The process moving into my apartment was so much more easy than you could ever imagine. The process was pain free and done professionally.Some places will constantly contact you for whatever reason but I have only been contacted for reasons of importance. Also my stove had a problem and I went through the portal. There was someone out here almost immediately and had it running in no time!!! Very much appreciate this place and the staff.

This is my lawn. On a brand NEW rental house. Ive asked twice if they will fix at least the front yard (the back isnt much better). I was told, I asked my superintendent. The funny part is, us tenants get weekly reminders to cut our lawns.LOL What lawn!? Now, I put my own money and time trying to repair this lawn (which was like this from day 1). My dogs kept bringing in mud due due the backyard being dirt along the house. I spent time removing rocks and bricks from this weed lawn so it wouldnt destroy my new mower. We wont even mention the flies by some of their rental locations...I am hoping the higher-ups will see this review. Id give yall a higher review normally. You have a lot of good people working for yall, usually are responsive to concerns, and allow dogs. I know I am just renting and the weather is not conducive for great lawn growth. But, Id like to have my house look somewhat decent even if others in the area dont. Weeds and dirt isnt acceptable. Especially for the rent I am paying...

Awesome nice office people & management....I love the apartment....location is great....it was clean when i moved in....i can not wait until spring to fix up the patio....i think Im going to like this place....

Not the best experience, but I’ve only lived in my apartment for 2 months so pending future review.The fourplex I live in is definitely overpriced. There was multiple things broken when I moved in, and the apartment was not cleaned even though they said it was. I have broken cabinets in the kitchen, the fridge is missing a handle, there is a short in the kitchen and potentially a fire hazard. The ac also looks like the filter hasn’t been replaced since being put into the unit.I would recommend this real estate company if you can’t find somewhere else to rent or are on a budget looking into the cheaper housing they offer. But I wouldn’t recommend to anyone wanting to stay long term.
