Unbelievable FAST and Quality work!My wifes car was down to 1% on her oil life and she had 2 major road trips to take. Being it was Sunday, I was sure that she wouldnt get it done soon enough. She went here at 1:00pm and they closed at 3:00pm. She was in and out within an hours time!Thank you for bailing us out of having to travel 100s of miles on expiring oil.

I got brakes and rotors put on at a fair cost, the service was good as well as the hospitality. I recommend this Jiffy lube, if asked for a good place to get your car serviced.

I was told my battery had low voltage 38%. My battery is a little over a year old. I was never told about the small oil leak. I read it on receipt. I never read receipts. I just paid my mechanic a lot of money to fix my car. I will never return to a Jiffy Lube.

This place is always busy, so you do have to wait for a bit. But once you get service it is fast, and the staff is very friendly and courteous.

“No appointment necessary” but I call on a Sunday to ask for price of safety inspection only to be told that they won’t do it until Wednesday. That was not what I asked for. I asked for the price of the inspection. Also, you shouldn’t say no appointments necessary if you don’t offer all your services every day.

Today, After my husband recommended that I go there for a transmission oil change.I explained to the guy; instead they changed my engine oil. When I realized it and confronted them about it, the manager threaten to call the cops on me because he claimed that I intentionally went there to trick them.It’s unfortunate this was my first time there.I am so upset about the levels of disrespect I received.

There are plenty of places closer but this is the only oil change place I use. Rarely ever there more than 20/30 minutes max unless they are doing more than one service. Very professional staff. Keep up the good work.

Went on a Tuesday morning around 10:30a and I was out in less than 20mins! & my total was less than $60 and for reference I drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee.

I used to get my oil changed somewhere else. Now I will only ever go to Jiffy Lube. They were so nice, and got the job done really quick. I was in and out in less than an hour, and that was in the middle of the day on Saturday. Great service!

Had my car inspected when I pulled up the one of the employees even told me it was a Kia dealer down the street the manager on duty act like he was to busy to do my state inspection I spoke with him personally no other customers was in the facility he was on the computer I had to remind him about customer customer service and I couldn’t see it he I was gonna have to get air 3 hours he then decided he could do it it 1 hour other customer came in and was wanted on right away I would hate to think I was because I was black and they were white. Just saying. I felt like it was personal I always use this establishment for my service never was I made to feel this way

I will be new to the area and was excited to see a local spot I could get my oil changed at, however, going to this place was a mistake. I got my car one year ago and **had not had any problems with it**. I went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and they rotated my tires. I drove home, and did not drive it until the next week (I dont need to drive to work), at which point one of my hubcaps fell off. Interesting right? No problems for a year... Jiffy Lube takes my tires & hubcaps off and switches them around and now a hubcap falls off.I contacted Jiffy Lube and they told me to come in and talk to the manager before 5pm. I drove 30 minutes that day to Jiffy Lube and arrived at 3pm. I was told the manager went home. The man who assisted me went into an office for at least 10 minutes before coming out, taking pictures of my car, and telling me the regional manager would call me Monday. By late Monday afternoon I had not received a call yet, so I called them. I was told Oh, he will be calling you tomorrow. So, not sure I would have gotten that memo if I hadnt reached out to them. Tuesday came and left without any call. Midday Wednesday, I called Jiffy Lube again. I spoke to a man who told me I indeed had spoken to a manager, that someone could have stolen one of my hubcaps, and that there was NOTHING they could do for me. Nothing. Now, if I were this manager, I would probably do SOME type of customer service / damage control - at the very least for all the trouble and lack of customer service on their end, notwithstanding the hubcap. I really must have been mad to think if they could not replace them then perhaps theyd offer a complimentary service or something for all the trouble... But no, they said we will not do anything for you.Dont go to this place. They dont understand customer service... It was almost as if I was a crook and went around to different places doing this as a scheme, which doesnt make any sense.**If you do go to this place, dont expect them to help you or take any accountability if they do something wrong.**

Well service at Jiffy Lube in Springfield was great I had about a 10 minute wait time before they got to my car I was in there about a half hour 45 minutes at the most I couldnt figure out how come they didnt have me some hot breakfast but lady but that was okay an expected all of the workers were very helpful courteous on point with what needed to be done they didnt try to sell me anything I didnt mean they did everything I did need except serve me breakfast but like I said thats okay we laughed they did a job and I went to breakfast Ive always gone there and Ill go back again thank you guys for all of your help

Had my car in and out for an oil change in 30 minutes on a Saturday afternoon. All staff were kind, courteous, and professional. The attendant walked me through all the services they could provide asking me what I wanted every step of the way, no up-selling here. Cost of services was average ($40 for full synthetic on 2010 Mazda3 after coupon) and they always have coupons. Car drove off the lot purring; the synthetic oil change I selected definitely made a positive improvement in my vehicles performance before a long road trip. Thank you! Highly recommended for a hassle-free honest oil change.

