Don’t bother with this office. They do not want to help you. Called after an accident where my car got hit and they expect ME to deal with the other drivers insurance company!!! What the hell do I pay for. Called the 800 number and they were able to help me. Don’t bother with these lazy people. They want your money but they don’t want to actually do their damn job and help you. Not the first time I have had an issue with this office.

Best deal I’ve found for insurance by far. They beat my previous company by almost $1000 for the whole year. Plus the coverages and deductibles were a lot better. I also like that they are located in town and when I call, it’s the same local agent. With my other insurance, you never knew who you’d get because I’d have to call a 1800 number. Very satisfied with this insurance provider.

Jennifer took so much time explaining life insurance options to me. It was great to have such a knowledgeable resource! She really cared that I got the most coverage for the budget I had and wanted to be sure that I understood everything I was getting and what choices were available to me. She made the process so easy and worked around my schedule. She wasnt pushy but was a fantastic listener and super helpful in the process. They are always watching out for me, especially in billing, when I may not have the funds in my account, I can always count on them to lay out all the information for me so I know my options.

I have been an Allstate customer for over 25 years with no issues until my policy was transferred to Jennifer Posey. More than once when Ive called with a concern and I was told I would be called back but wasnt. The last straw was when an issue arose 2 months ago due to a mistake by their underwriters. Recently I was told I needed to pay over $200 while the issue was being resolved to keep my policy. Once resolved they would refund me the money. Two months ago they informed me they would call if the issue had not been resolved and the next phone call was to tell me they were going to cancel my policy unless I gave them money they knew I didnt own them. Found a new company and my monthly payment is less.
