Terrible account specialist, Terry Roseberry(?). Had trouble with her trying to close the account on my Dad’s house 6 months ago. Well, this time she cancelled his home insurance without permission (while I was checking another agency). Then she took the day off and I had to scramble to find another agency.Had another account specialist (Marianne) trying to help me with a last minute coverage. So sorry she got stuck with this task on a Friday..Will never go to this agency as long as she is employed.
