Sure liars- just said a small package could not be delivered because the driveway was blocked. We have cameras and live at the end of a no outlet street. The LAZY mail person did not even drive down the street. The package was from Amazon. If Amazon keeps using USPS to deliver by Amazon.
Over charge you, dont honor insurance purchase only pay 50$ basic coverage. Make sure your box lable dos not say envelope or it will be return to you. You end up paying twice.
Post office gets a bad wrap generally but I wanted to give them kudos for a great experience.I lost my tracking number and called to ask if they good look in their electronic kiosk records. They got all the info I did have and was able to get the tracking information. It was a 401k rollover check so I was stressing a bit. It did in fact deliver to the correct location. I appreciate that prompt service
Dropped 2 packages inside at the drop box at 7:45pm on 8/26/2021 and confirmed that the soft padded envelopes dropped in the drop box. It was a 2 day delivery in Houston and the customer never received its and the tracking of the packages were never scanned at 1411 Wunsche Loop Post Office. A report was called in for my packages. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS AT THIS LOCATION!!
Ethan was so rude. I had asked him a question about shipping labels and he gave me the tape but he told the next customer “she has no idea about the real world” although I was confused by what he said he sounded like he thought I was stupid cause I was asking a simple question. Didn’t even try to knock or deliver. I was waiting for this package. I understand it’s big, just knock and we can get it.
I dropped off one package inside at the drop box in the evening recently and confirmed that the package dropped in the drop box. It has been over two days and tracking of the package has not been scanned. I’m worried they lost it and I have called them and only response is to wait for update from the main office distribution center in Houston. I will never come back to this place
Shipped an envelope with documents internationally to Europe with a service advertised by USPS for delivery in 6-10 business days (Priority Mail International). 10 Business days later its still in US spending many days in various cities with no apparent reason. Absolutely no clue when it will get delivered. When contacted USPS about this I got the response that the investigation of inquiries on packages sent to Europe usually lasts 32 working days! Save your troubles and avoid using their services. I know Ill do that.
This Spring, Texas post office has marked a package as delivered at front door 6/2/21. I was literally in my front yard at time they say package left at front door. Substitute mail person came by delivering mail about twenty minutes later and he said he didn’t deliver a package to my house. I told him I know I was outside and a package was never delivered by anyone. Someone scanned delivered from somewhere. Report made with USPS and company I ordered from. A government run mess.
I literally cringe at the thought of having to deal with this post office location. My packages are constantly misdelivered and when you try and call to get help no one answers! As a government institution I do not understand how there are no checks and balances. Im still waiting on some sort of follow up for a misdelivered package 2 weeks ago. Ive gone up there 3 times already with no resolve. Its a shame when you can depend on Amazon more than the USPS.
I kind of get the feeling that my packages are not so much lost but stolen. Whenever my regular letter carrier delivers the mail I have no issues, but the second anyone besides my usual letter carrier comes by my mail and packages are missing every time . It has now been a week of contacting this post office daily by myself and the shipper and no one is getting a response from anyone at this USPS location. Also keep in mind I have security cameras so I can quite clearly see when the letter carrier approaches my mailbox or front door or when they straight up just keep driving past my home without stopping even when nothing is obstructing my mailbox.
My mail has not been delivered in almost a week. When the mail carrier came today, my son asked him where is the rest of the mail? I have Informed Delivery and my mail has been scanned. Therefore I know I have over 20 pieces of mail that has nit been delivered. I went to the post office and they stated that someone would call me today. As of 11:51pm, no call. Very disappointed.
First time at this post office. Barely any wait time, very personable staff. Was in and out in maybe 10 minutes. Excellent service.

