The hard drive on my laptop crashed and Javier was able to restore important docs and replace it with an updated SSD he recommended to salvage the laptop. He got it back to us quickly and it’s running better than it did before it crashed.

Never, ever againJavier had my laptop for a week and a half, accomplished absolutely nothing useful, and charged me $100. Now I still have a laptop that wont power on and the warrantys voided, so Ill have to spend more money to fix what they couldnt.You dont seem to be able to see the customer perspective that I gained absolutely nothing by visiting your shop. Im actually worse off than when I came to you. Thats an issue you need to work on.I understand the issue with the DC jack, but you ordered the wrong part and just used a bead of solder that, once again, accomplished nothing.

My Dell laptop started having problems, I had seen the small car painted and advertising Computer & phone repairs on Sunset. I read reviews and took my laptop in later that afternoon.Juan looked at it and said he could have it fixed the next day. He gave me a very reasonable price. I picked it up the next day, he told me that he had been unable to get into some of the programs, So he cleaned the programs off the hard drive and reinstalled the newest version of windows 10 with COA. My laptop is like a new computer and works perfect. The price was VERY reasonable. I would recommend Plaza Technology to anyone needing computer repair, and if looking for new computers. They were very helpful! I checked out with Javier. He went even further to help me get some additional programs installed on my computer. Even though it was after closing time, I didnt feel rushed when picking up my laptop. We have done business with Plaza Technologies for several years and they have always done us right. Highly recommend Plaza Technologies in Springdale. My 18-month old Dell computer had crashed and I could not get to my pictures nor my music. Contacted a known and established computer repair place in Fayetteville but was not offered a lot of hope and advised that the cost would be about $200. When I contacted Plaza Tech - Xavier told me he would look at it and only charge me if he could repair. I had my computer with pictures and music back in two days at less than quoted by the Fayetteville store. So very pleased with Plaza Technologies.

Bruh, I took it in to repair my cracked screen, and because the screen wouldn’t respond and some how, some way they disabled my device

I had two issues, problems reinstalling Internet explorer 11 and over heating. They fixed neither. Javier did the exact same things that I did as a home user to reinstall I.E. 11. On overheating He said he cleaned it out and replaced the thermal paste on the heat sink. There was no change with the heat issue so I opened the laptop and discovered he lied. I wanted my money back with took photo proof it was not done and I they just laughed at me.

I definitely do not see anyone that works for Plaza Technologies laughing at any costumer, im referring to Karen Fruhlinger. Also they will not take someones money and say they will fix it if they truly cant. If they believe it is not fixable, they will tell you. Keep up the great work and great service!!
