Great service, highly recommend. Had a snowball project where one issue turned into many once they begin clean up and removal of mold. They did the removal and restoration for a basement, closet, bedroom, and bathroom. Company does great cleaning and helps coordinate other contractors when needed. Anytime I had a question or a concern they were prompt to address it. Its rare in this line of business to find commitment to great service. Kudos to Matt, Aaron, CJ, and their team for their work!

I contacted Rumpke Restoration because of the good reviews for their Loveland location. They were open and honest about the price, process, and options. They were very accommodating of my needs and allowed me to help design the protocol for my basement. They were very flexible in communication (open to phone, texting, email, etc.) and to my schedule (including doing some of the work while I was overseas). All of my calls and emails were answered the same day and all of my concerns were addressed the next day. The price was fair. The work was beautiful. They tried hard to make me happy. I have been told repeatedly that I have the cleanest basement that anyone has ever seen. Today I was asked if the house was brand new because the basement is so nice. I am happy and would work with with Rumpke Restoration again.