First time using this location. It’s on my way to work but I’ve avoided it due to the reviews on here. I pulled in the lot at lunch time and it was packed so I almost just left. I’m glad I went in, there was a line of about 6 customers ahead of me but all 4 booths were staffed and I was in and out in probably 5 minutes max. Postal clerk was friendly, I’ll definitely be back! Don’t always trust the reviews, sometimes you have to see it for yourself.
They have a new young guy at this location that is super fast! I saw him help 5 people in the time it took the other man to help 1.
This post office has the worst mail carriers Ive ever seen. When they deliver packages, I will often get notifications that delivery was attempted, but no mail truck ever showed up. This happens all the time.
I see reviews citing non-delivery, but Ive never experienced that. Im a frequent user due to the great location and fast, friendly staff. This PO is much needed by those who live near I-45. I wish USPS could buy the beautiful lot across the street. Oh, those live oaks! Thanks, USPS-Spring.
I have used this post office for the last 7 years and have always had a great experience every time I go there. The staff there are very friendly and always addressed my issues promptly. I am surprised at some reviews I have read here but I have never had an issue with this post office.
Had a Horrible Experience at this post office last week with Sasha.Supervisor Vasquez stepped in and went above and beyond with his professionalism, customer service, great attitude, work ethic and follow up. He did a fantastic job!!I hope upper management watches these reviews and takes note of having such a great employee. He is an asset to your company!He is not a warm body that shows up just to clock in and get paid. As soon as you get the chance to promote Supervisor Vasquez again - - - - > I would move him as up as far as you can so he can shine and you will reap all the benefits.
Had a package message on my phone say attempted to deliver.... no access to location. How do you attempt to deliver when I drive in and you are delivering mail.... blocked you say? There were no FedEx trucks, no amazon trucks, no ups trucks. Plus it requires a signature. There for if there is something blocking you, take it to my apartment correct? Im not one to criticize but this is a common thing at my apartment complex. Now I have to wait till its delivered the next day and go multiple times because mail is never delivered the same time every day to make sure I receive a package. Mail varies between 11a and 5p. Yall need to tell your workers to do their jobs. Sorry. Just my opinion.
Your carriers are liars. They claimed to not have access to the location.How did your carriers attempt to deliver something when they didn’t even try. The carrier NOT ONCE approached my apartment, I saw her zooming around my apartment complex yet...my package couldn’t be delivered? There’s nothing blocking her.I have additional items coming in and I refuse to put up with laziness, I absolutely hate when my packages come through USPS because it’s ALWAYS some form of drama with them.Another update 8/27/21: They claimed that I said I wanted my package held at the post office. I never once wanted that and I cannot even get in contact with these people over the phone because they dont believe in working.8/30/21: I had something important that needed to be delivered, on the 28th it was out for delivery, and on the 29th the status states that its awaiting delivery scan...yet I never received anything. This is the second issue in less than a week.8/31/21: Shoved two packages in my mailbox instead of just bringing it to the door. It was almost impossible to get my packages out and one of the packages had damage done to it. I have been trying to call this post office since the early morning and no one wants to pick up the phone.I ended filing a formal complaint against the carrier, so Im hoping that will get me where I need to be.The post office needs to go, the employees are useless and they barely act like they want to work.

USPS is absolutely useless. I will use any other service possible before I would use usps. Go paperless and just use another service. I have had multiple packages marked “delivered” and they either show up days later or not at all. Customer service is non existent. I get mail all the time that is not even addressed to me. When I tried to notify the person delivering the mail that these are not my address, she literally took them from me and put them back in my box the next day. Wow.
This post office is decent and located right off of I-45. My only concern is that the kiosk isn’t working half the time. Also, usps should add another kiosk because a lot of the people don’t know how to use it and then hold up the line. Thanks!

Dropped a padded envelope in the mail dropbox outside the store. It contained rare coins, and a Mercari shipping label. 11 days later, and the package still hasnt been scanned by USPS. I suspect internal mail theft (by a postal worker) may be occurring at this location. I dont recommend dropping off any packages containing valuables here. Make sure they scan your package, or visit a different location.
Service is actually not that bed in the people that work there is nice. However I dropped off about 4 dozen packages worth almost 2 grand April 8 at 8:30 a.m. 1st thing in the morning None of them were scanned and accepted and put on the truck under till April 9th at noon. Customers are expecting their items under 2 Day shipping this is going to ruin my business.Update: they still made their mistakes but I upped it to 3 stars because the people are pretty cool!
Unfortunately I feel like I have to post this as customer beware. I have been using this post office for 20 years with only once incident. This year I have two separate incidents with products I ship. The packages never get scanned, effectively losing them. I have videos that show I dropped off the packages inside but the PO cant prove they are there. I called the ticketing center and they helped create a help ticket. The ticket doenst go where it is supposed to go, but to the destination post office and they close the ticket without resolution and tell me they cant do anything about it. It is so frustrating to be caught in a loop of government inefficiency.
I wish there were negative stars, this place would win! Now its day 2 with 5 priority packages still waiting to be picked up. I have confirmation numbers the pick-up request was received, but nothing. Dont bother trying to call, they dont know how a phone works. Good luck
These people guaranteed a refund plus $100 if the specific package didn’t arrive in one business day like we paid for but that didn’t happen. They only refunded what we paid to ship the item but failed to give us the $100. This post office needs to be shut all the way down for invalid information and not giving what is suppose to be given to customers whose items don’t arrive at the destination at the appropriate time and date. You all should be ashamed of yourselves.
This post office is one of the worst ones Ive encountered. Ive had mail gone missing; incoming mail has arrived there, then been sent back to the regional hub; outgoing mail sits there for 2-3 days before being sent to the regional hub. This post office should be marked as non-essential because of their incompetence.
If I could I would give this office a -5 star rating.This post office is absolute trash, they have lazy delivery drivers who will not get out of the vehicle to have a signed item signed for. Also they wont re deliver when you ask them to and when you show up they have no idea where your item is. Use FedEx or UPS and save yourself the hassle.
The worst post office in Houston. The workers give conflicting information and customer service is very poor. There are are two clerks that are knowledgeable and give good service, the other staff at this location need to be retrained. Myself and four other customers waiting for ten minutes while they could be heard laughing loudly. Have no since of respect for the customers time. I am considering a p.o. box at another location so that I dont have to deal with this poor excuse of a post office.
This is the best service Ive ever had in a post office in Colorado, Salt Lake City, Katy, TX and now here in Spring. Plenty of friendly staff ready to help at the counter and even an employee that was outside of the counter, just seeing if customers needed help before they went to the counter to be serviced. Was a little leery of even trying this post office after reading the reviews. The lines moved smoothly and quick! Outstanding service and will definitely be back!

