Rural delivery to Nob Hill Loop is unbelievably bad. EVERYONE here has had packages delivered to the wrong address or lost completely MULTIPLE times. Lately, the delivery driver likes to deliver AT NIGHT, and has delivered my package to some lucky neighbor.Most of us are good enough to take the package to the correct address, doing the drivers job for them, but not all.No wonder another government agency is sinking, and the sooner its replaced with a privately owned company the better !Below is a pic of how a package was left after dark.
Worst postal service I have ever experienced. I get about 2/3 of the mail that is supposed to be delivered in the Nob hill area. Worst part is that after a neighborhood of similar and constant complaints about this nobody has taken any initiative or actions to rectify this problem.I am literally losing money by having to pay for my customers canceled checks that never make it to my address.
Answered a question about sending a bike to my ex and refered me to a cheaper establishment. Yayaya. 😭
Delivery is so bad, we get a lot of mail thats not ours and vise versa. They have ran over electric boxes..... just terrible 😂
Always deliver mail to the wrong address... unacceptable.
Anytime I order a package and usps ships it, I do not receive my packages as they say they delivered to my address “in or at my mail box”. When in fact they are delivered to a completely different house. Delivery drivers must simply just not care about where they are throwing packages or can’t read an address correctly.
Actually should not have ANY stars as you can never speak with a person on the phone! Could not get any answers needed on a delivery on the computer or phone! :( Sorry issues that need addressing ASAP!
The employees are very nice and friendly. They smile and greet everyone that enters and strive to make themselves understood in an area with many nationalities and many different languages. If they cannot understand you, they suggest you call an English speaking friend to assist them to help you.
No one will EVER understand how it is to work on the other side of the counter and STILL give total respect and amazing customer service UNTIL they are the ones on the other side. This is why they have a tracking on line so track your OWN ORDER if you think they arent doing it. The attitude you give you will receive!!!
They do their job and deal with some of the rudest and most impatient people. I was behind 3 people. One got on the postal workers case because his compensation check wasnt in his box yet. Another complained about her grandsons widget spinners being lost in the mail. Called the poor guy a (explicit) head. Thanks for being customer service oriented and for your service.
This post office is pretty slow, fsure, but all-in-all, not a bad place. The slow line is MORE than made up by GREAT customer service once you make your way up to the counter. The old-school style building is a treat all by itself.
Called. Got told I would be called back in 30 minutes. (Since I called) its been 2 and a half hours and I have not been called. I went in and the guy was very rude to a Hispanic family in front of me well I already told you and you said fastest so if you want it you have to pay this much or dont waste my time brown haired man. Mid-young age. Then when it was my turn, he didnt even wait for them to move and he says dear come here. Over and over. I wasnt gonna step over the family. And he just hept saying it. Once I talked to him, it took a while to track my package, and then he told me it wont be shipped today and I cant pick it up. Said that I got free standard shipping, when MORPHE (a legit brand and not a scam) charged me $7 for express. He told me I was being scammed and that I should file a complaint with them because he cant give me my package. I was also told several time yeah thats what I was trying to tell you now listen because I had 4 listing in a row saying it was delivered to the springdale store. He told me they didnt even have it. So I asked again... Then why does it say delivered. And once again I said, that I already told you and you wouldnt shush and listen to me. DUDE. I work at a store where we do shipping, shopping, HIPPA, and a points system... I know how annoying a job can be, even with shipping. But you do not have to be disrespectful to every customer you see.One thing to add as well, I signed up for 2 different text and email alerts and didnt receive any and it also wouldnt let me track my package through the USPS website because [First name] were sorry for the inconvenience but we are having a server error. Please try again later.... From data, Wi-Fi, my friends houses data, my work places data... No. Not my fault its not working. So USPS please fix that. But about the store itself... Please avoid coming to this store. It was a waste of my damn time.
Ive been calling this location for 3days a total of 34 time and no answer this is ridiculous
When I lived in Springdale, visiting this post office was the highlight of my day, because it has kind of a small town feel; the employees are so friendly. I don’t know how anybody could be negatively critical of this PO.Granted, anytime we are dealing w any aspect of the US government, it can be a pain. But the people who work here definitely circumvent the challenges of their employer.Having worked for the USPS, I know how it is. I wish customers could understand the other side; and be GRATEFUL that the USPS is the cheapest & safest mode of mail service in the world.Those employees across the counter, for the most part, take care of mail better than anybody in the world. And, bc I have traveled the world, I know.I’ve since moved on from AR, but I do miss downtown Springdale & this particular post office.

I came here to see if they were holding a package that has been out for delivery for over a week. I waited 15 minutes for the attendant to show up. She gave me an 800 number which gave me the information I had already found for when I tracked my package online.
Rudest workers Ive ever seen!!!! Talked to me like I was a dumba** because I didnt know what APO was!!!!

WONT ANSWER THE PHONE
Small post office, no stamp machines, anything mailed here takes an extra day compared to any of the other local post offices.
Paid for overnight delivery my mail never got there spend one hour 40 minutes to talk to someone nobody answered very stupid and unprofessional
