I have been using these guys for years at my workplace. I came here to find their hours to contact them regarding adding an additional service for their next visit and saw a few reviews regarding poor communication. I can attest to that being far from the truth in my experience. I receive texts and emails about any upcoming appointments and a call the day of to let me know they will be arriving soon. Of all the different companies I have to coordinate with, Green Pest has made it the easiest to plan and prepare for. These guys are very knowledgeable about their business and the technicians are always friendly, good people. We are very limited on what times we can have them out due to HIPPA and other client sessionsthat require privacy, and even when I call with minimal notice asking to reschedule, they are always friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend these guys as they provide excellent service, get the job done quick and properly, and have GREAT communication about upcoming work. I think the negative reviews speak more to the individuals organization/people skills than is does to Green Pest Guys and their company.

I wasn’t going to review this company because I just wanted to move on and not deal with them anymore as we have a new company that we use. But after having 3 bad experiences, here is my review. This company has absolutely no communication skills. They picked up our house when our pest control guy moved. Didn’t tell us who they were, pricing or anything, just showed up. Then they called to schedule another time in which my husband said that he would have to call back to schedule something. They still showed up a second time even though my husband never confirmed a day with them. We told them not to come back 3 months ago, and today they came and serviced the outside of our house without even telling us they were coming or about to service the house and then charged us. Every single time my husband has spoken to them, he’s dealt with a sassy, argumentative manager who has no customer service skills. We will be disputing the charge with our bank; the manager’s response to that was “you go ahead and do that then”.

Do not use this company I stopped using this company over a month ago due to them being unreliable and not communicating visits they have showed up at my house since then and started doing a unauthorized service and charging me for it. So now Im having to go through my bank and mark them as fraud. Horrible customer service.

On time and friendly, excellent work, excellent value!
