Justin was terrible!! He couldnt come meet me when I would be home from work. He had to come by when my son was here, He did not contact me with questions afterwards. Sent an email quote. Had to text him ask him to to reply to my email when I replied to his email about the quote. Then when I had other questions it still took days to hear back from him. Then it was like he was mad at me because I questioned why he hadnt included painting the ceiling where drywall needed to be repaired. And why it didnt include two coats. At any rate I waited over two weeks for a reply from him and finally called the company and asked to speak to his supervisor. I ended up emailing all of my questions to the supervisor. Then it took several days for the supervisor to get back to me but he did let me know he was working on it. When I was ready to proceed I emailed and asked for a new quote including changes that I wanted included or excluded from the first bid... I had to wait a week because Justin was taking some time off... Today he finally replied to my email. Thank you for the questions. However, our estimate was only good for 30 days. At this point we dont have any plans to update or pursue your repairs going forward. Wow! So you can stall and not reply for as long as you like but I cant take my time and make decisions regarding repairs in my own home and then ask for a new quote?! Highly do not recommend this company! I am only giving 1 star since I cannot give 0 stars

Your team showed up so fast! THANK YOU! We were happy to see all the water being dried up after having a pipe burst in my home. SERVPRO did a great job from beginning to end. I will call them again if I ever need them!

Kevin, Earl, Andrew, and Terry were all absolutely wonderful! 10/10 experience for a condensation drip/leak.They showed up promptly at 0900, and left around 1230 after cutting out the soaked drywall, insulation, carpet, pulling out the ruined laminate, and setting up the fan/shopvac things to run overnight.They were extremely polite, (honestly perfect gentleman,) and gave very concise aftercare instructions for the machines.Also, they were super kind to our dog Korra, and Korra loved them too.

We were needing an estimate for some clean up on a family members house and when I contacted Servpro, Jordan was so easy to work with. She then sent Terry to us and it could not have been any better. He was SO helpful and super honest, he gave us so many options and we never once felt like he was trying to sell us a service we didnt need. My sisters and I were very thankful for that. I 10/10 recommend Servpro, they are professional, great communicators and always where they said they were going to be. Thanks again to Jordan and Terry!

I woke up one morning and part of my living room ceiling had fallen down and the floor was wet. Due to several storms surrounding the Rogers tornado I had a serious roof leak and it was still coming in. My insurance company gave me the name of several mitigation companies, so I picked ServPro not knowing any of them. Kenny Stevens with ServPro took the matter in hand like it was his own home and he and his great crew quickly took action to stop any further damage. Not only that, but he provided information and assistance for the follow up that was needed due to the scarcity of available roofers after the Rogers tornado. Kenny answers his phone, provides reassuring and prompt service, and he and his crew are always punctual, polite, and compassionate. Top notch company that were lucky to have in our area. Great service and very thorough cleaning to prevent the virus

I would highly recommend Servpro!! There customer service is amazing! My house flooded one evening and they were so quick to there and get started. While I was out of town they kept me informed on how the clean up process was going. Servpro worked so well with farmers insurance to get my house back to normal.

HAD FIRE IN LAUNDRY, THEY CAME OUT NEXT DAY BUT OVER 2 WEEKS & STILL HAVENT RECEIVED BID. THEY SAID FLOOD ISSUES SET THEM BACK BUT WE HAD THEM LOOK AT OUR DAMAGE 2 DAYS BEFORE IT EVEN STARTED RAINING. THEIR LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM & POOR PERFORMANCE IS COSTING US 100S OF DOLLARS PER DAY. M parents house caught on fire just before Thanksgiving. Within hours of the fire department leaving, Servpro was there to start with the clean up and restoration! Super nice and prompt!

I highly recommend this business. In todays world where dishonesty and pulling one over on the customer are the norm, Danny, Terry, and the entire staff at ServPro are a breath of fresh air. ServPro did all of the work associated with a broken water heater and the removal of mold in our basement. Danny and his team went above and beyond throughout the entire process. They were honest, ethical, and a rare find in todays world.

Good place to work

I would not recommend this company to anyone in Northwest Arkansas. One star is being generous. They were contracted to repair the roof in May 2017 and it is still not finished. Many shingles are loose and not glued down. They cracked the ceiling in the master bathroom and slopped paint on the carpet, dresser and doorway trim of the bathroom when repairing the damage they created. The plaster has cracked in the ceiling and needs repaired. In all fairness, they want to make it right, but I do not want them in my house. What damage will they create next?!?
