Great Experience with the Round Rock Location - Thank you USAA for leading us to Blackhill Restoration! Our home had a flooding/dirty water leak from our second story. Blackhill phoned and was out to our home in less than 12 hours! They had set up dryers with minimal invasion to our daily space. (Which is to say, they were thoughtful enough to even think of how we would function over the Thanksgiving holiday with dryers around our home.)They were prompt with every call! Respectful in every site visit! Knowledgeable of their industry! And even had referrals to other contractors who could help us navigate our repairs.

I am very disappointed in how Blackhill has taken advantage of a very destitute time that i am experiencing. I do not recommend this company to anyone and hate that I used them. They charged triple the normal price for work that was not performed when it should have been.
