Where do I begin, first off, this was an amazing experience from start to finish. That cant be said much when dealing with dealerships but this one is the exception. Not only did I buy the car completely online but I also never saw the car in person and that is something I just dont do, but Kris Villalba was the man and his work ethic and dedication to the sale really assured me of the quality car I was getting. I was surprised by how knowledgeable Kristofer was about a car that isnt even in their domain of expertise (BMW). Matthew Bass and Matthew Cleveland was awesome and a complete pleasure to work with on the recent purchase of our Mercedes Benz S Class S550. Being that we are located in Florida, I was really concerned with how long the buying process would take overall, but they did everything electronically, which saved several days. Most dealerships have to overnight paperwork back and forth for signature, which takes a lot longer. They even connected us to a transport company that accomodated us very quickly with getting us on their schedule to get the vehicle delivered asap. What an amazing overall experience dealing with Northside Imports Houston and I highly recommend them!!!

I have had the worst experience with this dealership. Kale the pre-owned sales director. Owner Alfred Flores and his son Ryan Flores both are crooks.. they will lowball you like no other then they will come back and tell you once you write a review to expose them for being greedy. That they are a Carfax preferred dealership and they can match the price so my question to this dealership is why would you offer $4,000 less and then turn around and say youre willing to match that? If you are looking for a legit dealership this is not it take your business elsewhere if anyone needs to reach out to me to get documentation of what took place feel free to. These people are horrible.

I really enjoyed my first experience with Northside, and the second was even better. I loved my first Alfa Romeo Stelvio, except for the brakes which were a little hard for my tastes. Just to see what else was out there, I went to several dealerships and no one was willing to work with me on ANYTHING. No shock there – totally expected. But more importantly, I couldnt find anything that I liked more than my Stelvio. So, I contacted my rep at Northside, Courtney Weaver, and WOW! The best sales experience Ive ever had (and Ive owned at least 20 cars). I never felt pressured and never felt like I was obligated to buy. Quite the opposite, in fact. The whole approach was very laidback. She made me feel like family. And when I got into the upgraded Stelvio, what a difference a few years made. I could tell that the brakes were totally reworked to feel MUCH safer. I love everything they have done to the latest model! It was now the perfect vehicle. But I have to hand it to Courtney, if it wasnt for her impeccable attention to customer care, I might have kept searching and never took that test drive. On 6-7-21 I contacted the dealership in Reference to a 2021 C8 Corvette Convertible. The salesman they introduced me to was Blaine. From our very first conversation he was info and transparent. Within 10 minutes of us discussing the vehicle he emailed me a price quote that I was pleased with. I told him that I live in Baltimore and would fly out on the morning of 6-11-21 with my fiancé. In the coming days Blaine sent me numerous pictures/videos of the vehicle and I sent him my flight itinerary and he picked me and my fiancé up from the airport. During our ride to the dealership the three of us talked and conversated as if we were family. I can honestly say this was the delightful car buying experience I have ever had I mean it. There was no pressure,hidden fees etc. When we arrived at the dealership everyone from the hostess to the finance department was professional,courteous, and pleasant. Blaine was even courteous enough to text me to see how I was progressing on my 21 hour ride back to Baltimore. Professional and enthusiastic experience with salesperson Kristofer. Vincent Curry was very knowledgable and informed me of any and every possibility with financing and warranty. The only downside was I was there for 7 hours to complete the full process.

My Fiat 500 air conditioner stopped working. Northside Imports was on the warranty approved list, so I took it there. On the first visit, they said they could not find a leak or any other problem. So, they charged for the inspection and filling with refrigerant. This was not covered by the warranty. After a short time, the air conditioner stopped working again. This time they found a leak in the system they did not test on the first visit. This was covered by the warranty, but they only removed the deductible because I complained about the first visit charges. After another short time, the air conditioner stopped working again. I took it in for repair, and they said another part of the system was leaking, therefore it was not covered under their warranty. Also, during this time, the car warranty had expired, so I had to pay the full charges of $948. They did give me a coupon for $100 off though. Camron, the service representative was fine, but I cannot recommend their repair department at all.

