So thankful this place was able to take 7 last minute appointments all at once. 5 children and two adults which consisted of one child pedicure, 5 regular pedicures, and 5 full sets...4 of them with designs. Mom kept it simple. It was all done in a timely manner and everyone felt special while getting pampered, even my 9 year old son with his pedicure. Thank hey did an EXCELLENT job on my daughters nail designs and waxed my eyebrows perfect. Glad we stumbled upon this place while in town for my sisters wedding. And VERY THANKFUL they were able to take us all. Thank you guys!

Absolutely love this place my wife goes here and they treat her as if she is a queen. I always take her here and she is always happy at the end of everything. Definitely an awesome nail place

This was our first time at this nail salon. And I asked for two pedicures and a full set. When we sat on the pedicure chair we had a guy that spoke absolutely no English. I told him we wanted the BASIC PEDICURE. He just shook his head and made me pick a scent on a sheet. Me thinking it was part of the basic pedicure I chose a scent. Well turns out he did not listen and rather gave me a deluxe pedicure that cost $65 each!! My bill was $187 for 2 pedicures and a full set. I told the lady at the front the situation and she didn’t absolutely nothing about it and just said oh and smiled but still was charging me the $187!! Never going back! Poor communication skills and honestly we feel ripped off! New nails on sunset if I could give them 0 stars I would!

The workers are very nice, sweet, professional and friendly! They work fast and they do a great job every time I’m in there. Very pleased with the customer service at New Nail!

The young man who did my Pedicure was wonderful! I was told his nick name is Ping Pong he struggled a bit with the polish but aside from that it was awesome! He was kind, attentive, professional and concise I will be asking for him ant his awesome massages every time he is available!Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Horrible, sloppy, uneven nails. Dont let the dark-skinned girl do your hands or feet because she does sloppy, rushed work every time. They have new guys still in training doing the pedicures now. They do a terrible job but still charge you full price. I will never spend another dollar at this nail salon.

Love the staff here! They make you feel like you are the only one there. You wont be disappointed as they are very detail oriented and make sure you are pleased with their services.

I really liked how fast the service was and there was no wait. The girl who did my nails, did a great job. Towards the end she even gave me a massage on my arms. She was gentle. Didnt get her name but hope to get her next time.

All of the employees were super friendly and helpful. The tools and materials were clean. The first thing I noticed was they had so many color choices, which I LOVE. (Dip, gel & regular colors). My nails also look super neat and clean. They also did a great job communicating with me to make sure I got the shape and color I wanted. Shoutout to Lucy who did an AMAZING job shaping my dip nails :)

I was very disappointed in my nails and service the guy cut my fingers 4 times they are super sore today plus I felt as he was rushing to get them done and then wanted me to pay a lot for cutting my fingers 4 times and then rushing no I will never be back to this place again

Nails lift after one week and they have fluctuating prices they will double the cost at will!!!!!

I got my nails done last Tuesday and last Thursday one chipped off. I went to get it done and they did no charge since it was the same week still, but just today three nails broke off. Very disappointing I paid $35 for them to not even last me a week.

Enjoyed my experience today.I admit Im a nail salon hopper because I feel that the service almost always goes downhill.Sooooo, with that being said I went into this shop and immediately loved the quiet atmosphere and Nail tech was friendly and clean with his work, he took care of my cuticles and made my dip nails thin like I asked...Will definitely be returning !

Absolutely love this place! Went there for the first time today with a friend who was getting her nails done and decided to get a pedicure. They were amazing! I got a nice scrub down and they massaged my calf muscles and feet really good! The guy who did mine was very methodical and took the time to do a great job! Ive found a new place to get my pedicures done. 😁😊
