EXCELLENT, TAILORED SERVICE: Weve been with Pest Arrest for 3 years; cant imagine ever needing anyone else. They offer truly ECO-FRIENDLY pest services. No poisons ever - great for kids, pups, AND the planet! If we see pests in the house or yard between our scheduled 3 month treatments, they come out (usually the the next day!) and retreat inside + outside at no charge.GREAT PEOPLE: Joseph does a great job with our regular treatments and pays close attention to our home + yard. When he notices problems (ex. German cockroaches), he takes time to clearly explain the problem and his plan to treat it. Hes thoughtful, kind, funny (my kiddos love him), and patient with my 120 lb., ever-baying Coonhound. Joseph is great at his job and a great person. We get a text and a phone call from the office the day before service and a clear time that Joseph will be here, so we can plan our day. Never Sometime between 9:00 and 12 or 5:00. Ive never spent hours at home waiting for them. If we cant be home, all I have to do is call the office. Rescheduling is so easy and theyre always so nice and accommodating when we do need to reschedule.Great company. Really cant recommend highly enough!

We had some concerns that I expressed to James and he was able to treat all the issues we were having as well as applying a long-lasting barrier in some problem areas. I was hearing noises in my attic. Upon further inspection, I saw rat droppings through out. Roaches and insects I can handle but not rats. I called Pest Arrest and requested service for the next day. The young lady I spoke with on the phone, Victoria, was very pleasant and acted with a sense of urgency. I was lucky that they sent me Edwin Negron. A superb young man that arrived right on time and got to work in my attic. He confirmed my suspicions and proceeded to strategically set out the traps. He explained what he was doing and what the best course of action is during and after the hunt. He told me he would be back in a week to check and replace the traps. I heard them go off over the weekend. I called Edwin first thing Monday morning and within 30 minutes of me calling, he was collecting the remains and setting more traps incase there are more. He will again visit in a week to make sure the problem is eliminated and to professionally clean the mess the rats made in the attic. Luckily we reacted early enough to minimize the damage or to give them time to have more rats. I will for sure be using Pest Arrest in the future for any pest needs and would highly recommend them. Their pricing is more than fair for the first class customer service.

We have personally used Pest Arrest for fifteen years, so when my employer needed a new company for general pest treatment and an inspection for rodents, I recommended them. I am very reluctant to recommend anyone, as the outcome, of course, reflects on me. Felix, our tech for this call, did not disappoint. He was on time, very thorough in both the treatment and the inspection (large facility). And the price is very reasonable. A+.

I contacted Pest Arrest to deal with a little friend in our attic. I got a call late at night and the next day Freddy came in to look at the problem. He immediately pointed to a gap in the roof, Freddy stated that it was a squirrel. There was already damage done to the structure. Freddy explained all my questions and concerns, showed me the damage done to our property and took the time to address all my concerns. He came back 2 days after to finalize the exclusion treatment and sealed all the entry point and fix the damage done. As he was checking the attic, I saw our little friend on the way back to the house from her morning excursion, Freddy immediately close all entry points . He is very thorough, explained all in detail and took the time to show me all that was done.I highly recommend Freddy for his professionalism and patience.

These gentlemen are always professional, work directly with the client and look to minimize future issues. You get email and text notice prior to a visit and typically a phone call as they near your property. My technician today arrived fully masked, spoke with me from 6 feet away and asked if I had any particular concerns (annual termite prevention and inspection). I asked he look closely at an area that had been troublesome a couple of years ago (they kept their guarantee and addressed) and found him at his truck as I left to do errands. He was retrieving materials to treat an ant hill that was attempting to invade the house. Good work, professional and polite. Highly recommend over the big commercial houses especially.

I had an infestation of termites inside all the cabinetry of my living room and kitchen. Assume it came in with the carpenters supplied wood. We had treated several times and our only alternative given to us at the time was a $20,000 tenting of the house to fumigate.....meaning my only real alternative was to rip out all the cabinets and start over (cheaper). I contacted Pest Arrest about their thermal killing of termites. They came in, bumped the room temp up to about 150-160. For sure the live termites are no longer. Will keep you posted about the eggs. Company is very professional and technicians know their business.

Im signed up for quarterly service inside and outside. This technician sent a text when he was 20 mins out as a courtesy. He was friendly and efficient. He even used a little wand to clean areas around my porch ceiling and back area for spider webs and such. I referred PA to my neighbor and they took 25 off my bill as a thank you. I would recommend them again and i will continue to renew my quarterly service.

Ive used Pest Arrest extermination services since 2016 and Ive never been disappointed. I hired them for the prevention of cockroaches, spiders, earwigs, ants, and other insects. And, for the past 4 years, Ive not had any problems with insects. To top it off the customer service is phenomenal. If you call to reschedule or ask questions, they are courteous, pleasant, professional, and they listen. And, the technicians are wonderful too. Just wanted to share my experience and the reason why I’m giving pest arrest 1 Star, Unfortunately my experience wasn’t very good at the end with them my wife and I had hired them originally Because of they’re high reviews. Started with no problems coming in on regular basis to treat my house for bug prevention which in my opinion was pretty good until we hired them for a little more serious job that included possible rodent control. We hired these guys thinking the job would get done with no issues but soon found out that was not the case, we had a manager come out multiple times to discuss the issues, from not having the right material, the job being poorly done to the job not ever being fixed after paid for, for some reason after that they just stop showing up or even Calling to follow up on our next routine service visits, there for we reached out and canceled which was a little odd for them not caring we did so no questions asked lol

Technician Mo Adan was respectful and pleasant. He contacted me when he was on his way and on time. Dutifully and professionally got rid of my SPIDERS!!! He is welcome again to help get me and my family safe from critters. The office workers are very accommodating and do their very best to meet my needs. Prices seem to be better than their rival companies. Thanks guys!!

I was OK with Pest Arrest initially. The technicians were all on my ring doorbell as showing up, ringing my bell, doing their work, and leaving from the back yard. 3 notifications in all. However, their last visit on 08/31/2020 technician Shawn Wilson rang my doorbell twice and thats all I saw of him, nothing else. My neighbor did see him spray the driveway and I would have paid for that, but not the rest of what was claimed. There is nothing on the ring doorbell of him doing the perimeter. I called and told them about the lack of video evidence showing them performing the maintenance. It was concerning because I have had video evidence of previous outdoor maintenance performed. Pest Arrest came back with well, he said he did the maintenance. So, with Pest Arrest, offering video evidence of them not doing the work is apparently not enough for them. My service with them has been cancelled all together and there were no offers of any kind to right the work not done. I do not recommend Pest Arrest at all. But IF you do go with this company, it is apparent you need to babysit the technicians to do the work because they will take the word of the tech over video evidence of them not doing the work you pay for. I would have given 0 stars but the review process here will not allow it.

I had pilings show up on my bedroom wall. I called Pest Arrest and John came to my house after 5pm the same day! He explained everything in detail and was very personable. He and his crew came out and fixed my problem. They cleaned their mess and stuck to the quote. I was so impressed that I hired them to get rid of my mosquitos and fire ants. The service rep told me that we had to have termites in the walls and the whole house would need to be treated for a cost of $700. I called another company who came out, looked at it, and said the termites were not active and they were only in one spot. They explained to me that we would see termite mud on the sheetrock if they were all over the house.
