Mr. Seguin of Preferred Mobile Diesel Service came out to service my 2001 Chevy Tahoe Z-71. Not only did he fix the problem I was having, my instrument cluster lights had gone out. It turns out, it was the dial used to dim the interior lights that had failed and relays the power for the cluster. He went above and beyond by changing a few fuses that had blown and installed a new windshield washer fluid dispenser. In addition, he took the time to help me fix a license plate holder I could not get back on. He is as honest as they come. My car would not start yesterday night into the morning I had got a friend to jump start my car for me & when I tried to put the car in (D)rive & give it gas it wouldn’t move, my friend suggested it was the alternator so I called around for a mobile mechanic & came across “Preferred Mobile Diesel Service,LLC” I was helped by a woman named Tiffany she was very nice & seemed to actually care about my car troubles which is always a plus, she gave me a quote on how much the labor & parts would be, I felt it was a fair price for the service. She told me a gentleman named Martin would be coming to assist me in exactly an hour & he arrived in a timely manner, very polite & professional, when he started looking threw the engine he noticed my battery was going bad & that it might be the battery That was the problem, I went and Bought a new battery and He put it in for me. sure enough The alternator was fine The battery was just bad which was great new considering I had already bought the alternator, so in the end I saved money & got excellent service, Highly Recommend !! 👍🏾
