An absolute mess. The office is literally non-existent. There are no responses via voicemail, email or snail mail.

Agency is advertising as open and isnt, doesnt answer the phone or answering service. An awful disservice and misrepresentation to a good reputable company.

Excellent! He is helpful and kind. I am so glad I called him. I had trouble changing my insurance from NY to MA because the NY Allstate agents were less than pleasant. KOJO was very helpful, knowledgeable, and worked quickly so I could finish my car registration change that day. He even followed up later to make sure I was all set at the RMV. Highly recommend!!
