Absolutely the worst place I have ever rented from. They make you jump through hoops to even be able to rent from them, to the point you think they will actually take care of you to find out that all they want is your money. The home we rented had so many problems it wasn’t even funny. One of the bathrooms leaked through the walls and ruined furniture of ours and they told us to just bleach on it. I had surgery and was on bed rest and it took us calling 3 different times and 3 months later they finally got a new dishwasher for us and it was the cheapest dishwasher I’ve ever used. The main bathroom smelled constantly of sewer and we had spent thousands of dollars on the ant problem the house had. Most everything was fixed with Velcro.Good luck on trying to get anything fixed by them and know that they will nickel and dime and charge you for things even when you tell them you have it taken care of and won’t give you a itemized statement of their charges. Rented a home in a nice neighborhood for $1700/mo. Application process is extremely thorough, even extreme. They asked by boss if I kept a clean home or partied a lot.House was very cheaply built. Interior/exterior trim held on by Velcro. Plumbing was a disaster guest bathroom leaked through the wall into the bedroom, only discovered when we moved some furniture. Kitchen faucet had no pressure, Platinum sent a plumber out several times over 2 months, finally replaced the faucet. Dishwasher wouldn’t drain, sent plumber out several timeS until finally deciding to replace the dishwasher they easily spent $10’s of dollars on the replacement...nothing in the top rack ever got clean. Alway saying they had to “check with the owner” for everything. I wonder what the owner got charged for the replacement dishwasher?Ants! Had ants in the kitchen for 2 months, I hired Pest control to come out and spray. Then we had ants in the bathroom.Moved out, cleaned the home better than it was when we moved in, yet they kept $900 of our $1700 deposit for cleaning, painting, and yard work. Yard work was at the request of the new tenant 2 weeks after they moved in, but charge us to have someone come mow. I mowed the yard the Wednesday before the new renters took possession on Friday.Platinum Properties is a terrible company. I plan on stopping by and sharing my experience with the new tenants.

Staff was always helpful, maintenance was prompt and well done, and management was really accommodating. I needed an extension on my previous lease before moving to a property not owned by platinum. They were still very helpful, and I even got most of my deposit back- very uncommon with other fayetteville landlords. Overall a good renting experience
Helpful property staff. Clean. Good neighbors with no police needed to be called in 6 months Ive been there. Rent amount for single br too much for very plain and dated interior.
I moved back to Fayetteville from San Francisco and was looking for a place to live. They helped me find a great location that fit my budget and I lived there for about 4 years. I had a great experience in the apartment. The garbage disposal went out once (probably my fault) and they fixed it the next day!
Kelley was a tremendous help to us when we were looking to move to the NWA area. She showed us several properties all over the area, was able to help us negotiate an acceptance offer on the house we now own. We were even able to close while still living in Austin, TX. She had the house cleaned and the yard mowed for us before our moving truck arrived. What a great experience!
Kelly does a great job at helping her customers find the house they want. Then she goes the extra mile to help you find people to clean your house and mow your lawn. Great people. Truly care about their people.
I live at Encore Apartments. Kelley listens to people all the time.She is a perfect management.I lived in two different place Kelley managed. I let her know when the garage door need to be fixed and she contacted the own and it got fixed.I live here at Encore fridge went out got another one that one went out and got another and it works great. My dishwasher went out she got me another one. Garbage disposal went out and that also got replaced.People if u dont call for something that is going out that is the peoples fault not Kelley fault.She is an awesome person.I durther rent from her than Linsey apartments.I even work for her cleaning apartments and houses. She likes stuff to be shinny and corners to be cleaned.So whom is ever writing these bad reviews that is not Kelley fault. Its yours for not reporting the stuff that is going out or needs replacing call and she will do those things.I love her to death. Wouldnt u enjoy living here at any place she managed.
I was a tenant at Encore Apartments on N. Sang Ave in Fayetteville, AR, for just shy of four years (March 2014 - February 2018). I most likely wouldnt have left, but I joined the Air Force and was required to relocate to another state for an assignment.About the property itself -- sure, its an older apartment complex (30+ years old), and things will (and have) broken or malfunctioned due to age and extended use. So, while I would hope that stuff like that wont happen, in my experience of moving 29 times (into and out of mostly rentals) in my life, I have to realistically expect it, and you should, too.That being said, you should expect your landlord or your property managers to take care of your issues as they arise. Also in my experience, many landlords and property managers have fallen short. Please feel secure in knowing that youve got some diamonds in the not-so-rough when it comes to Platinum Properties of NWA. Managers/Realtors Kelley & Michael Weir, Agent Stephanie, Front Desk Delores, and on-site Housekeeper Darlene will take good care of you.They will work with you in getting whatever needs fixing coordinated, contracted, accomplished, and followed-up usually within 24 hours. We all work odd or have inconvenient hours when something breaks, but if you contact any of them, they will make all the arrangements and even keep an eye on eye on the work in-progress in your absence until you return home.Encore Apartments are located in a quiet, sidewalked, residential neighborhood, almost next door to Asbell Elementary School, within the blast radius of the University of Arkansas, community soccer fields, and bike/run trails, and is easy/quick access to I-49. This complex has among the lowest rental prices in the area and offers plenty of on-site resident-sticker parking thats never been an issue even on U of A game days. If you prefer to take the bus, thats a close do-able, too.All you have to do is pay your very reasonable(!) rent on-time, call, text, or email maintenance requests in a timely manner, and be a good tenant by not destroying the place and following general for (what should be no-brainer) consideration-of-others rules like parking BETWEEN the lines and NOT throwing furniture/mattresses into the provided dumpsters. Upon move-out/end-of-lease, this is one of the few places in Fayetteville where youll actually receive your security deposit back -- IF you clean your apartment to the level it was when you moved in. Oh, yeah -- and this is my Golden Rule: Since they do what they do in taking care of you, you should make it a point to often let them know via phone, text, internet review, and (ideally) in-person how much you appreciate the great job that they do for you. I promise that it will make them feel good and make you feel good, too.
Okay let me tell you, your car will get vandalized by dope heads, manager will do nothing. Youll find people doing drugs in your doorway, manager will do nothing. Cops there all the time, manager does nothing. Huge branch falls on roof of your car because she doesnt get the trees trimmed so dumpster can be raised without hitting them, manager does nothing. Kelly is a slum Lord. Pure and simple. The ac broke 3 times, she tried to claim it was dirty filter related. Capacitors dont break cuz of filters, and mine were clean. My daughter has sensitivity to allergens. The back door showed DAYLIGHT around edges which they rigged with insulation tape that didnt even fully fix it, and the flooring was OLD AS THE HILLS and awful. For 550 a mo, go somewhere comfortable without methheads hiding in the dumpsters and above mentioned atrocities. Dead serious, went to throw away my trash and a man hiding from cops was in dumpster. This woman sits rich in her office collecting your hard earned money while looking down her nose at you as you live in her roach and bed bug filled dumps. A month after I moved in a HUGE wave of roaches appeared. Another tenant informed me that he has contracted BED BUGS at Encore Apts. STEER CLEAR OF THIS NIGHTMARE MANAGEMENT GROUP.
I had an appointment to look at a a listing, but no one showed up. I tried calling Kelley, but she ignored my phone call. I called the office, and the woman got in touch with Kelley then called me back. She said an application had been submitted on the property and Kelley had text me that morning (lies), but I could submit an application as well if I wanted. Why would I submit an application on a house I wasnt able to view?
Kelly is probably one of the worst scumbags known to NWA she should be ashamed of how she conducts business and how poor her properties are. Steer clear of these thieves.