They never have priority mail boxes or envelopes in the open entrance. Theres no one to help you when you need it. When you are lucky to get inside to mail a package the people there are helpful. They need more lighting there after hours. You dont feel safe with the location.

This is the second time I have ordered something and have not received it. I know they put it in someone else mailbox because I get other peoples mail all the time. Same street number but different street. This has been going on since I moved here Im on Spring Dusk and I get Spring Creek mail. If I could have given 0 stars I would have. Worst post office EVER!!! If you plan on going here, make sure your schedule is clear because they take forever to get your packages. If they’d just deliver them to your address like they are supposed to, it would save you a lot of headache. Unfortunately, they seem to have a tough time doing that too. I was supposed to have a package delivered on Saturday. It wouldn’t fit in the mailbox so instead of knocking on the door to see if someone was home (which we were... ALL DAY!!!), they tried to take it to the office, which was closed. Now I’m still standing here, waiting for my package after being on hold with the USPS for over an hour earlier and them telling me I have to pick it up. Now nobody seems to know where my package is!!!!

The WORST service I have ever encountered. They lost a package and when nobody came to answer after ringing their stupid buzzer, I went to the front to ask them for help. Well whoever worked the front gave me attitude in front of all the other customers. I hate this place and everyone who works here.
The epitome of a neighborhood post office! Everyone is very friendly and always willing to help. Just as with any type of place like this highly recommend avoiding peak hours (opening, closing, lunch) the queues can become quite long.

The employees here have always been helpful and friendly towards me. I pay for postage at home so I dont have to stand in line. Easy to drop off packages and out the door in less than a minute.

I had to drive up to the post office and wait 15 minutes for the supervisor to answer the door and he was no help!! He asked for my number and said he would give me a call, havent received one yet!!! I have never had such a great experience at a post office before! I recently moved and needed to get new keys for mail box and do change of address. Had never gone into the post office for that before. There was no wait, they greeted me at the door and they walked me through everything. So helpful and polite.
Horrible. The mailmen lie about nobody being home to sign for packages because theyre too lazy to get out of their mail truck. I have had to chase mail trucks down the road to receive my mail in the past when I have been lucky enough to notice they have driven off after claiming nobody was home to sign for the package.

I was worried that I couldn’t find a box for my items I was shipping because they were long. When I came into this usps they are very friendly and tried everything they could to help me without my even asking. They finally found a box and saved the day!! They are awesome and I really appreciated their help.
Terrible service. I lost my package 2 time. I go to post office report to lost items and never see package. I waited the mailman at mailbox yesterday and today. They just say sorry. And not do anything even tracking number again . So angry 😡.
I honestly dont know what is going on. I have lived in the US for a long time. USPS is my first choice for sending and receiving everything. It is most cost effective, service is prompt. I cant remember a single untoward incident at the post office. Try using some of the alternatives or experience for example the Canadian postal service and you come running back to USPS. Although a government department they deliver service at par with the best of them. Long live America and the post office.
Oh man the reviews dont lie. The line is to the door. There are only 2 employees working. Get more employees in here so people can get in and out. I will however say the customer service I received was excellent.