This review is long overdue. This dealership is one of the best car dealers in town. As soon as you walk in the door your treated to a sincere welcoming greeting. The salespeople are knowledgeable and very professional. Sales consultant DeLawrence is phenomenal. He listens to your needs and works hard to meet all of your expectations. I loved my experience here and look forward to visiting again. The cars are awesome. Impressive new car selection and an even more pre-owned car selection. Whats cool is, if there is a certain car you desire and they dont have it, theyll get it. This is a professionally operated dealership that takes care of its customers. Trinidad gave great customer service even after the fact

They try to pressure you to buy something you dont want. Also, they have an added $900.00 fee that is not practical. They indicated that it provides lifetime warranty, but the stipulations are geared to have major expenses such as having to change oil at a dealership (no jiffu lubes or diy). For most customers it would be most convenient to go to them for easier record keeping. They could have thrown that in without the $900.00 and have returning customers.The people arent bad, but their policies lean toward tying up customers in questionable perks.

This is my second Levante that I have purchased from Northside Imports. They are like Fine Wine they just keep getting better with age. I cant say enough about the new management... Ryan has done a fantastic job and their service department has improved tremendously. Thanks Jeremy for being consistent and not letting me pass up this Levante, I love it more everyday.

Heres my little story:I was deciding whether to work on my 21 year old SUV that was having issues or buy a newer used vehicle but was nervous because I didnt think I could afford a newer car and so I started doing my research online. I discovered a type of car that I liked but there were many of them at dealerships all over the city. Well, 2 days ago while my SUV was in the shop being diagnosed, I saw that one of the models that I found online was at this dealership and it was close by, so we went just to test drive it and see if I really liked it in person.Long story shortish, I liked it a lot, found out how expensive work would be on my SUV and decided that buying the car would be worth the investment. Trinidad was very patient and friendly and he went to bat to get me the deal I needed. But I needed time to think about it and before I walked away Ryan assured me that they would do whatever was necessary to get me the monthly payment that I could afford. And they did! The next day I drove my new car off the lot and am having a blast with my peppy red hot turbo. Still cant hardly believe that I can afford this little gem but thats why I give them 5 stars and my thanks to Trinidad, Ryan and Vince who helped with financing. 👍😍

Terrible service.... lease a Maserati and Drive. Nissan Rogue for 25 days while car in for service. Finally go to pick it up and it’s still messed up... really.... don’t even get me started on the vehicle Itself .... NOT GOOD is an understatement.

Bought a Cayman from the dealership. I took the car for maintenance after purchase and it turned out tires on the car were 7 years old. I had to replace the tires of course as Porsche requires tires to be changed after 6 years. Northside Imports had a mandatory nitrofill for tires charge upon delivery, plus they did the inspection on the car. They put my life at risk selling the car with 7 year old tires. I have bought used cars from reputable dealers in Houston before, they always put new tires on the cars they sold. I would recommend checking everything you can before buying a used car from them. Reputable car dealers in Houston have 7 to 30 day return policies on their cars, with Northside Imports once you pay for the car thats it, no turning back.UPDATE 2021: It also turns out that they did not change the oil on my car and just reset the reminder. I was told by the sales person that the oil was changed at the dealership prior to my purchase. The oil remainder stated I had 1 year to change the oil when I got it. I just got the oil changed 1 year after the purchase, and the oil was pitch black. I only put 1100 miles on the car so it was definitely old oil, not a 1 year oil. Worst car dealer I have ever dealt with.

I had recently the pleasure of making a purchase of a vehicle from Northside Imports. I have purchased somewhere around 30 vehicles over the course of my life from various places such as a standard dealership, CarMax ect. And this was without a doubt the best buying experience I have ever had. It started with the salesman Kristofer Villalba, who pretty much did the entire sale over text and Facebook, he was very responsive and did exactly as he promised to the letter. Then; which from my experience is usually the worst part the meeting with the finance manager (Vince Curry) which turned out to be just as pleasant as the rest of the experience, i was literally at this dealership for one hour start to finish and I was driving home in my new car which had been gassed up and detailed for me. To top it off I got LIFETIME warranty, yes I said that, LIFETIME, and they offered so many additional options at such an affordable price it was unbelievable. Then when you think it is all over and done with, I get home to an email from the Dealership manager and the next day I get a call from the salesman just to make sure I was happy. These guys set the bar for a car buying experience and I am now a customer for life. Do yourself a favor and stop settling for second best and go to Northside for your next car purchase, trust me you will NOT be dissatisfied.

