I have experience super customer service from this location. Hailey has been a champion and very customer centric (I am sure the others employees at this branch are too, just that I have dealt with Hailey 95% of the time).Covid-19 has changed the way we conduct business but they seem to have adapted to the new business environment real well.I highly recommend them!

They use to be ok!But unless you go in there and spend a minimum of $25.

The new sign says not open to the public. It was a ghost town in there before and poor inventory. So management thinks the way to solve the problem is by losing sales? Makes sense.

Nobody had the bolts I was looking for, the guys at Fastenal got em for me in 2 days!
