As a guy whos fairly computer savvy I was a bit embarrassed to take my desktop to a shop when I was unable to get it to boot. However, the employees were extremely welcoming and it really felt like I was dealing with a family versus the various tech chains. Over the few days they had my system they communicated and kept me in the loop every step of the way until the issue was resolved. The rates were also by far the best Ive found in the city, the deposit you pay goes toward the repairs. I highly recommend TTM!

Warning for those not tech savvy. These people will take advantage of youComputer was brought in with power issues (wouldn’t turn on) simple power supply replacement but they told my family they needed to wipe the computer for it to work. All they did was still the hard drives that were installed and replaced it with a mediocre one.They also instal a malicious anti virus program on it making it useless100% do not recommend unless you want to get screwed over

Stopped in at cdm computers to get help with an issue i was having.office depot couldnt help me with my problem but the kind lady helped me with my issue with no problem 5 stars all day

They offer great service that larger chains like Best Buy cant match. They will repair your computer in half the time and for half the price of larger retail chains. Highly recommend!
