They replaced the fuel pump in my Dodge Durango, and while doing so, they stretched and damaged lines from the tank to where I could not fill the tank. It is getting fixed at another shop for more than the cost of the original fuel pump replacement. They claim that they did not do the damage, but since it cant be proven, I am just having to pay for it. I will never return to Hazelriggs. Yes, Kevin was nice, but it takes more than nice to keep my business!

Overly comforted by how helpful they are. Not pushy, slimy, or treating people like theyre dumb. Kevin treats his customers as if they were his own mother! Ive seen it for myself! ... Theyve got a great oil change coupon on their website Id take advantage of. And I highly recommend making Hazelriggs the place you take your vehicle your whole life.

Great Service Reasonable price.

I had an oil change with them about a year ago. The wait was a little long, but seems typical these days. They turned out to be more competitive on price than two other places Ive gone. The unfortunate thing is that they are on the opposite side of town from me. Anyway, I called today about flushing/refilling my coolant and by the end of the conversation, the service writer had me convinced I should just top it off with a universal coolant instead of taking advantage of my ignorance and letting me come in and spend $150. Im very impressed by that. Now I really want to go give them my future business!

Was referred by a friend and had heard ads on the radio so decided to give them a shot when my car wouldnt start, called to see if they could look at it with no expectation for pricing. Come to pick up and wound up with a 96.50 bill for an hour of labor that probably took 15 min to find out. Not happy. Expectation should of been set with a new customer for cost of figuring out what an issue is to get a repair.

Took my car there last year and the problems they said they fixed, they didnt. I went to a different mechanic and still had to pay to fix everything that they said they fixed and charged us 500 bucks compared to half the price at another shop.

Very pleased with their service. Very polite and professional. They worked quickly to analyze and fix the problem with my truck. Their prices are fair and their workmanship is outstanding.

Said they changed the oil and refilled the fluids on my grandmas Explorer... Nope bone dry! Not only were they rude but their customer service sucks! Cant believe that they treat the elderly with such disrespect! You will never get our service again! Heard such awesome things about this business.... What a disappointment!

Bought new tires good prices good service

Made appt. a week ago for 8:00 Monday to have rear breaks w/calipers and told it would take 1 1/2 - 2 hrs and around $300. 3 1/2 hrs later I called and truck hadnt even been looked at. When it finally was looked at, the price jumped from $300 to over $500 because new brackets needed to be put on and you couldnt do it until Thurs. because you had to special order them. I told you to forget it and was still charged $42. I then immediatley took it elsewhere and had it done within 2 hrs w/ brackets for a $100 less. After doing research, new calipers WITH bracket kit $49.99 per set. Set of rear ceramic brake pads $39.95. Basically $150 for parts. All with lifetime warrenty. That means you were going to charge me an additional $350 for only a couple hours of work. Kevin couldnt even come in to the office to talk to me about it. I had to go in to the shop and he barely looked me in the eye. VERY dishonest will never go back. Enjoy the $42 that you took me for.

Hazelrigg is the best! They were able to fix what the car dealership said they couldnt fix and it was normal of course over time the problem got worse. Why you say I didnt go back to the dealership. 1 bad attitude. 2 they dented my car and didnt own up And 3 they obviously were not honest. Hazelrigg is they complete opposite!!!! They went above the rest and in a timely manner!!! Very nice people there and I will go back because HEY, cars need attention. I might be young (33) but I know good service and people when I see it!!! Thanks Hazelrigg!!!!!!!
