There company was good people need to go there to get there car insurance

They took their time to explain the insurance and helped me get my plates.

Helped me with my registration transfer. Had an appointment that was two weeks away. they took care of it for me .

Really bad/unprofessional service. Would not recommend to anyone.

Contacted Tyler Ramos to correct an RMV form address for one of my clients. I was placed on hold rudely by Tyler and when he came back on the line he just simply brushed me off the phone, so I hung up! Im going to recommend my client to another company who prides themselves at the very least in world class customer service.RESPONSE- Your client was sitting in front of me, I offered them to use our office line since their cell phone had died, but your employee was so rude that he didnt allow a word in edge wise. This had nothing to do with privacy laws, this has to do with the AWFUL customer service he provided.

They just don’t care, don’t explain things, change up stuff without your approval.
