Rick does not listen to the customer, just talks over and at them. Great way to lose business/trust. Lacks professionalism and I honestly recommend taking your business and hard earned money elsewhere.

Norm and Rick did a fantastic job of estimating the work, keeping me updated on anything else they found that needed to be repaired and asking me first before going ahead with the work. Ill be back for any other repairs on my 95 Nissan hard body truck!
