This particular location is one of the worst location you could ever go for any Insurance. The people there are rude have an attitude love to gossip and argue in front of customers. The location should be open at 9 AM because they were gossiping they open at 9:15 am they got mad at me because I knocked on the door. Are usually go to the Boston Road location never had a problem over there the people are nice and courteous. Think twice before you come to this location.

Best price for Auto Insurance. Stupid Geico could not even come close to their price! They have a cheap place and not that many agents which might be the reason for good insurance prices.

I dont want to even give them a star because they are WORST of the WORST! They never answer their phone! Called over 10 times today alone and I it sends me to an answering machine. Not a good way to run a insurance agency in my opinion. DEFINITELY SWITCHING AGENCIES TODAY!

Work for a car dealer and I had to have a customer go Agent herself because they would not return a phone call for 3 hours and i called them 6 times. It happened again to a colleague still the worst agent ever Haha stay away!