I bought a beautiful car from them in July while I was overseas. Cali was my sales rep and I could not have asked for a more responsive and pleasant experience. If I wanted a video of the car, she sent me one within the hour. If I wanted more photographs taken of the car, I got them as soon as she could get them to me. When I finally saw my car it was more beautiful than any video or photo. Ask for Cali and shell make your purchase painless and enjoyable.

I just bought my 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia from Northside Imports Houston from out of state (Colorado). What initially caught my attention were their fairly competitive prices compared to a few other dealers I had interacted with. Ryan Hon (Store Director) was very friendly and responsive during our pre-sale discussions and negotiations over phone and email. He is very experienced in facilitating out-of-state purchases, and even offered to pick me up from the airport. I had a car to trade in, so I had a long drive ahead of me. Ryan also had no problem quoting me a price on the trade-in with just photos, mileage, and VIN. To seal the deal, Ryan enlisted an all-star Sales Consultant, DeLawrence Woods, to handle the details via email and go over all the final details with the car on the day of the purchase. So, I drove 14+ hours and arrive at the dealership a bit later than planned and 30 minutes prior to closing due to some nasty traffic and GPS buffoonery going through Dallas. DeLawrence tagged a poor Finance soul (didnt catch his name) who graciously worked late to finalize the transaction with me. The car was great and everything went pretty much as planned thanks to Ryan and DeLawrences great customer service. Of course the Alfa Romeo Giulia pretty much sells itself. I had a much more enjoyable drive home. Bottom line, I highly recommend Northside Imports Houston for their courtesy, responsiveness, and competitive pricing.

I can not recommend, offer to buy a truck while out of town sight unseen. Offered to give a down payment just to wait 3 days for me to get in town. They said no and they also padded the final drive-out price by almost an extra thousand with some not needed and not asked for.

Buying such a beautiful car as our 4C Spider could have been intimidating but Matt made it very easy. We closed the deal very quickly and I couldn’t be happier with our sports car. We purchased a new 2019 Fiat 500 Pop from here. Realized shortly after purchasing that the alignment was off slightly. Brought it in to get services but were told that we had to make an appointment. Seeing how it was my wifes car and us living far away, it took us a while (2 months) to bring it in. Honestly didnt think it would be an issue as they literally sold us a car that wasnt aligned and we had made it known to both our salesman and one of the service techs when we picked up our plates.Brought it in today and they didnt care, charged us $139 to correct a mistake that they should have known about when they sold the car. It was my wifes car and she didnt notice the slight misalignment during the test drive or in the ensuing days until I became aware.One might think that a dealership that specializes in high end cars that cost $100K and up would really emphasize the relationship with customers and not see them as a number. Perhaps they do, just not for those who purchase a Fiat which is only a moderately priced vehicle.###UPDATE###After several phone calls with both the GM and the Service Director they did in fact refund my $139. Never apologized however for charging me for a service that should have been covered 100% with the warranty.

Its hard to really like the car buying experience in general, but the sales manger, Brandon Roth, at Northside Import really made it excruciatingly worse than it should be.Im glad I was able to recognize how sleazy this place was before giving them my business. After some email communication on a car I wanted, they basically tried to bate me to come in under the impression that they were willing to match another dealerships price ($14.5k) only to say that they cant in the end because the actual price of the car is $16.1k.Listen yall.... Listing price of the car was almost $14k. Even if I didnt care to negotiate the listing price, with taxes (6.25%), licence®istration ($61.50), title( $44), even if they tag on a big bogus document fees or any other dealership fees it should still come under $15,500. As all fees and taxes should come in at no more than 10% of the cost of the car. If youre paying for more than that in taxes and fees, then youre being cheated by the dealer.Bottom line. STAY FAR AWAY.

