So far I have no complaints. I just discovered this place a few months ago and my haircut has been on point every single time. The wait has never been more than 5-10 minutes. The prices are great considering the service youre getting. The shop has always been spotless whenever I have gone. They really take the time to clean up. All the staff wear a mask the whole time, they wipe down the seats before taking a new customer. Music is good, lighting is good, the place does not smell like chemicals. Staff are all really cool, always friendly.

Latino barbershop so they specialize in all hair types. They accept walks ins and have plenty of barbers to choose from. Some barbers are more skilled than others so take the time you’re waiting to pick one that fits your needs.Place is filthy though. Hair everywhere. I couldn’t stand it. Had to switch shops. I wanted to give it a 4, even a 5 but they need to clean up more regularly.

A simple barbershop. Went there 2 years ago because of the good reviews and I dont regret it. Diego gave me the first haircut 2 year ago and I kept going back there ever since because of him. Hes good at all kinds of haircuts, and he pays attention to details and he does exactly what you ask for. I was always satisfied. Even when I moved to Richmond for 6 months I still went to Diego for haircuts. Hes the man, I highly recommend him!

I called over the phone to let them know Im on the way. As soon I get there, they say theyre closed, more than an hour from closing time. Great way to do business. I think this is like a mom pop shop, they are better off conducting business from their basement

I have been going here because of convenience since it is close to my house. I must have tried 5 different barbers and they all SUCK!!!!!!!! worse barbers ever!!!!!!! they can not cut hair and never give a good beard line up. I am officially done trying them out every haircut is just as bad as the last one.. They need to learn how to cut hair they had to have gotten their barber licenses from a cracker jack box, coming from NYC this has been a horrible experience, I will travel the distance and go to black owned barbershop

The time they put in to give you a professional hair cut is unbelievable. they all do a great job. I and my son have been driving over 20 miles to go there for almost 4 years now.Thomas & John

Incredibly rude staff. Do not waste your time or money here.I just went in to get a haircut, and I was told they were closed. I pointed out that it was only 6:40pm and they dont close till 7pm, and the two gentlemen looked at each other and then ignored me. After that they didnt acknowledge me. Im not about to argue with someone who Im about to trust with cutting my hair.

I cant speak to their haircuts, but DO NOT go there for a beard trim! They literally shaved off parts of my beard. I have a very long beard that now doesnt start until below my ears! Im not Amish! His very first move was to just shave off a big chunk of beard. Find somewhere safe for your beard!

They do an okay job and lack communication skills. Had them butcher my beard years ago when I went in to get a trim for my wedding to the point that I shaved it off completely.

Only place I go to get my haircut.. All the barbers 💈 are skilled and ready to split ya wig.

I have been there twice and both of the times nobody greets you or says anything to you I waited one hour to get a haircut then the first guy that was available told me that he could not cut my hair because he was by appointment only and to wait until someone was horrible experience.No customer service whatsoever.

This place is on point. Fast frienly service. All the barbers are skilled and take thier time. Kev the owner, always takes care of me and does EXACTLY what I ask. Come out looking like a million bucks with each visit. Great barbershop environment too.

Took my brother here and he loved his haircut, they get what the client wants, its a friendly environment.

Not sure if its a sign of their overall professionalism, but Im sitting outside of the shop a full 20 minutes after their posted opening time and its dark and locked up. I guess operating hours are a suggestion. Not the best way to attract clientele.

My Sons loves this place is not Fancy but the barbers are excellent, they take their time cutting, shaving and giving the style. They are not in rush to take the next client.

Disgustingly hate this place. The people working here dont care about their customer. I think that is their culture but they should realize that they are in the USA where they have to care about their customers or they will run out of business. While giving haircut, they talk over the phone. Most of the times they speak loudly with their peers and laugh out load for no reason. The last time I went there they cut my hair in a funny way which made me look like a clown. Just dont go to this place. It is located on commerce street Springfield Virginia.

I honestly was trying to give this place a shot instead of driving to Woodbridge or DC. I never been to a place where they do not speak to the clients as they walk in unless you speak Spanish. Yesterday, I waited for a hour only to be told that he was done for the day and refused to cut my hair. They do a great job cutting but customer service skills lack significantly. Maybe its because Im not Spanish nor speak the language but I did call to ask if they cut other ethnic groups and I was informed that they did. Smh. I guess Ill drive 30 minutes out my way to get customer service instead of supporting a local business thats only 10 minutes away from me.
