The two installers were professional and courteous. They did their work without bothering us. They left our basement cleaner than when they started. When they were finished they took time to explain to us exactly what was done and how to take care of our system in the future. To say the least, we are VERY pleased. I would highly recommend this company in the future.

I had to have a furnace installed when our 18 yr. old furnance stopped working. They were professional, quick to get it done, and pricing was much better than the competition! I will definitely use them again.

Technician was fantastic. He came to tune up my AC and ended up resolving some plumbing issues with the unit that I didnt even know about. Still only charged me the basic service fee. I will definitely use them again.

AC unit not working, called after 5:00 on a Friday, Josh came Saturday morning, called me 20 minutes before his arrival. Assessed the unit found bad capacitor, part on truck, replaced and back to a cool house. Fast, friendly, professional and will call on Josh for any further maintenance to our system. Great experience.

Was told they were booked for the summer and couldnt come out. Ended up calling large company and buying 12,000 dollar new system.

We told them what we needed, didn’t have to here about a whole AC and Heating systems with all the bang taking up time. They came on the day they said and on time did the job. We had know problems. Next day had a very nice courtesy call. Would recommend

Same day service, evening call. Josh found the problem in a couple of minutes, broke down my options with financial implications. He made the whole stressful process really easy. Only HVAC service able to send someone the day I called. I called 5 places.Update: JP and another Josh came out and installed a new furnace and AC unit. Got a great deal on the bundle. JP and Josh came in, were very professional and respectful of my home. They explained the process and details I needed to know for upkeep and reliable operation. The entire process was easier than I expected and they are coming out for a post install inspection next week. I will use Springboro for all of my HVAC needs in the future.2nd update: Cody came out for an install inspection. He was very thorough and professional. Answered the questions I had and even setup a service call to fix a couple of pre-existing conditions. (Present before the install) Overall Springboro/Five Star Heating and cooling have been great to work with.

The technician was very polite and knowledgeable. He showed up early into the 3 hour window (on a Sunday), and had my problem figured out within 10 minutes (compressor battery). The price was very fair for how quickly they were able to come out and see me about my AC unit. Would very much use again in the future (not anytime in the near future hopefully).

Repairman Hashem did a very through job. He explained the testing procedures and the results. Very polite and professional. His knowledge was evident. Plan to use him again.

Springboro Heating & Cooling were great. My 19 year old furnace was on its last leg and I knew I needed a new one. The install was so smooth and I would never use another HVAC company other than Springboro Heating & Cooling again!

Had our ducts cleaned today, staff was friendly, clean and efficient. Definitely did a thorough job compared to another company I have used in the past.
