Absolutely Amazing Service!!! My male nail tech was super friendly and warm. He requested to do my nails considering it was my first time getting my nails done in Ohio as well as my first time getting an ombré set. They came out flawless. Highly recommend this place. Plus the prices are quite affordable and reasonable.

I was served by the owner T he was respectful polite. He corrected my shape and made my nails less thick and more natural. I was glad he was able to correct mistakes from another nail shop and gave me a fill in. I will return.

Have visited three times. First time, long wait but was very pleased with nailtech and service. Second visit nailtech seemed inexperienced and hit cuticle twice with drill. Owner finished up my special-request designThird visit very pleased.

I arrived and was told I would only have to wait 20 minutes. So I asked to soak off my nails while I waited, I was immediately handled roughly. Then after sitting for more than 30 minutes a woman started to help me but seemed annoyed that she had to service me. She ended up ripping a piece of acrylic off of my middle finger causing me to bleed and acted as if it were fine. Because of the situation I couldn’t even get another full set, so I just paid $15 for a soak off and I left. Do NOT SERVICE THIS LOCATION. They are awful!

So, I came for a pedicure. The guy didn’t ask any questions immediately started cutting my toe nails once he pulled them out the water.He cuts them really short and made them round. I never in my life had round toe nails. I told him I wanted to keep the square look. Now one foot is more round then the other. He tells me the next time I come back he’ll take 5 dollars off, I told I’m NOT coming back.

They use MMA which is illegal be careful !Also my service took literally an hour and a half just for a manicure ! And my nails were shaped incorrect and it took me almost 2 hours to soak off acrylic because they used mma which makes the acrylic become very sticky and hard to get off I’m so disappointed 😞 I’m just happy I don’t have any of the numbness that MMA can cause.

I will only come to Venus for my nails and although everyone that works here is nice and good at what they do, the owner T is soooo nice and patient with you. He always helps me figure out exactly what to get and he is very precise and neat when he does your nails. If I don’t like a polish he will take it off and do something different. Very very patient and professional. If he is busy, it’s never a problem to have someone else do them because they all do such a good job. I love it here!

This close to my house and I started going there because of that but I keep going back because they do a good job. I always leave happy and relaxed from my pedi!! All 3 nail experts do great work.

Took over an hour for them to half do a pedicure, no massage, no moisturizer, ripped cuticles instead of cutting, all around worst pedicure I have ever had.

Very nice, clean and professional nail salon. Service is excellent and youll leave there loving your nails! I am always getting compliments on my nails thanks to Thi! Highly recommend you give them a try plus their prices fit into any budget

They did an excellent job on my nails

Horrible!! Several gel nails peeled off after 2 days! And they insisted that I pay for another full set even though they almost all peeled off after 5 days . I even had a receipt to show, which they wouldnt look at. So in essence I am literally paying money to them out of my pocket for their mistake and the poor job that they did on my nails. I called and talked to the owner Ti that Saturday and he said that I could come in the next day to get them fixed. Came the next day and they are closed on Sundays! Which he failed to mention. Do not go there. Would give 0 starts if I could.

Everything was very clean and my manicurist was accurate and took her time which resulted in a wonderful gel manicure and pedicure. She was very nice and I felt well taken care of. My only complaint was the tv was a little loud but even then she turned it right down at my request. I highly recommend this salon.

I had an SNS manicure last Friday (8/23/19). Returned for repair this afternoon. The Owner Ti has the worst customer service skills. I advise anyone looking for nail service to skip Venus Nails in Springdale, OH. I was a first time customer. After this afternoon, I will never return to this salon. I should have believed the reviews I read.

Horrible service!!! The young guy that did my pedicure was preoccupied with watching tv to the point where he barely massaged my feet. Then I asked for french gel. He took an attitude cause I told him it looked horrible and wasnt straight. Had to settle for a color and he still didnt do it right. Its super thick and looks a hot mess. Im praying when I get home the polish isnt all over my socks because I can tell with how thick he made my polish he didnt dry it properly. What a waste of $50 bucks. Beware!!!! Not the best place to go if you want professionalism and quality.

Went to get me and my daughter’s toes done and they overcharged me. The darker skin toned teenager was very nasty to us. I didn’t realize they overcharged me until after I left. I paid the two teens a tip and everything. I haven’t returned and I wouldn’t recommend them because of the poor service.

I have been going to Venus Nails for more than 10 years. I normally refer everyone I know to go there. I have brought them new customers and spent hundreds of dollars there. I always tip, Im easy to please and very appreciative of the good service. Until today. I went in for a polish change. Not a manicure. But this woman filed my nails down so far that there isnt even any white left on some of them. I have naturally long real nails. I had a red tipped french manicure style of pain on them and I was going to have her change it from red to purple, still keeping the same style. They are now so short that a french manicure style would have looked ridiculous. Two of my nails arent even filed straight across and are crooked! And my right hand nails are all longer than my left hand nails. I cried. I know that may sound silly, but you dont know me so whatever. I told her and the owner, Sarah three times that they were too short. But all she did was whisper that she was sorry. Not only did I pay, I even tipped her $2 on a $6 bill. She will never touch my nails again and I am very upset with how my dissatisfaction was handled.

This was my first time ever getting my nails professionally done. I liked my nails in the end but there’s some spots the lady missed bc she was rushing. There wasn’t anyone else who needed to be taken cAre of so I was confused on why she was rushing. I will go back but the next time I go back I’ll request the wife to do them

My grandma and I got manis for a wedding on Saturday around 1pm. It is Sunday morning, not even 24 hours later and both of us have chips in our nails! The people are not even friendly so I would pick anywhere else other than this salon!!!

I been going to this nail salon for quite some time the owners are very nice and very knowledgeable about nails. It can get busy occasionally and you may have to wait but they will let you know up front about how much time youll have to wait.

Very slow service...we were there for 3 hours and only got a pedicure and a full set.

This salon by far has been the worst I have been too. I went for a pedicure and could not relax or enjoy my self because the owner talked about how drunk and tired he was from the night before. Then he proceeded to argue with a customer because she didn’t like the job he did on her toes. As a business owner that should never be acceptable. I feel sorry for the employees.

Venus nails has been my favorite place to go to since I’ve been in high school, they’re always super nice and they do a fantastic job on nails . It’s always very clean and the staff is very helpful would highly recommend for service .
