We had an excellent experience with each person we interacted with; over the phone or in person. They fixed our issues in a timely manner and were very pleasant. The Tech wore a mask while he was here. We are very pleased with the service we received.

Chris and David were amicable to all my questions and constantly kept me updated on the status of my PC while building it. Chris has an excellent edge in hospitality while David literally knew every last detail of the systems and how it operates to a T. I needed a laptop battery replaced and the process required metric screwdrivers that I didnt own. The first company I called said they would replace the battery for $125! I drove over to NEOBOX and they replaced it for free in about 5 minutes. Refused to take any money. Great shop!

My Lenovo Legion laptop died and i called lenovo service and they said it is a hardware issue could be the motherboard, we cant help you it is out of warranty.I am from Dallas here to work. Not friendly or very helpful. Kept my hard drive for 2 weeks only to say that they could replace it but recovered no data. Don’t seem to really know what they’re doing.

I bought a custom gaming PC a couple weeks ago from here and everything about it was perfect. Ross was the clerk that helped me place the order and I loved how he didnt try to upsell everything and put me in a house I cant afford. He was extremely knowledgeable and kind.It was also a very quick turnaround. I placed the order on a Monday morning in the store that included the PC, monitor, keyboard, speaks, mouse and headset and got a call Wednesday late afternoon that it was ready to be picked up. For a custom PC, thats extremely quick.Their prices are about the same as anywhere else youre going to go but this place has the customer service not only at purchase but a phone call at any time and theyll help.

Fast friendly customer service

I have a 5 year old laptop with all of my important business on it.It has worked flawlessly since new. Then last Wednesday morning.....Pictures, files, everything GONE!!!!!!Neobox has helped me in the past and we need to support local business so I took them my computer.I received a call and was told the problem and that they were optimistic about its recovery.I picked it up, the bill was just over a 100 bucks, I got back to the office and started my computer to find it was just as it was before the problem.They installed a new hard drive and were able to get everything from the damaged drive. as if nothing had happened. I am greatfull!!!

I use my computer for work and Neobox takes very good care of me. I can call and ask questions and always get their undivided attention. I couldn’t have appreciated more the friendly understanding, honesty, and outstanding results I received from Neobox. I have never had to have a computer repaired, and along with my lack of experience I was dealing with considerable anxiety. Neobox not only flawlessly repaired a horribly shattered touch-screen, the repair was completed quickly and the charge was equal to the provided quote, which was very reasonable. I am extremely grateful and am now an exclusively loyal customer.UPDATE: Upon having a second problem with the same laptop, essentially rendering it nonfunctional, I took it into Neobox without hesitation. Although the source of the problem turned out to be a minor one, they were once again extremely generous with their time, work and superior knowledge. I have had no problems since having the laptop returned. So very grateful. I would go nowhere else.

I was Googling for computer parts stores in Woodlands, because I didnt want to make a trip to Houston, when I found this store. Long story short, I dont think I will be shopping elsewhere in the future. Not only is the staff extremely pleasant to deal with, but the prices are better than online vendors.

Knowledgeable and honest staff. Took my desktop in for Windows 8.1 operating system failure/instability. They gave me an estimate range of $30 to $130 depending of course on wide range of possibilities. Picked it up today and was charged $20 due to correction of corrupted operating system file. They could have said anything and I would not know the difference. You cant get anything looked at let alone fixed for $20 these days.

These guys are phenomenal. My interaction with them lasted about 1 minute but it left quite an impression. I brought in the wifi card from my HP Envy 15 laptop which had been a POS from day one (never connects for more than 5 minutes at a time).Handed it to the fellow behind the counter (bearded dude, I think he might be the owner) and asked him if he might have a replacement for it in stock. He goes into the back for about 20 seconds and comes back out with another used one from the same family but different model. Says here you can have this one, weve got lots of these laying around.I was in shock. Thanked him profusely and left. Now here I sit transmitting this review over functional wifi, for the first time in the three years Ive owned this laptop. I believe Ill be sending these dudes some pizza come Monday.
