Coming from the store off west rd and 45N. This was a whole 180. I was greeted upon coming into the store which was new. The gentleman working in the print & copy was amazing. He was very kind and helpful. The entire atmosphere was a lovely change. I think I found the new place for all my business needs. SO WORTH THE DRIVE!! I truly don’t mind the extra minutes just to be at peace and treated with respect!
Disappointing new method of getting prints. Been using Office Depot for a long time to get constructions drawings printed on the spot. Now you must wait a day, submit as project for them to print them to you. It’s absurd takes less than min to print few sheets but making you wait it’s the new norm there.
This is the worst Office Depot location In Texas. The printing area is trash and they’re lazy af! They want you to do everything yourself just horrible customer service. Don’t waste your time or money here.
I went to the store today and was created by Cheslyn. She said “Can I help you?” With a pleasant voice. She proceeded to find the correct ink by searching the model number of my printer. She took the time to tell me specials on office equipment and look in the back for my desk and chair. Even though many products were out of stock, she took the time to find them online in stores near me availableFor pickup. I was able to get every single product I wanted today because of her relentless pursuit for great customer service! Please see her if you need anything at spring 45 Office Depot. Thank you Cheslyn. ANGEL in printing. EXTREMELY rude. I was patiently standing in line, when another customer with a express job was able to walk right up and receive service. My problem is I wasnt even acknowledged, or told we will be with you in a second. However the Caucasian lady walks up because of course shes in a hurry & shes able to get help before me, express job or not the whole situation was upsetting,, get a express line if they are priority. Then when I asked ANGEL a question about express, she proceeded to tell me why the lady was helped first. When that wasnt my question...So ANGEL from PRINTING felt guilty as she should. I dont appreciate it, I can patiently wait, but I dont appreciate the way I was handled.
This store can be hit or miss. They have a good showroom, but their service for copies and online pickup orders is spotty at best. Sometimes its a five-star experience and other times its a one. They are consistently inconsistent. Sort of depends on the day, but overall the cashiers are friendly, the store is clean, and 90+% of the time they have what you want in stock.

Terrible customer service if anything goes wrong with your order. Sent me to South America for customer support. Then had a lady lie to me on the phone about speaking to her supervisor so they could issue me a refund on an item that was never delivered. I would not spend my money at an organization that does not have great customer service.
Gave wrong email address to send files to for printing - gave incorrect info about appropriate dual flash drive eqpt - arrogant & rude & uncooperative

Worst service ever! Stood in line with about 12 other people while the cashier waited for a couple to come back that we watched leave the store angry. He would not listen when we told him they left. Asked him to call the manager and he said he did but the manager would not come. We left and called the manager and he said he was busy. He did not care that we and at least 4 others left without making a purchase and would not even apologize. Stay away from yhis store.

I can in to hole punch 300 sheets of paper and the guy at Copy center offered to make a copy of all of them no charge, I declined to not waste paper. The machine automatically hole punches copies. I used a regular hole puncher and took 4 min but I was thankful at the nice friendly experience! Thanks guys
Not feeling well, but with much work to do, I visited this location and joined the throng of people who also had valuable assignments to complete. BUT, to my eternal gratitude came Mike to my rescue: He was my hero today! Excellent customer service? No. He went above and beyond, helping me everyone all over the place. Cleanest Office Depot around! Needed 3 ft by 3ft plans printed out, was attended to fast and with a very friendly attitude. Was asked by several employees if I needed help finding anything. Store is very neat and organized. Really enjoy coming here, always find what I am looking for and more!
I would have given Office Depot a 5 star review a few months ago. But the changes they have been making at the print center which is what Inprimarily use is starting to be far too difficult. It is not an easier solution for customers. Looks like it will be FedEx from here on out.
Posted closing 8pm. They actually close at 6:53 because they will not let you in .They close at 7pm.Just writing this because I was in need of a printer and a laptop I found online going in for purchase, however staff wanted to go home early. Fortunately Best Buy was open and got the sale.For the future please close at posted time....

You guys need more people in your print and copy section. So far, Ive been standing in line for 15 minutes and havent moved in line at all.It seems like this is where you guys have a lot of business in the store, and it seems the least equipped to handle crowds.That being said, every aspect of the store besides that (including customer service, once you get to it!) is fantastic.But these poor guys need help.
The store is always nice and employees are always helpful but I dont get why I have to look at your online site to match the prices of your actual store. Ive never seen a store do that.
The lady in the print and copy department was very rude she was in rush and dismissive..but the manager was very happy and he fix everything thank you..
Just witnessed the on-duty manager refuse to refund an elderly Army Veterans money on a printer that was obviously never opened because of their strict 14-day tech refund policy. He suggested that there was nothing he could do and that he try to sell it on eBay or something. Ill not be returning with my business. Plenty of other places to buy office supplies and technology that give their managers some lead way on refunds and promote better customer service.
Customer service over the phone was phenomenal. Coming from someone who has worked in guest services with a large emphasis on phone etiquette I was pleased. The gentle man was extremely helpful, efficient and kind. Not something you get most places these days.