WORST PLACE EVER.They couldnt get my package delivered and were about to return it to the sender before I tool off work early and argued long enough with the lady in the window to pick it up myself. Showed that my business was closed several times when attempting to make delivery. But my business was open. The only thing I can think of, is it was raining a lot when the carrier usually comes. I guess she didnt want to get wet, so we went a few days without receiving any mail at all.
Im giving them 5 stars for the following reason, I ship a lot and I have come to know all the clerks and they are nice once you get to know them and they always help me, if you are new to shipping I can understand why someone would give them 1 star lol... they are always busy so taking time to help you can be very difficult, just be patient and they will take care of you.
Tends to say my package is delivered when they never show up. Usually it is delivered a couple of days later or to the wrong address. Can only get help a week or two later and then they ask me to check with my neighbors.
Our carrier frequently puts neighbors mail in our box and is too lazy to bring packages to door do she stuffs them in the box. Last week 3 heavy packages were left 15 feet from our front door! I cannot find a number to file a complaint. Automated 800 number does not have complaint for a choice; probably because the complaint box would be full all the time.UPDATEI received a phone call from USPS 2 days after relating my frustrations with our carrier on the USPS site for lost mail. I again related my experience with stuffed mail box, receiving others’ mail, and the packages being left 15 feet from our door. The representative said that she would speak to the carrier and put her on a Plan of Action. She said to call if I had any more problems.
Very bad service, 3 weeks ago I requested my mailbox key and I do not receive it. Nobody knows when it will be ready and they always say to come back later, this site is the worst.
Says they delivered my package at 130pm today I was outside working on my truck noone ever stopped here. The woman drove like a maniac and I guess delivered my stuff to someone else. She looks like she hates her job.
Do not drop off any mail box without scan receipt. I drop off priority Box in the drop box and they never send. After drop, few days later I check tracking number on the usps website they said “Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting ItemSPRING, TX 77388” I went back and ask the lady said “we never got the package” She gave me the phone number to call, but they said they can’t do anything because they never got the package. This happened to me two time already i am not sure anyone have the same issues like me? must be someone’s working after hours stealing customers mail in that drop off box. Be aware. To be safe Do not drop off in the drop box at that location after business hour. Need to bring inside during business hours scan and get receipt.
I received my brand new iphone very fast while at work. I see alot of people complaining i thought mines was gonna be lost or something because everyone had the same issue. well i guess you cant always go by what people say
If i could give them a *no star* review i would. This organization needs to be shut down, they arent efficient, they arent effective, and most of all they arent friendly. They are propped up by the government and need to be let go. They will charge you to tape your package shut, yet you have to buy an entire roll of tape and do it yourself, unlike ANY of the other mail vendors. They have an attitude, unlike ANY other mail vendor, regardless of how you approach them - you are a burden to them as they leech welfare from the government(USPS) and probably are on welfare themselves. Too lazy. Horribly managed, lose packages, etc. You guys know the drill - its USPS.