We had a great experience with Kristofer Villalba; he was very thorough, made the process seamless, answered all of our questions and was quick to respond in the days leading up to our purchase. Vehicle was as described. Vince in Finance got us in and out within 45 minutes. No complaints from me! Ask for Kris!

Very disappointing shopping experience. Do not use salesperson Matthew Cleveland. He was smug and arrogant, wasted my time, treated me very rude, employed cheesy high pressure routine to try and push me to make immediate decision. He refused to answer simple questions such as what rate I would be getting money (finally after 3 attempts to ask, he gave one that was so high it was ridiculous to even consider). Did not really evaluate my trade, just blindly applied the car max quote. Never wanted to give their own numbers, just constantly asking what other dealers have offered. Final straw, refused to shake my hand when I got up to leave and acted like he might keep my keys to my personal vehicle to prevent me from leaving. Disgusting sales tactics. I was recommended here by a friend who is profoundly disappointed by how I was treated. After that kind of catastrophic failure, you’d expect a call the next day to try and repair the relationship.... Guess my expectations for what constitutes a positive car buying experience is vastly different than Northside Imports.

The building and area surrounding the facility was very clean, no salesmen greeting you as soon as you get out of the car.When I entered the building the receptionist was very pleasant and my sales coordinator was on point. This place is AMAZING! They have fantastic customer service. I requested information about a car and Courtney called me within 5 minutes. I told her what we were searching for and she made our time efficient. My husband had some concerns and the manager who overheard came over introduced himself and reassured us. They worked with us and explained everything well. I am so glad we chose to work with them. Courtney was not pushy like most salespeople you meet. I bough my 2015 Fiat 500 Pop in January of 2015, since then I have been treated with respect and kindness from staff, the salesman who sold me the car (Santiago) and most importantly - the maintenance supervisor Donnie Hicks. He is gracious, considerate and courteous in the way he handles each customer. He is willing to go above and beyond to help you with any car situation you may be facing. I recently needed to replace my car tires due to high wear and tear (i drive a lot) and approached Donnie to provide me a quote for tires or I would order some and then have the dealership install them. He provided me a quote and I decided that it would be best for me to order tires and have them install. Knowing that the car had been in the shop for at least 4 days for review of another potential problem he offered to come in on the weekend and bring in one of his technicians to complete the work so that I could have my car back soon. Turns out that the tire company I had ordered from was severely delayed in the shipment of the tire which were expected to be there on a Friday afternoon. Donnie came in on that Saturday and waited to for them... they were never delivered. So I called the tire company and asked for an explanation. They said they were sitting at a warehouse in Houston. I contacted Donnie, explaining the issue and apologized for the delay. I felt really badly that he came into the office to help me and the tires would not arrive until the following Monday afternoon! With that said, Donnie provided me regular updates on the vehicles condition and installation process. He gave me accurate quotes, expressed patience and a fantastic smile to boot! He knew I liked to have my car cleaned and vacuumed and did so without hesitation. Even going as far to move the vehicle to a less dusty location (due to the construction of the new Fiat facility going on, next door). Ive been working with him for the last 2 years or so and have been very happy with his work and diligence. You can tell he truly enjoys being a part of the Northside Imports Fiat family and Im very grateful that he is too. Would recommend his services to anyone who owns a Fiat or Alfa-Romeo vehicle. Thank you, Donnie for your time and detailed-attention to my little Fiat vehicle. I know its not the most expensive or luxurious car in the dealership, but you still made me feel like it was. First time coming in for service since purchasing my Alfa. I had great expectations but was disappointed once I arrived. I had called in earlier in the week and spoke with a lady in the service department to set up an appointment Thursday. I had called in that morning to let them know I was running a little behind and they couldnt even find my appointment in their system that was literally set up earlier in the week. Anyways the gentleman I spoke with told me to still come in any aways and hell take care of me. Which he did very nicely and provided excellent service. My only concern was booking the appointment that was never set. It is going to be like this every time I call in for service? Not what I expected from a Highline dealership.Update : My Service advisor contacted me to do a follow up to check in to see how everything was going after my service visit. I did mention the small issue I had, and he apologized for the inconvenience and reassured me that it would never happen again. He gave me his direct line to call future service visit appointments.

