This place is utterly disgusting my clothes of corse didn’t get washed from the faulty washers on top of the dirty mess around me and guess what I had to go somewhere else to dry.. this place doesn’t even deserve one star and I actually can’t believe they’re still in business I will be reporting to the safety

If I could rate ZERO STARS I WOULD THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! It’s clearly not ran by someone who cares for their business… MOST DRYERS DONT HAVE DOORS & MOSTLY ALL BUTTONS ON EACH MACHINE ARE PUNCHED OUT !FLOORS ARE SOAKING WET MY FEET WERE WET!COIN MACHINE SPITS CHANGE RIGHT ON THE DIRTY FLOOR …THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE IMMEDIATELY SHUT DOWN

I loaded four mega washers ($4.50) per washer. Washer 15 did not work: 1. No water during wash cycle 2. Some water during rinse cycle, unfortnately, spin cycle did not function. I ended up with a dirty wet comforter. 3. I loaded dryer # 9 it only blew cool air; I had the temperature setting on high. I called telephone number located near main entrance and left s detailed voice mesage stating the problem and requested a refund. I had to wait for two customerd to finish using dryers that workrd. More than half of the dryers were not working. Hopefully I will receive an apolgy and a refund of my money. I will not be returning and I do not recommend this estsblishment. I am considering contacting the City of Springdale and file a complaint related to the deplorable conditions.

So many dryers wasnt working it was a shame. You cant expect for it to be clean and all the time because so many people use it, but you do expect the machinery to work.

The woman who tends to this laundromat is super nasty. Cursing because glass is falling out of the doors. Place is never really clean. Bathrooms are nasty. Some machines dont work. I do not advise you to come here.

I was sent on a mission, by my wife, to wash our king-size comforter. My experience there was rather subpar to say the least. Using the machines there is a crapshoot. While I was there, two ladies had washed their clothes, and couldnt open the machines to retrieve their clothes, at all! One of those machines also was going on and on for hours. My machine ate more than $2.50 before I could get it to work. The dryer controls on the machines I used are inverted - the top controls run the bottom machine, and vice-versa, and theres no heat. This place needs a redo, or new owner/mgmt, IMHO.

Washers half work and the dryers dont dry clothes. I sat here 45 minutes waiting on clothes to dry, they still were wet. Owner act like he didnt care when I told him the dryer took my money and did dry my clothes. Find another laundry mat to go to.

By far worst laundry mat ever. First of all only about five of their 20 washers work then only about three of the 15 dryers work. It took 20 minutes for a triple load washer to fill with water. There are towels all over the floor because the washers leak it is very dirty and the woman who owns the place is very rude. I would never return to this establishment.

Horrible! Many machines do not work but you dont know until you put money in. Spent 50 dollars on 5 loads of laundry and came home with wet clothes.

This was my first time here and my last! Dirty, nasty bathrooms with no toilet tissue or paper towels/dryer. Stuff broken, washers outdated. obviously there has been leaks because there are towels on the floor everywhere!! Nobody wearing mask or social distancing. Accessory dispenser from 1980 and it doesnt tell you that they are out of your product until you spent the money. No refund...I will never go back!

Coin Laundry has nice size washers dryers, several ppls in there dont use mask, like this place cause its close to home but will go either very early in a.m it late at night

Lost money $10 in a machineplus the detergent I bought and it never started. I called number and they never refunded my money and I called twice. The facility was dirty and had a lot of broken machines. One caused a huge flood while I was there.

Some machines need repair . The staff that runs it are rude . It could use some cleaning . Restrooms need to be cleaned. Been coming here off and on for years . Pricing is good but the up keep is not very good .

Machine are in need of up grading.

Worst laundry mat around, washers dont fill up with water thats if they even start at all, no hot water in the washers and the dryers are a total rip off because for one they are mostly broke but you wont know until you put all your quarters in the dryer and it doesnt start, the ones that do come on are turned down so low you have to keep putting money in to dry your clothes, they dont change or clean the filters when they do come in just to collect the money and that troll of a woman talks to you ride if you tell her whats wrong with the machine while she is there. Dont even bother to get a refund using their phone service I havent heard from them in over a month. BBB needs to shut them down.

BE AWARE!!! this place needs to be closed down its dirty 90% of the dryers do not work and they dont have any signs on the dryers saying they dont work the washers dont have hot water in them you dont know till you put your money in no sign on them saying no hot water so I would advise you to go somewhere else its horribly wrong to take people hard earn money like that another thing is if your washer doesnt work you lose your money therefore you have to use another washer and pay again SHUT IT DOWN!!

Never coming here again. The washer was on its final cycle and it didn’t stop so we tried calling the number posted like 20 times and none of our calls got any response. We had to call non-emergency and wait for another 30 minutes before they came.I wouldn’t recommend anyone this place. This place deserves less than 0 stars, if there was such thing as negative stars, it’d be reserved for this place.

Not happy. I picked washing machines that didnt work so had to wait for it go through its cycle as it held my clothes hostage. Also someone had taken all 12 Mega washers available and this was one person.

Place was absolutely disgusting, only reason here because new place I usually go to was full. This place needs to be shut down. Never come here again.

Zero stars. I have never given a negative review before but. I’m currently waiting for someone to get my property out of a machine that lit up but wouldn’t work and just stayed shut. Their response to the issue via phone after calling police was that no one was to break into the machine and that someone would be here shortly. Here’s hoping they get her before the start of my work shift. The floor and each corner and every machine is a filthy mess. Thought I could get in and out with a load of laundry....

Nasty. Lady currently cussing and yelling at my 13 year daughter over a camera system. Glass falling out of the dryers. Water all over the floor. More then half the machines dont work. One star I being overly generous.

This place is nasty! It’s dirty, rolled up towels in front of half of the washers to soak up the water that leaks out, and it smells. I felt dirty by the time I left and am looking for another place to re-wash what I brought here. Yuck!

The caretakers have a horrible presence! I said excuse me to the female who in turn looked at me like I was speaking French! Just rude all around the board

Most machines in horrible shape or not working at all. Avoid coming on the weekends as this place is a zoo. If any turn key ops want easy business. A few laundrymat s in the area could be good money. I dont know why but seems every other person that walks in brings kids or obnoxiously loud annoying radio. Expect to have quiet time in the car... Bright side is there are a few food options in the area... Just be wearry if dryer 30. It doesnt work and has no signage to tell you. Will update score depending if I get my refund or notEdit- 4-3-2018 demoted to 1 star, Its been 1 month and i have not received word or a call-back about my refund. im done doing my laundry here and would advise others to avoid. id rather go down to the creek and handwash my laundry before going here...
