I wanted to write this review based on my experience with purchasing a policy from Western Mass Auto Insurance at Springfield, MA office. I submitted an application online and received a quote in minutes. The next day, the insurance agent called and answered all of my questions about the insurance policy in a very friendly and professional manner. Within maybe 10 minutes, I had a brand new policy with proof of insurance emailed to me immediately following our conversation. Quick, friendly, and affordable auto insurance. I’m happy with that! Best insurance company ever... I Love my new agent, THANK YOU Western Mass Auto Insurance! I wish I could give you more stars...

When I found out my insurance no longer covered me after my move to Springfield, I was left in a state of panic and immediately thought the worst. Western Mass Auto Insurance happened to be the first insurance company that popped up when I searched for options near me. Seeing all their good reviews, I decided to give them a call. I wasnt even thinking that I would find insurance that day, let alone within the first option I tried. I spoke to one very nice employee (unfortunately I didnt get her name) 😁 and then I was transferred to the owner Ken.Never in my life have I experienced service from such a kind, understanding and considerate person! He explained everything to me patiently, repeatedly, and made sure I didnt take any steps without first understanding what I was committing to. He helped me secure the best coverage for the best price I could have imagined, and, in this economy, we are not here to needlessly spend our hard earned cash. And Ken understood that. I literally shed tears upon hearing my new insurance cost because my old one had been charging me for so much and it seemed like they were also doing nothing to help when I needed them. Ken really put in the work, time and effort to provide me with 10 star service! He is personable, honest and efficient. What started out as an very stressful situation has now become the best case scenario! Im even glad my old insurance didnt work out. I should have switched my policy sooner. Erica was so patient, helpful, well-informed, and just all-around the best agent I’ve ever come in contact with. She took care of signing me up for my new insurance policy. This is a response to the review by Annette Taylor. The driver was added to your policy because they had the exact same address as you in the Registry. The company sent you an invoice on 10/19 stating the increase in your payment. If we had been contacted at that time we could have addressed the situation better for you. Once Hanover finds an unlisted operator with the same household address they will add this person to your policy they do not need your permission. However, once you contacted us about this we immediately fought on your behalf and successfully got the driver removed by providing them documentation showing the driver does not live in your household. Unfortunately this driver had not updated their address with the Registry which is what caused the problem. We got the driver removed back to 09/28 and a credit was applied to your policy removing all of the money that was added. I am sorry that you feel you had a negative experience with our agency but your review is exactly correct - you state - be aware of other license drivers at your address who are not on your policy. They will be added without your permission and your premium will be increased and your original monthly payment will be taken out along with the amount of your monthly premium increase. I couldnt have said it better. This is why we strongly urge all of our customers to read and respond to all correspondence by the insurance company in a timely manner. She told us of the problem and we immediately fixed it for her. Thank you for your review and we hope the situation was fixed to your satisfaction.

This is crazy, I found Western Mass Auto Insurance by accident. I de coded to call them. And unlike the commercial from GEICO I saved more for switching from GEICO after 15 years with them my rates were ridiculous and kept going up. I made the switch to Western Mass Auto Insurance and I am saving over $ 200. Monthly. So my fiancée switched from her insurance saving over $ 300. Monthly. And this week my buddy bundled his 2 car and home his insurance was GEICO. Like I posted on Facebook I do not get any compensation from this. But I tell you make the call.
