I needed a new left rear tire, AAA recommended Leonards and I had my car towed. I spoke with Len who advised me he would gave to order a tire. He called me a short time later to let me know he couldnt get the same brand and asked if I was ok with a similar tire. This impressed me and I had had my car back within the time-frame he quoted. I was so happy with the service, I had the other rear tire replaced. I highly recommend Leonards.

I recently moved into the area from Chicopee. I had an emergency brake problem with my car and my normal mechanic told me I shouldnt drive it at all. I called other garages within 2 miles of my new location and Leonards was the first to respond to my problem. I had same day service within 5 min of calling for help! Not only did Leonards repair my brakes but also calmed my nerves about the situation of my vehicle. Went there for a fuel pump,guy writes me a reciept that has a 30 DAY WARRANTY FOR THE PUMP,although suspicious I give him the benefit of the doubt,3 weeks later it failed again,I go get it done RIGHT, mechanic goes wow he just rigged the old one to work for a few smh for 500$, I call him and he hangs up on me,REMEBER ME?Probably does...

Len was extremely good. I had taken my 2004 Toyota Avalon to Town Fair Tire for some work they couldnt do the work because some of the parts were rusted badly. I looked at reviews and found Leonards Auto Repair nearby - my mechanic of 20 years had sold his business. Len did a first rate job and recommended another key bit of maintenance which we agreed to do. We had the car the next day - it rides like a limousine and his price was under his original quote - excellent work at a fair price. You dont find businesses like this very often. Id recommend Len if you care about your car. He is very helpful and fair minded.

I’m from out of state and my car stopped starting randomly. When triple aaa came out and told me it wasn’t the battery, it was something else they recommend Leonard’s. I was a little skeptical about bring my car to a shop in Springfield, especially one I’ve never been to before but I have to say choosing to have my car brought to Leonard’s was the best choice I’ve ever made. Their customer service is excellent, the phone was always answered immediately and they were able to explain what was wrong with my car in a way that I could actually understand it. Not only that but they had my car in and out in a day. If I ever need to I would definitely go here again.

Ive been going to Leonards for a few years now whenever Ive needed work done on my car. Have always had a good experience and Leonard himself is one of the nicest people Ive met. Incredibly helpful and always does a great job at describing what work was done and why it was needed.Recently, my cars timing belt snapped, and I needed to buy a new one. I called Leonard because he also sells used cars, told him what I was looking for, and within maybe 3 hours, he called me back saying he found the perfect car. Its in amazing condition, has low mileage, and runs perfectly. Leonard would not sell you anything that has something wrong with it, or anything he would not drive himself.If you need repairs or even a new car, check this place out, you will have a wonderful experience and will know for sure that this is the first place youll want to go the next time you need something.

Leonards was able to fit my Lincoln in last-minute for some pretty significant work - 2 front hub/wheel bearing assemblies and 2 sway bar links. I thought a strut might be broken and need replacing, so I mentioned that. Len was honest and straight-forward. He said the struts were fine; it was the sway bar links... other shops might have taken advantage of this. When I picked the car up, Len made a point of showing me the old parts and clearly explained how the parts failed. So, a big thank you to Don, who worked on my car, and to Len for being a straight shooter. Leonards has a new customer, and Im thrilled to have a local shop I can trust.

Went in because my car was making a noise when turning on. The man said it was an air filter duct that was worn out. So i had him replace it, charged me $300. Being a women im sure he knew i didnt know it was not that expensive, completely over charged me. Also the next day the car was making the same noise. Talked to a friend, and took the car in he told me it was definitely on the muffler. Brought it to Precision and they actually said it was a the gasket, they fixed it and no more noise. He basically didnt care about helping and also over charged me.

I had my vehicle towed to Leonard’s. I got a call 30 minutes later from Leonard talking down to me about the condition of my truck. It wasn’t his message it was his delivery that was the problem. He didn’t want to touch it. Could have been approached more professionally. Any how after explaining to Leanoard that the wires under the dash were for stock gauges and performance lights he told me the would look at it for $125.00 an hour. Which I thought was fair. I went and pulled all the stock gauges and wires out to make things a little more stream line for him. He could never look past the wires he first saw when the truck arrived. He made me feel extremely uncomfortable leaving my truck with him when he didn’t want to listen to anything I had to say and only cared that I knew how much his labor cost was. He also told me he looked at the truck for 20 minutes earlier that morning and I “tucked the wires up under the dash”, when I clearly removed them. That showed me how much time he really spent “looking” at my truck. Rest assure I wasn’t leaving it there for him to look I’ve any longer.

Recently I have been struggling with finding a place that wouldnt take advantage of me and repairs to my vechicle. I came across Leonards on line and called. I brought my vehicle in to fix the exhaust. Get a call 3 hours later saying my vehicle is in bad shape and they didnt want to work on it. Wouldnt even give me a estimate, pretty much saying its not worth his time to fix it. Saying itll cost more than the vehicle is worth.
