Bob Kelly was by far the reason I chose to leave my old insurer and go with Farmers for my home and auto insurance. He was extremely professional and was there every step of the way. Bob answered every one of my questions in a very timely manner, and was extremely patient, kind and understanding. Not your typical salesman, Bob is down to earth and very honest. There was a lot of paperwork to review when I switched agencies and Bob was very helpful in explaining the process. In summary, Bob provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied.

Definitely stop in to see Bob for a quote! I switched from Safe Auto to Farmers almost a year ago and have been paying less for better coverage ever since. Bob is really easy to work with, hes always around to answer questions for me and the switch over was quick and simple.

I canceled my insurance on May 30th is sent him the insurance declaration page the insurance wasnt canceled I contacted him June 20th and asked why my insurance wasnt canceled he told me the company USLI didnt have a call in line and was hard to contact and that he found out that there was info missing and he needed a declaration page for the empty lot I sent this info on June 20th. I was charged an additional 2 months of home owners insurance payments. Finally on July 19th I called USLI directly they removed me from auto payments and I sent them the missing information directly and my insurance was canceled. If you have to cancel you policy Robert Kelly will ignore you for several months, this was very bad customer service.

Bob may be a great guy . But DON`T BE FOOLED ! I needed Farmers Insurance after a very destructive and costly incident at my Home in Lansdowne . It occurred this past February . Farmers seemed Professional and Courteous and Reassuring when I first opened my claim . But Farmers, cares about Farmers, I soon found out !Farmers did not want to pay the REAL, FULL cash amount, for my claim, for the extensive damage ! What a nightmare ! FYI, The catastrophic incident Happened in February, and I`m righting this review in the 3rd week of June, 2017 . I am thoroughly disgusted with Farmers Insurance !
