I guess Ive been a client of this agency close to 6 years give or take and I have found the staff to excel at customer service. As a business owner myself there are times that I forget to call a customer back or Im late in returning a call so I know issues come up, so Ill willingly overlook the couple of times that they may not have met my expectations because on more occasions than not theyll exceed the level of support I need to have something answered. I would and do recommend Randy Peper and his staff for insurance because since moving to MO about 15 years ago I have found State Farm to be a company easy to do business with. I have several life policies, a home policy, and about 6 vehicle policies through this agency.

I really appreciate the whole staff at this particular State Farm office. Randy in particular has really gone out of his way to make sure that my wife and I are getting the best options that fit our budget. Randy and his team have never pressured us into buying anything from them, but instead make sure I am well taken care of as where I am in my stage of life changes.

Literally the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. They were completely rude and hateful and acted like I was wasting their time by calling them. Instead of being understanding for the mis- information they started arguing with me. I will never recommend this company to anyone and if someone does have them i will be recommending them to another agent that is more considerate and friendly.