ZERO stars!!!! This wasn’t the first time, or the second time, or the third time (etc) that I’ve had a bad experience here!2 days ago (12•13•18) I came in to print 16 pages on glossy card stock. There was nobody in line when I got there, just 1 lady already being helped by the manager and a trainee. I told them I needed to print some things and I emailed my documents (at 11:57). Then I stood there at the counter for 20 minutes, while the trainee helped a man behind me who needed to fax something (rather than helping me even though I was there first AND when she finally did help me, it was on a computer that wasn’t being used the 20 minutes that I waited).. finally she called me over there, opened my 2 emails with the attached documents, and took another 32 minutes trying to figure out how to print them. So that’s a total of 52 minutes so far and I have 11 of the 16 pages I went there to print. (Which by the way, some were on glossy paper and some were on regular card-stock). Finally after waiting and watching the manager and another employee help about 10 people, I had to ask the manager to please come help the trainee because I had been there for almost an hour already! He came and helped her, and they finally got 15 of the 16 pages printed but were having trouble with the last one, saying they couldn’t do it because it was a google document. They wouldn’t allow me to print it myself from the website (the home office for my business), even though it would have taken 5 seconds. So I paid for my 15 pages, got NO apology from the manager, and walked out of there at 1:02!! Went to Walgreens and printed my last page from my phone.I was at Office Depot for 1 HOUR AND 5 MINUTES just to print some pages on cardstock!! You are a “print and copy” service!! That is unacceptable.
Amazing service. Just did three pick ups at three different stores. At lowes, they took an hour to find our prepurchased items. At home depot they were decent, but here the guy at the front helped us be in and out in 40 seconds!
Went for blank business cards, sales person was surprised i wanted to do my own background. He was directing me to print area for them to assist me with design and printing. NOT HAPPY, at thinking i look stupid!
Their customer service is beyond reproach. They go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care.
Store clerks are Friendly and helpful. I took care of all my printing needs. They have computers and printers easy to use. Its conviently located right off the freeway.

The only reason Im giving them a 5 is because Mathew the Manager saved my work life. Yes, I had bought a extended help for setting up my HP officejet printer, unfortunately it got tossed out and I could not find my code to call the help desk. I had one tiny request for setting up and at least 3 folks in this store could not help me in the last week. Would not even try!!! Until today I called and luckily they put Mathew on the phone and he helped answer my question. They need to give this guy a raise for sure!!! Thank you Mathew so much!!!!!!
Awesome staff and super cool place. very attractive people there which is a bonus especially kaila shes tiny totally hot babe who is great at her job. ill be going back to see her bcuz she is super nice and cute. and stan and mike are cool guys who ive talked to on different days about paper. almost every one there knows there stuff.

I ordered posters and a banner for my sons graduation. One was supposed to be done by 7 PM the same day and the posters by 2 PM the next day. I arrived at about 4PM the next day to pick them all up at the same time and none of my order was complete. They couldnt tell me why. I had to make another trip to the store that night to pick up banner and told them to cancel the posters. They never did so they should arrive in the mail in a couple of weeks. SMH!!!

Copy center slow, under staffed, and not trained in their service.40 min to get color copies on card stock. The second staff member was more attractive but still failed by using the wrong paper.So sad, the management cannot training and maintain an average staff.I hope the regional director is fired or promote down. So a professional who knows how to fire and hire can fix the store managment issues.Yes, I know, I have learned my lesson. Moving forward I will use a print shop or a professional services store.Btw, the job was just to make 4 copies of a 4x7 color display onto glossy cardstock.
This is for the print and copy, specifically. Went in with 30 minutes to a Board Meeting because my packets fell in water. The girl i worked with was very quick, nice and understanding, she literally saved the day! Thank you!!!!!

One time I had a big customer service issue with this place. Everyone from the corporate office down to the store manager contacted me and were very great. I still shop there for all of my office supply needs.

Horrible wait in fedex shipping line line isn’t even long still takes 20 minutes to get a shipping label printed out. Only 2 staff and they’re running around like chickens with their heads cut off

BLUF: Falling into disrepair.This used to be a nice location but has since begun to fall into disrepair. The building smells of mildew.
It took 30 minutes just to pick up an online print order that was already completed. The place was extremely disorganized, they couldnt find anything. Told me the print wasnt done even though I had an email confirmation. When I insisted they look they found it lying underneath something else.Didnt seem like there was any manager around giving any instructions, the employees seemed to just be wandering around or standing and chatting.

We are very frustrated with Office Depot when ordering merchandise that is not in stock at the store. We ordered a two-piece desk on December 29th, 2014, and it was supposed to be delivered on January 2nd. When January 2nd rolled around, and we had not received our merchandise, I called the office depot 800 number, and they could not give me any information on where our merchandise was. Office Depot uses a third-party delivery company, and they give you no way of contacting them or tracking your order. It is January 14th, and we still have not received our desk, and the office depot staff agents can not contact the third-party company to find out where it is. They had to reorder the merchandise, and now we have to wait another week before it is expected to be delivered. Moral of the story: dont buy things that are not in stock at Office Depot!
