New machines have been put in, which makes the experience much better. They have various washers and dryers that makes it easy to get in and out. I love the fact its small. Thank you for everything!

This use to be a very nice place to go. The only thing I can say about it now is that it needs a lot of work. The washers dont wash very well plus its hard to get quarters into the machines. The dryers dont dry and yes I used more than one. If you would like a place during daylight hours to wash your clothes I wouldnt recommend it nor would I recommend going at night with all the druggies and drunks walking around. Its sad to see this place falling apart when it was such a good place to go.To whom it my concern:Calling people trolls for stating facts and or opinions is childish. You should take the information you collect from here to see what your strong points are where you are lacking in over all customer service.The reality is you cant please all the people all the time but if several people state the same problems they should be looked into and addressed by the owner and his employees.Also someone should update the pictures, if you can see what it looks like from the old pictures you have up to the actual pictures of it now then most people wouldnt go here.Instead of calling people trolls you should work on the issues at hand since more than more person has complained about the same things.

This business is very run down. The machines are raggedy and half of them dont even work. When trying to place quarters into the washing machine the panel where rh quarters go was falling off and the quarters had to be forced in just to get it to work.Nothing stated is false unless you have put in new machines since Ive been there. Please update the pictures of this business and people can see for themselves how different it is then the pictures that are posted now. 😁

Tried this place out on 02-07-21. Saw an employee mopping up water (someone opened a washer before it finished). +1 for taking care of business.Next day was greeted by same guy who offered me a couple clean bags to pack up my clean clothes. +2 for thinking of customers.Day 3 met him (Chris) again and found out its a family business. +3.Praise music is played at a nice level. The machines wash better than any of the other 3 Springdale laundromats Ive used over 10 years and the prices are right on. (+4)Clean, can see between washers, no roaches, fold tables are clean underneath and a good vibe.Spaced out enough and uso culean. No bedbugs spreading. (+1000). This is important.That equals 1010 out of 10. Ive enjoyed doing my laundry there. As always, NEVER LEAVE CLOTHES UNATTENDED. Just a relaxing place all the way.

I like it because its never to busy and machines work really well. Dryers work well and people who work and run it are very friendly.

Really cheap....but scary at night cause theres sketchy people outside...but other then that everything clean and good.

Unfortunately my dryer quit at home so this being down the road from me decided Id just run there to dry my laundry. Had exactly 4 loads to dry from a normal size washer, was there almost 2 hours and my towels never got dry. Spent $20 dollars trying to dry them had them divided in four dryers evenly.Add to answer questions from reply,No attendant was on duty and it being 11pm I did not bother calling anyone however its the first four dryers as you walk in the front door right by the restrooms. I can assure you that first of all none of the dryers were overfilled, I washed four loads in a normal sized washer one load of whites, one load of colors, one load of jeans, one load of towels, had four baskets each basket went in its own dryer as well. Secondly, I can assure you we spent a full 2 hours because I left my house at 830 and arrived home at 1115 pm with damp towels because I had to get home and get ready for bed to be at work the following day at 6am. Last but not least, I was informing the owners and patrons via reviews to not put a full load in these dryers because you will be spending a lot of money and time for nothing. Hope you have a great day and please address the issue with your dryers for others. I no longer need the laundry mat but hate to see others waste money on bad dryers.

Clean place to do laundry

The place is always clean, but some of the dryers dont work, and the lady that works here in the morning is really rude and has a horrible attitude. Never had an issue till a few days ago. Really need better people that are friendly!

Update...The owner has put in some new washers. They do work good, price is fair, and still the same old dryers. Adding one star for the new washers.Only reason I go is, it is close to my house. Several machines broke, careful..... some machines have ruined my clothes, cost of a medium price. 7 mins a quarter and $4 for a triple load. I have lost money in a machine, called the emergency number, no response, and no refund. Nothing to write home about.

Ive been going there for many years now and can say it is the best laundry mat in town! It is very user friendly by providing wifi, television, food, and entertainment while spending time there. I dont know what the person before my review was talking about (@neri pena), but I can assure anyone that the staff here (especially the morning shift person) is always friendly and willing to help out in any situation; not to mention they do a great job keeping the place spotless!! If I could give this place another 5 stars, I would. Keep up the good work!

Clean place but one problem. There is a huge hole on the parking lot. My truck went in it and it broke all of my rim tire and front out of my truck. I had to get a tow and it cost me $1,500 to get fixed. I have not been back. Ive driven by it and the hole is still there. Owner fix this hole or shut it down. You are causing your customers more problems than anything. I couldve bought a washer and dryer for what its worth.Update to what the owner responded. I tried contacting someone but I didnt get a call back. Also its on a private lot so its not like youre going to fix it. I just left it alone after I couldnt get in touch with anyone. You can still make it up to me.

I mean its a laundromat in the armpit if Springdale. Its for doing laundry and hauling ass not hanging out. Whatta you want me to say?
