Awesome guy! Came out same day they were called to weld a gaming chair for me. Unfortunately, the chair was made with inferior materials so, though the welds were done to perfection, the original material around the welds didnt hold up. C&L refunded half the cost after discussing in detail what would be needed to truly fix the chair. He didnt have to do that since he essentially did exactly what he was asked and went above and beyond to help find a solution.

We had a flimsy bumper on our RV fail under the recommended load for a cargo carrier on the first leg of our 5,000 mile trip from Illinois to California and back.With about 12 hours notice, we were able to get not only a fix, but an upgrade to our trailer accessory.Chris came prepared with a new tube to span frame-to-frame and a new receiver for the hitch.He got us back on the road with only minor delays. Called him 11am on sunday. Was out at the house by 2pm. Gave status multiple times prior to arrival and worked quick and efficiently. GREAT JOB! Got exactly what I paid for. Thanks!

He came out and gave and assured me he could complete my welding job. He further assured me if I was not satisfied or the job was completed correctly he would redo it. He could not complete the job as he said he could. It took numerous times calling and texting to get him to respond. Every time he came out we had to pay more money. When I questioned him about not being able to complete the welding job he had insisted he had done before he became very rude and cursed and made excuses as to why he had not completed it.I finally blocked him. I would never advise anyone to use this company. They might be able to do small welding jobs, but larger jobs are apparently out of his expertise.

He did better than I thought possible. I referred him to everyone I know. I will call him first from now on, and his pricing is reasonable too.

Fixed my truck today, I was very satisfied with the quality of work as well as the price. For someone to bring their equipment out to my house and do quality work, I was extremely satisfied with the cost. Gave me a replacement guarantee on the welds, and they are definitely strong.

I was a boilermaker for 21 years before i was injured and forced into retirement. I know what is a good weld and i know what is a bad weld. I had mr. Barrett out to my house to help me with a project and im impressed with his work . quality work and fair price. I will call him any time i need welding done that i cant do myself.

Probably the worst welder I ever contacted I live in Springfield and ask him to weld a frame then he overpriced me for a small job and said he will come to me next week if he will never pick up the phone when me and my buddy tried to contact him and we will leave our name and number then he still never responded please do not contact this rude person !
