Great shop! Does phenomenal work and is very fair priced! Highly recommend!
Kevin has been doing custom metal work for me for years and he never fails to impress me on the quality and how fair his pricing is. Whatever it is. If its metal he got you covered. Wouldnt have anyone else weld my stuff. Thank you Kevin
He was very friendly and the pricing was very reasonable! I will definitely be going here again and highly recommend his shop to others!!
Terrible craftsmanship, Snarky confrontational attitude, argumentative. I wanted a kayak rack that was basically a square roll cage, simple. What I got was a leaning tower that was off by a complete inch top to bottom (see pictures). When I brought this up I was told the poor quality of Keven Rubles work was my trailers fault (which I left for Kevin to custom fit the rack on). The guy doesnt listen, argues about concepts like 90 degree angles (seriously), and he even took creative liberties on my design (removed some support beams, added others, then charged me extra!).He kept arguing about why it was leaning (claims its not his fault) but said he would fix it. After 10 days and no call I told him I didnt have time to wait and found another welder, wanted the extra materials I PAID FOR (he kept those for his own use), and I wanted a price adjustment because I was having to pay someone to clean up his work. Those basic request set him off and it was downhill from there.Kevin Ruble might be able to weld a bead but knows nothing about using a tape measure or running a business. Hes nice at first but NEVER question him or you get the fury. His Facebook page (no website) reads like hes the most interesting man in the world. The reality is his ambitions far exceed his ability and his customer service is absolutely the most toxic ive ever experienced in my life.
Quick turnaround on my small job. Correct address is 855 West Enterprise, Nixa MO 65714
Kevin was awesome! Super friendly, good pricing, and a great weld. Fixed up my rim perfectly, thanks Kevin!
Im not sure of the circumstances surrounding the 1 star review but I can speak from an educated standpoint that I would trust Kevin with things I wouldnt trust even myself with. As the department head of a rather prestigious welding trade school, Ive tried relentlessly to get Kevin to come and teach...his attention to detail is nothing shy of flawless. So flawless, in fact, that hes had people travel from hundreds of miles away just so he can fix the mistakes of other welders. This trade isnt one where youll often find a true craftsman...and Im not sure if Kevins skill level is due to an OCD-like need for perfection or if its genuinely his utmost passion to the core, but I can say that in my 30+ years of teaching, Ive never known someone to be so committed to such immaculate work. When I have an intrigued student who wants to delve beyond the curriculum, I send them to Kevin who is ALWAYS open and thrilled to help...in a way that only someone who genuinely loves what they do, could! Which is why Im finding the contents of the bad review incredibly hard to believe. I have a feeling that there is SO much more to this story and that this clark guy has NO perspective AT ALL if this is what he took away from doing business with Priority! I encourage other potential customers to understand something...when you own a business, no matter how great you are, youll ALWAYS have a that guy...the guy who, no matter what, you cannot please; who gets off on attempting to ruin an entire business if its people dont fan and feed him grapes basically. This is the ONLY explanation for this ridiculously obnoxious review. Kevin and Jen are literally two of the only good people you can find these days. And in more ways than you could fathom. Please...find out for yourself.
Great to work with..went above and beyond.
