Busy morning, too many customers waiting, and just ONE (1) employee. I know isnt employee fault. However, long waiting, a customer waiting for a title loan but the employee cant bring him service until she finish with the remainings customers. I was waiting inside the office and she ask me kindly that i needed to leave the office until she did the car inspection. Too many responsabilities for only one person. Advanced america should ALWAYS have at least 2 persons working, too much stress for one person could make mistakes.

I have been very happy with the help and services I receive at this business. The ladies who run the front desk are always pleasant and I am taken care of quickly with a smile.