Crappiest post office ever. The carriers are incompetent and the representatives you call are even worse. They are lazy and come so late at night that if your front office is closed, they dont even bother bringing the packages to your door. They just stick them back on the truck and either say the package was too big for the bin or no one was home even if your package is small enough to fit into the bin and you are home. They are rude when you ask questions, and I even had a carrier leave all of the doors to the bins in our mail building open in the front, while they talked on their cellphone behind the building, leaving everyones mail vulnerable while they chatted out of view for several minutes. I walked right up to my open bin and pulled my mail out. He didnt even see me. Anyone could have walked up and stolen anything they wanted. And when I went around the building to confront him he pulled his headphone out of his ear like I was bothering him. Amazon and FedEx use them which is even more annoying so I cant escape them 😠
We are missing so much of our mail. Letters and packages mailed to us that we never receive. The carrier is placing mail into our neighbors hands. Never wanted us to purchase the home, so the way to get rid of us is harassment and theft. Thanks USPS😡
Never had problems inside the office, but speaking about deliveries, they have the worst service in USA. Or maybe just in my area. The one thats supposed to deliver at my address has an issue about moving his butt out of his delivery truck, he never comes to the door to deliver envelopes that requires signature, he just leaves a sorry we missed you note.
I went to this post office during my lunch break and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I was surprised to be greeted by a friendly worker who helped guide me to the counter and explain what I needed for wedding invitations.
This location is just horrible with customer service!! Everyone I have spoke to from this location has a very RUDE tone and they all sound the exact same same rude attitude tone. Like the customer is the problem or they hate their job! No wonder the total rating is a 1.8 Just an overall horrible experience! I had a package delivered to the wrong address because of a typo on my end yes, but mind you it’s not even an actual address I was told it was delivered as “best as possible” bc it wasn’t a proper address. So basically it was delivered to someone around me. I’m just wondering why wouldn’t they take the package back to the post office and put invalid address??! Could’ve just sent it back. So since it was delivered and I never got it that next day I tried to contact them with the number that is listed when you search them on Google when I called it would confirm that it is the wuncshe loop location and then proceed to put me through to an operator and it would just continuously ring until it would hang up! I called every day 2times a day for 2days then decided to contact the Customer care 1-800 number and explain to them and opened up a case. Finally I get contacted right before the holiday weekend of Presidents’ Day And this was like 5 days after I contacted 1-800 so I wasn’t able to answer I called back and they’re close for the holiday weekend so finally I call on tuesday I speak to someone I get her name but then forget it she told me that my package was delivered to the wrong address and that someone would be in touch with me so I wait the next day goes by No one contact me so the following day I try to call again, again having trouble getting someone to pick up. Then someone calls me back I tell her about that I spoke to someone and they said someone would be in touch that my package was delivered to wrong address. She said oh well there is no note or nothing that you even spoke to anyone and she was confused and I was confused and she was like okay well I guess just wait until tomorrow they should be in touch and no one calls or contact me that next day so I call today and deal with someone else with a horrible customer service!!!! Of course she tells me the same thing well I can have someone call you back tomorrow if we have retrieve the package that was delivered the 11TH ohh yeah good luck with that! HA if I didn’t have the run around for a week I’d have better luck at retrieving my package!!!! Needless to say they should SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN or RE STAFF anyone who deal with the phones!!!!!!
This post office is terrible. This is the second time a package of mine has been delivered re-tapped shut after items have been stolen. I dont know who is running this place but this has to stop. What happened to it being a federal offense to tamper with peoples mail? Other neighbors have also suffered similar issues with opened holiday and birthday cards with the contents stolen but cards re-tapped. This is not ok. There needs to be an investigation of the employees here.
Terrible place. Service is badso much for counting on your US Post Office. Their hours are bad, their employees never know anything and are terribly rude. They cant seem to tell me where our ittle culdesac mailboxes are. Have been missing for 2 weeks now. I cant seem to pick up my mail because Im at work during the hours they are open. Talk about frustrating!

This post office and it’s carriers are horrible. They scan packages delivered when they run out of time and take them back to the station and then lose them. They have also have lost several pieces of important mail including gift cards of mine and when complained about it nothing was done.
If I could give zero stars i would! This is the worst post office in the history of post offices. The employees are rude and disrespectful! They act like they hate theyre jobs and really dont want to be there...and that they take out on you with horrible service and eye rolls! Im done with them! I have used the REDELIVER service 3 times now and they have NEVER redelivered. Please do what you say, or do not give people the option of the redelivery service.

The usps is a terrible place to ship anywhere, but this location especially. Costumer service is not acceptable. The majority of items I receive through them are damaged upon arrival. Gun free Zone at least for the law abiding citizens. So I have to park across the street and walk. I wish vendors would use ups, fed ex or other shippers. Then I wouldnt have to go there at all.

NEVER had a problem at the office, HOWEVER, the alternate route driver for my area must have been hired from under an overpass. Absolute worst carrier i have ever encountered. Instead of getting herself out of the truck to deliver a package to the door that was to big for the box, she left the damn thing on TOP of the mail box....... 600.00 worth of items in that box, and anyone could have just come by and grabbed it. Only 1 star for the carrier, otherwise i would give a 4/5.
Seriously worst post office ever. The counter personnel are great. BUT weve had MULTIPLE items shipped to us or that we tried to mail and they have mis-sorted and returned to the senders instead of mailing to the addressee. Beyond frustrated!
They suck!! They deliver my mail to other streets but the same house number. Sometimes the person at the house brings me my mail a week or 2 later. Other times I dont get it at all. They give me other peoples mail all the time. They even put a note in my mailbox saying my last name and mail only!! You call them to complain and the phone just rings off the wall. No one ever answers. I ended up going up there to complain and the postmaster I guess was to lazy to come out she sent the post person that delivers my mail!! How can you complain about the person If its the person you are complaining about!?! She was a heifer and wouldnt listen to what I had to said. Kept interrupting me and getting loud! I said this is BS and that I was done with her and walked off! They also delivered packages of ours to the house across the street from us and the same person on the back street where they deliver our mail!! Again they suck!!!

The letter they leave says they are open on Saturday from 9- noon but thats not true. We scheduled to pick up aa lette on Saturday since thats what their certified paper said and they were closed. Now have to take off work to pick up. This really sucks.
