They promised a six week project. It took over 3 months. They had to be constantly pushed to make each forward step. The process was so frustrating!! I will never use this company for future needs nor recommend them to my friends.

I am the president of the water board here in Diamondhead subdivision on Lake Conroe. KHI gave up a fair price and did excellent work on rehabing our water plant control room building. They took off old roof and replaced with new shingles. They removed our rotted trim boards and replaced with new ones. Primered building and put on 2 coats of paint. Also installed a new dusk to dawn light on the front of the building. Easy to work with, dependable, great quality of work. Will use them again.

I messaged Kevin the owner asking him for help due to the fact that my deductible was high, I wasn’t asking for anything free just some help. He did not respond to me because my insurance wasn’t helping me and I wasn’t sure if I was going to afford the services. He never responded to me and the lack of response shows what the priority is even though my roof was caving in to my home. I decided to go to another company who helped me with my deductible and even helped me a little financially by taking $1000 off of the costs and even working with my budget. If you are struggling financially and need a company who is willing to help, this is NOT the company to go to.

Very grateful for Kevin and his team to come out and evaluate my roof. We were able to negotiate with the insurance company to get it taken care of! Kevin did all the legwork and was very responsive to any questions I had. The roof looks fantastic and couldn’t be happier with their service!

They alleviated the stress of dealing with the insurance company and process of getting our home back to normal. Were there some minor issues along the way? Of course. That is to be expected when dealing with any kind of demo and rebuild. But all issues were dealt with professionally and respectfully. After the handyman I haired went MIA on me 3 days before the final walk through with the buyers and the inspector I had to come up with a solution and started to get everything done. After a few days of nonstop I needed some help I decided to drive around at 6:46pm on Saturday and notice I lived in the same neighborhood as KHI-Restoration. I stopped and explained my situation and with no hesitation KHI gave me the help I needed. KHI was fast and professional. No need to look any farther.

A month agoHad part of our roof blow off in a recent storm and had to deal with some significant water intrusion cleanup. Communication with them was very clear on what was going to take place and when. Technician was very professional and understanding. I highly recommend

I recently had a bid done by KHI and when the owner arrived to do my bid he walked inside the house and quoted me $150,000 to do it all with no explanation. He took no measurements and no notes. He also didnt want to work with me without me providing my insurance information when I said that service wasnt needed. I did not feel like he came prepared to give me an honest/ accurate quote.

We have used Kenny and his crew for various jobs around the house. Up next, our roof and patio. Great guy, thorough, respectful, honest and affordable.
