This location is CLOSED! But they show up as open. If you book your reservation for this location they will accept it. Then call you on same day or day before (if you get the call) to tell you they are 5 miles away in The Woodlands. Very deceptive and wealsel like for Enterprise to do this. Just be upfront! And tell people this location is CLOSED! They need to reopen the location at 21055 North Freeway, best service I received.

Told me to be in at a certain time that everything was ready and they were closing soon. I get to the office and no one is here to help. I waited 20 minutes for someone to show up just for him to try and upsell me a vehicle. And told me that I had to wait for them to clean a mini van if I didn’t want to pay anything additional costs.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THIS LOCATION IS NOT CLOSED THEY WILL PROMISE YOU ANYTHING BUT THEY WONT DELIVER, I WAS PROMISED A DELIVERY OF A JEEP GR CHEROKEE AT 11AM BUT I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM, I HAD TO CALL AT NOON AND THEY SAID THEY WAS ON THE WAY, 3PM CAME STILL NO VEHICLE NO PHONE CALL, I HAD TO CALL THEM AND THEY HAD EVERY EXCUSE THERE IS, AND NOW THEY SAID ITS GONNA COST ME 2.00 EXTRA A DAY FOR A JEEP GR CHEROKEE...THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WE WOULD NEVER TREAT ANYONE LIKE THIS AT THE COMPANY I WORK FOR. ENTERPRISE NEEDS TO EVALUATE THIS SPRING LOCATION ITS DEFINETLY A ONE * STORE.

I have been working with Enterprise for 5 years in my former job booking travel for my employees. You can say I am very familiar with the service you can get . From 1 to 10 it was an average of 8 nation wide. But the one on 21503 Spring Plaza Dr, Spring, TX 77388 is by far an 11 on my scale!!!!. 3 times i had a situation where i was stuck with no car, stuck in traffic being a bit late on delivery back, being stuck the last minute with no reservation. And each time this place delivered, Anthony and Luis were giving me top notch customer service the best I have ever received from Enterprise in all of my years working with them. It is such a rare and special feeling to know you can rely on them now what place lately you could feel the same about rental car? And on top of that their pricing are fair and the charges being cleared to you before you Sign anything. They solved my problem and even went a step forward and found my reward card I totally forgot about. Bottom line these two are the best in the nation. I went 3 times and about to go there again next week. If you want to rent a car worry free, talk to this location your mind would like the peace they bring, your ego would LOVE the vip out of this world customer service, and your pocket would like the fair pricing. And that comes from a very unimpressed person who worked with rental car places before and it was always a pain, this place brings the family like feeling with all the good professional attitude you can ask for. What an amazing experience.We reserved a car with a company begins with the letter B.They messed up big time giving us wrong information over the phone, and we would have to pay $300 instead of $103 they originally promised, for 24 hours.We tried this location at 5:30PM on Friday, right before they closed. We got a better car for same price as a sedan. Without reservation in advance. Within 15 minutes we were out of there.Enterprise also allow you to return the car to their airport office, which budget does not, unless you picked it up from the airport.On top of that we were late to return the car to the airport on Sat but they DID NOT charged us an extra fee for that. Amazing. Thanks so much to this specific location to ANTHONY,and Enterprise as a company. You got customers for life.

They is the worst enterprise of all time I booked reservations and got canceled next days because of no cars now I can’t got to a wedding today out of town y’all make people lives mad by lying

This location has always provided premium service to me. I have tried multiple places for same day rentals with no luck, but one call here and Caroline always finds me a vehicle to fit my needs. Great communication and responsiveness. In and out in less than 15 minutes every time. Highly recommend using this location.

I came in to ask for a car to be delivered around 5pm for my wife who’s car was in the shop. I told them 5 so I wouldn’t have to pay for car sitting in parking lot during work day.I then suggested having one delivered from a closer location.They said “no worries” we’ll take care of it, we don’t want to loose the sale.So they delivered at noon, I just got a receipt for 3 day rental.That’s “taking care of it” ?No thanks- returning car today.

Well. This branch has been closed since March. They did not tell us at all. So we are wasting our time, on the eve of a wedding I am in, where I have to be there at a specific time, wasting time. Going for one place to another.

Anthony Sandoval was a total jerk! I was so surprised that I was actually speaking to the manager! He was very unprofessional and not helpful in anyway. He came across as untrustworthy. Look out for this guy! He will set you up to fail for his personal gain! I felt like a total target. I will never rent or recommend this location as long as Anthony is employed here!

I had to get my car replaced as the phone charger is not working and had flat tire on my way to Springs TX. I was driving without a map and dashboard keep nagging about tire pressure! Anyway the lady sent me out saying she cant help that I have to figure out myself and go look for locations that have extra car!!! What a bad customer service.

Not happy with this location at all! I have used other enterprise locations and never had a problem. So I was rear ended Thursday, went through other parties insurance to get a rental so everything should have been smooth sailing from there...but unfortunately these people were only interested in making a buck! First off they tried showing cars that were way over the limit that the insurance company gave to us, when I clearly said I did not want to pay out of pocket! Then once we mentioned our insurance should cover rental, they told us we can either use their insurance which in reality was just EXTRA damage coverage or pay $500 deductible to our insurance...they made it seem like we needed to pay that upfront, so we agreed to their plan. So once I had looked further into everything and called my insurance to confirm I called them back and explained how I was misleaded and he said we would be able to take care of everything once I returned the car. Of course right when we walked in the person I spoke to walked right out...they were able to credit some back but we still were left paying more then we could really afford.

The corporate location was great. In and out quickly and very friendly.

Brandon and Ronald are awesome I recommend them 100% they kept me updated throughout the entire rental process and was alway more than happy to help with any questions or concerns that I had

My insurance company was great, but dealing with this rental company was frustrating. They are sooooo busy, they cant provide the services they advertise. No drivers available and only one vehicle for rent, not in the class I need, and not clean yet. Very dissatisfied.

I love them they always take care of us here if we drive in an cant get home they will take you home they will pick us up drop us off have cat ready when we need it I had a fatal accident needed the car to go back an forth to dr where had accident east tx they took care of me and I thank them very kind and curious

Brandon was fantastic! He was always pleasent and made sure all my questions were answered and my needs were meet quickly.

Josh, the poor guy working by himself handled two phones and in person customers like a champ.
