John is a lier and a thief. John admits to not being an expert. I have screenshots.John lied about wheel and tire size then refused to return my money. I hope he fixes this today as he said he would. He claims to be a man of integrity, lets see.

These guys are so great. It reminds me of when I was a kid and youd pull into your local service station cuz your car was acting funny and the mechanic was friendly and helpful.I was over in west Eugene and needed help asap at 4:30 one afternoon. Knowing I could trust them, I rushed out to 28th & Main in Springfield, pulled in at 4:50, ten minutes before these guys were suppose to close up shop.They dropped what they were doing to help me a out of jam, offered to go above and beyond what was necessary. I said, No, Ill come back next week when I have the part I need to do the job right knowing they will be there.This is my third experience with this shop over the past few years and I am so grateful they are in business. Support them cuz we need shops like this one.

I will not recomend sergeant johns . we had a car painted and gave it back cuz it was chipping and bubbling and had an orang peel look to it and we had to get the law involved cuz they wouldnt give us the car back .. and the under quoted us and lied to us about many things.... and they have lots of people mad at them .. we are using legal force to get our money back ...
