did good work. Oh well.

I don’t think people realize how awesome cost cutters really is for women to go get a haircut or hair color or blowout… I used to go there in the past two years to have my hair bleached by Joey who doesn’t work there anymore and he always did an amazing job… When he wasn’t there I would either see Sarah or Grace who are both amazing women super friendly and have such a craft at their job!!These pictures were taken about a week and a half ago because I have had alopecia twice in the past nine years where one side of my hair just completely falls off and I did have extensions for a while but they are a lot of work and it’s the summer so they were hot and heavy… I took them out and I went to go see Sarah and told her my concerns about having a short haircut because I was very much afraid of not being able to pull my hair back into a ponytail and I’ve never had a short haircut in my life… Sarah listen to my concerns and we figured out exactly what to do and I have to say I love what she did! I can still pull the front back into a little pony and it makes me feel like myself and I’m actually going back to see her again within a week for some highlights and to maybe cut the back a little shorter… Sarah is a very caring and calm hairdresser and will listen to your concerns and even make suggestions if you’re open to it- thank you Sarah! You rock ❤️

Took my son there to get a hair cut and the lady did not do what i wanted. My girlfriend kept showing her how short we wanted his hair and we left with his hair still in his face. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE GO THERE. If your not capable of cutting a todlers hair you should not take the job. I feel i paid for nothing but only walking in the damn door

The wouldnt evan open there doors are clearly open one person in the chair and they just looked at me twiddling their thumbs I know we have a virus going but you could at least answer the phone when I called you looking straight at you through your window

I have gone here for years but today a cutter coughed on my head twice and I asked her not to do that again and all she could say was that she wasnt sick so dont worry about it. A small child knows not to cough or sneeze on someone and if you do, you dont do it a second time-disgusted-especially during flu season!!!

I have been going to cost cutter for 2 years over the last 3 months I have felt the staff has gone down hill ..... If I was looking for getting my hair cut at a school I would do so . My grandson got a stylist that looked and acted like she was high on drugs.... I tried to give this store another chance but after my experience today I WILL never return with that being said I will also make sure I tell everyone I know stay clear of this place.....

I use to like going here but not anymore. I found another place to get a good haircut.

Waited an hour and a half after being told I didnt need an appointment for just a haircut (and being told half an hour wait when I got there). The hairdresser was nice but missed big chunks of hair that I didnt see until I got home. Would have gone back to have it fixed but I didnt have another afternoon to spend there so I ended up just cutting them myself. If I wanted to do that I wouldnt have gone to have my hair cut by a professional. Will never go back and dont recommend you do either.

I arrived and showed them a picture of what I would look like and it 100% different and I felt bad that I didnt like it and that it was completely different from the picture but I told them and they did it again for me and it still looks Awful and nothing like what I wanted. They are very nice but my hair looks horrible and now I have to pay more to get it done again somewhere else and I am extremely distraught. They also left stains on the back of my shirt from the hair die. This is a good place for a nice cut but not for getting your hair colored

I went around January and I got a nice cut with layers and Emily was my hair dresser. She did great. However, I went again a few weeks ago and I asked for Emily but she wasn’t there so the hairstylist named Jen did my hair. Jen was really nice but honestly she messed up my hair bad with horrible layers... I’ve had layers for years never had a issue but these layers from her nooooo I’m ready to chop all my hair off I am very disappointed and upset! Never coming here again. My hair looks terrible.

I scheduled an appointment two hours prior to a cut I show up exactly on time to the minute and they tell me there was a computer error then apologized to another customer sitting out side and said I know your 30 minutes early but we’ll get you in and then push my appointment aside and had me sit outside and wait completely unprofessional will never go back again

Called made an appointment told them exactly what I wanted and they said yes. Just two simple Dutch braids. I got there and they spent an hour on one side and couldnt even do it! They were friendly tho I give them that. But damn get some more ppl in there who know how to do braids. No bueno