Never could’ve expected service so great. Purchasing a car can be a total nightmare of a day. There is no one alive that looks forward to that whole experience. I can honestly say, I plan on purchasing my cara in the future, from this dealership. The entire dealership was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. By the time I left there I felt like I had new friends. The manager Brandon Roth, greeted me immediately and introduced me to a salesman named DeLawrence Woods which I highly recommend using for your purchase. He was highly knowledgeable about a car. Which made me feel comfortable he took his job seriously. Through the entire experience leading up to financing, he He kept me updated with where the transaction process was at. I was totally shocked how quickly he got me to financing before I had my keys and I was out the door. The finance Manager, Mayra Rodriguez, worked so hard to get me the best deal on the extended warranty. She worked her numbers three times which made me reassured that this was going to be my long-term Car family. Thank you all for a great experience with a great dream car. In addition to being a clean, well-kept dealership the staff was great. They allowed me to browse for a bit before approaching me (which I like) and when they did were very friendly and easy going. I spoke with Marilyn first and she got Theresa to help me out. Theresa listened patiently to what I was looking for and then showed me what she felt like would be a perfect fit. She also asked me what other cars I was considering besides Fiat. After telling her a few more models, she suggested that we go to their other lot where they had a few of the ones I mentioned. That way, I could test drive a bunch all in one place rather than me driving around all day from dealership to dealership. That was very cool of her and in addition to saving me time, gave me a great feel for what I liked and what I could do without on a number of different types of cars. (BTW, she did all this knowing from the beginning that I had no intention to actually buy today). She had a very Im here to help and will do what I can, but will not try to force a sale type attitude, which I also appreciated very much. After the test drives, I met Ed the manager and spoke with him briefly... also very friendly and helpful. Overall, I would highly recommend Northside Fiat if one is looking for a Fiat or just to check out some of the other cars people have traded in that they have.

Absolutely HORRIBLE dealership. Bought my Alfa there and have had issues with the dealership every since. Had issues with the sunroof LEAKING when I went through the car wash and flooded the car two weeks after getting it and brought it in, ended up with a rental car for over a MONTH all for them to tell me they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it and couldn’t find out where exactly the leak came from.After getting the car back we got a chip in our window and asked to use our warrantee and were told we never got one after our salesman told us it’d be included. When we told the dealership that, they told us sorry, that salesman is no longer working there and he lied. The radio constantly has problems and they told us it’s just the software in my car play and there’s nothing they can do about it except wait for updates.We asked for a refund on the first months payment as we didn’t even get to have the car but for two weeks and it’s been stuck in the shop for over a month and were lied to multiple times by their salesman. Talked to Alfred and he extended our warrantee after going back and forth with him.Got told I had a recall on the car during covid and called them asking if I could get it repaired and get a loaner, as I was PREGNANT and could not wait in the lobby because I was at high risk, they refused to give me a loaner and told me I should probably just figure out a better solution to getting me recall fixed. My husband just made an appt to get 4 new tires (price matched a quote from discount tire) and finally repair the recall. My husband gets there and they proceed to tell him they don’t have the tires that they TOLD US they had and instead we could pay for tires that were OVER $400 each.I have been plenty patient with this dealership and given them plenty of chances to get it right and they don’t have any respect for their customers after the car is sold. For how much I paid for the car, you’d think they’d make up for it with excellent customer care.DON’T SHOP HERE-go to Porsche or BMW or freaking HYUNDAI before you buy a car from this horribly ran place.

Northside provided the best new car buying experience Ive ever had. Our Sales Associate, Cameron, was very knowledgeable giving us a thorough walk through before our test drive. He worked very hard to get us the best deal on an all wheel drive 500X. We couldnt be happier with our purchase and highly recommend Cameron and Northside FIAT!
