Just had what has to be the best customer service experience ever. Joseph just helped us switch from Verizon to Sprint on 4 phones and it was Easy, Fast and Friendly. He made sure we got All discounts, was organized and switched all the phones and was super friendly. This is a million dollar employee you cant teach that type of attitude.

Does Sprint/T-Mobile allow their employees to vape in the store with customers present? I have seen multiple employees do this every time i am there. Also, the language used by employees is consistently profane and unprofessional.

I was promised a Samsung watch as a free promotion which I was charged $450 for when I switched to Verizon. Melissa Alaina lies and says she cant get a manager to help me with the high bill on my account. She then proceeds to call a manager and then say I should go to another store. I call the other store and they say to call customer service. I call customer service and they say to go to the store. Everybody gives the runaround.

I upgraded my phone via the web ( Sprint’s website). This was the only store to have the iPhone XS Max 256 gb, although it wasn’t the color I wanted, I’ll just get use to the Rose Gold. Although the process was a little lengthy, my rep. was very thorough. A good experience .

Negative one star....Went in to get my son a phone. We were acknowledged as we walked in the door . Waited over an hour and they both were helping customers. One finished with her customer and began helping other clerk. She got her phone and went to the back. We left. Unfortunately I dont think we will choose sprint.

At first I was doubting the customer service at this location by looking at the reviews. But I took the risk (because it was the nearest store) and it turned out GREAT. I was greeted by everyone. They were friendly and very helpful. I had my phone activated and all of my questions answered. I would definitely recommend this location.

We went to the store and talked to Seth about 2 weeks ago. He gave us the deal to switch over from another carrier: Free iPhone 11 if trade in iPhone 6s and up, or $10/month if we take Samsung Galaxy S10. We specifically told him we have 3 brand new phones which haven’t paid off yet from the other carrier, 1 Samsung S9+, Samsung S10+, and 1 iphone 6S. He said Sprint will buy back up to $650/line. For the record, this deal is on their Sprint website too. I asked Seth about the website stating Samsung S9+ and Samsung S10+ still be able to trade in for free iPhone 11, he said yes. Also on Sprint website.The next day we gather all phones to trade in. Kelvin was really nice, he helped us with the deal that Seth has offered us. We have 9 lines total by the way, so it took a while for Kelvin to process. Thanks to Kelvin for that. I asked Kevin what about the buy back program since I haven’t paid off the 3 phones from the other carrier. Kelvin said wait until I get the last bill, which shows how much we still own, then bring it in and Sprint will register for us, we will receive the master card in the mail.The day I got my last bill from the previous carrier, I brought it to the store and talked to 2 employees, before they called Seth out. Seth said I misunderstood. They don’t offer buy back if we get free iPhones . The other employee kept saying we just call the customer service and they will process, but Seth kept saying no, He don’t do that. I gave him the papers which have the deals he gave me. He still said no, he made a mistake.Then I asked Seth about the price of the plan he gave me, which will go down after we paid off the phones. He said he made that mistake too.So after all, he conned us, tried to get us signed the deal, switched over to Sprint, then told me the deals that he gave me were all his mistakes. And now I have to pay for his mistakes?I went home and checked Sprint website and chatted with Sprint . They said the Clean Slate Program( buy back) didn’t state that if we get free iPhone then they don’t offer buy back. To me, Seth was just trying to get us signed the deal, whatever happens next is on us. I just wonder what did he do with the new phones that we traded in?How can Sprint hire people like that to work for them? Where is their reputation?Seth told me he will talk to district manager and let me know. I’m still waiting for his phone call or text. I told him either honor the deal he wrote down for me with the buy back or I will return all 9 phones. He still has 1 more week to let me know. Then I will post the solution that Sprint came up with, if they solve this problem.When my friend referred me to Sprint, I thought I will save money and headache when I switched to Sprint but it doesn’t look that way. He was so nice the day my husband and I stopped by to talk about what can Sprint offer us to switch to Sprint. Then the day I came back with the final bill, he was like a total different person.I just hope Sprint will solve this problem for me.Updated: 01/29/2020After we posted the review, we were contacted by Mr. Gordon, Sprint Customer rep, yet nothing has been solved. I told him we want to return all the iphones and get back the old phones which we’ve traded in, he said Sprint will only give us the check for the value of our old iphones and the new Samsung S9+ and S10+. Sprint won’t return the phones which we had traded in. So basically, we either stay with Sprint, or get the check which I don’t think will cover for the phones. Just a bunch of scammers after all. My recommendation: Stay away from Sprint. Now we can’t wait for the contract to be over and switch.

It sucks that the reviewers feel the way they do. I had a great experience at this sprint. Not only were the employees friendly, they made sure everything worked well with my purchases.When I bought my phone, i was offered a case and they took the time to take the case out of the pakaging to make sure it fit! It made me feel like i was taken care of!

This store was awful... I am reluctant to leave one star.. I had every intention of switching from AT&T when I walked into the store. I asked basic questions and none were answered. The young man helping me was incompetent. If I were the manager I would fire the staff, not even the slightest sarcasm in that statement. They are unfit to present to any customer as Sprint professionals. Comical in a sense. I cannot see that store surviving long. I asked the young man what the different rates were and he literally picked up a sign and handed it to me then said, this is them.. Please, do not waste your time. I know Sprint is a good company but this store is a poor example.

We received very good service when my husband and I went to replace our current Sprint phones. Im sure that it helps when we went there were no other customers. The sales person that helped us was knowledgeable, offered information on current promotions, and looked up information about our account for us so we could upgrade our phones.

Amazing staff, I had some issues with my phone and they completely handed it in the most professional way possible. While I was in there they even looked at my bill and found I wasnt using enough data to justify having unlimited and saved me $40 a month and thats saving $40 while adding a tablet and mobile hotspot.

This has to be the most incompetent sprint store out there. Actually this is not a true Sprint store and you should avoid like the plague. First I had been a sprint customer for years before leaving and going to Verizon. I decided to give them another chance as they were cheap and I figure the service couldnt be that bad. After one day of service, I figured that wasnt the case. I immediately returned my phones to Sprint the NEXT day and was told everything was taken care of. I started getting bill notices and went into this store on three separate occasions and was told this was taken care of. Today, I got a notice that sprint had placed a collection account on my credit report for $649 when they acknowledge on multiple occasions that all their devices had been returned. Do not go this location or any sprint location for that matter.

Terrible service! The sprint website said the note 10 was available at that store but apparently not the employee took a whole 2 minutes to look for it but spent 20 minutes trying to figure out the website for the company he works for. It took me 5 minutes to find and it was my 2nd time on the website. All in all i was not able to get the phone i wanted and didnt get help to find a store with one.
