Whoever Bree is shes rude period. Asked her to do starter locs and a simple request of atleast 100 two strand twists, with diamond parts. She claimed I was being too particular which makes no sense, because isnt it your job to fix a clients hair to THEIR standards?? If you dont know how to do it just say that. Not everyone just wants someone to play in their hair. This just shows me a lack of knowledge on this specific hair request. If you dont know how to do it, and arent willing to accommodate to make your clients happy dont offer the service. Do your job please.

Excellent barbers with a small town feel. The staff remembers their clients and provide great haircuts. I will miss their level of service since I have moved out of state.

By far the best! The staff are professional and skilled. The shop is clean and comfortable. Slow jams were playing for the grown ups pleasure and a Disney movie was playing for the younger clients.It is conveniently located near other businesses like a grocery store and restaurants, and parking was easy to find. Prices are also great for the amazing service you get. Highly recommend.

Located on the beautiful west side of Springfield this fast and friendly hair salon/barbershop has an spa vibe with modern luxuries from old-school straight razor shave services to flat screen TVs in the waiting area. They offer many varieties of services for men, children and women of many ethnic groups. This venue creates the perfect setting for relaxation and grooming. I will definitely be a returning customer and recommending them to my friends and family!

Well I can’t speak on How well they cut/steal hair here, However I walked in around 12:15 on a Saturday afternoon and all the barbers we with customers. As expected, So I expected a wait. After about 25 minutes A lady finishes her client, and appraaces me and asks are you so and so’s appointment. No, I replied. Well you don’t have the app she replied... Wich of course I don’t it’s my first time walking in here(I thought to my sealf). Her: you need to download that and make an appointment, Because were appointment only. Ok I said I start to download it and ask her can I make an appointment!? Her: Yeah but I can’t get you in until Tuesday.... Here’s what piss*%.me off. So instead of greeting me and helping a new customer(unbeknownst to her). Instead let me sit for 25 minutes just to tell me can’t help ya.... Horrible customer service....

Ive gotten a couple haircuts here, and both times have been a great experience. I had a different guy cut it each time, and they were both friendly and were really detailed. They always take their time and do a good job.