Amazing service and very professional. I’m new to the area and was pulling my hair out on where to get an oil change at. I have a high mileage vehicle and I knew she needed special care. Dan was very sweet and listened to what I wanted done and gave me all my options with detailed explanation. A bit pricey but I love the fact that I’m able to watch them change it. I have been to some places where they said they did an oil change and I realized a week later my oil was black and my filter was oil. Will definitely be coming back. 😁

The service was good. The people were friendly. My issue was the price of $104 for an oil change. I had to use synthetic oil which is traditionally $79. This Jiffy Lube charges more than ones in other areas. I will now be taking my 4 family cars elsewhere, where the prices are more consistent.

The Springfield Jiffy Lube is my go to store. The team here is very efficient and professional. They do quality work and they always have a coupon available for work. I would do my own oil changes but these guys and the price make the trip worth it. It does get busy so plan your trip around off hours.

Use Extreme CautionThis is a great place to get in and get out and get done fast, however I have to add after I got my first vehicle done. I got my second vehicle done a week later and two days later I got my third vehicle done oil changed and All Transmission changed but then I noticed it all three vehicles the brakes went. Brake light came on and at least one of the cylinders vehicle coincidence I dont think so

THEY COMPLETELY FORGOT TO ADD THE OIL I TOOK WITH ME. ROYAL PURPLE. THEN THEY HAVE THE AUDACITY TO SAY THAT MY CAR BURNT THROUGH THE OIL IN LESS THAN A MONTH. There are ZERO leaks and it was purring before I took it to them! Started acting up and after a couple weeks I check the dip stick. NO OIL... okay, I thought the dip stick was too short! NOT THE CASE!This location deserves ZERO stars. Could have completely ruined my engine had I not added more to it later that (bc They told me 5 quarts was not enough) day as they advised me to do... then added more two weeks later.

Solid job. Honest about repairs with me as far as I know. They are a bit slow, that I will say.I have been going there a long time. The past 5 years would be more of a four star experience, but the first 10 were more of a 2-3 star ... gotta make up for lost time.

AVOID!!! They will down right scam you if they get the chance! Spent an already pricey $200 for an oil change for the best synthetic oil they had and they did not change it AT ALL! My oil was low and was completely black even after they supposedly changed the oil! Do not go there! My engine light is already on and now I have to use my only day off this week to get my car serviced somewhere else and spend another $200 because of their scam!!! I was at the Springfield JiffyLube. It was packed. Manager comes out points to my Jeep and waves me off! Has a tech come over and basically tell me they’re too busy. He apologized for the manager’s ignorance! No problem! Midas is right down the street. I’m no longer a JiffyLube customer after many years!!

Went to have transmission fluid serviced. They told me that they were going to use a T tech machine to remove old fluid and pump in new transmission fluid. Caught the technician using a pump through the dipstick trying to remove transmission fluid. Looked like they only pumped out two quarts. Vehicle needed to have 12 quarts removed. I was charged $120.00 for transmission service. Stay away from this site, there are other jiffy lubes with better experienced technicians that do quality work. Not this one

Quick! Prices werent too awful. However, the technicians were grumpy. He yelled at me because the Nissan dealership put 5w-30 in my car and he boasted that it NEEDED 0w-20. No need to yell at me for something that was completely out of my hands. Im willing to pay the extra for the full synth...but Im not willing to pay more to get yelled at. Poor customer service experience.

I got my break light changed and they left the hood of my car popped and pulled my car out of the garage. I shut it with ease but it just shows they arent thorough.

Good Service Reasonable Price

I came knowing that the oil in my wifes car was low. I also happened to be the last car of the day. When the technician checked my oil level he stated, No Oil, which I clearly heard through the glass in the waiting room.After the change, the cashier checked the dipstick 3 times!, so it was obvious she knew there was a problem. She checked me out and on my receipt was OIL UPON ARRIVAL - OK. She did not tell me I had no oil reading. The man who handed my keys (also the one who said No Oil) only said, Youre all set and tried to rush me off.I asked, So how was my oil? He said, Oh... it had no reading. I showed him my receipt and he crossed out the OK and wrote no reading, as if that made me feel better.If I cant even trust them just to tell me there is a problem with my car, how can I trust that they are changing my oil filter or being honest about all the products they try to up-sell? Its obvious that they only had one thing in mind, which was to get me out and go home. Forget about my engine.

They do good there. But so expensive. Got my oil changed for 50 and they wanted to rotate my tires for 100. I could go to Midas and get all that for 20$ flat. Good work but to expensive to go back again
