I was impressed with this establishment. We logged in online and when we showed up, we waited less than 5 minutes. I explained to the stylist how to cut my sons hair and she followed everything he wanted in his haircut perfectly. This is one of the best haircuts! Very pleased. We will continue to use this location.

It used to be a unique place that was worth the cost. Now it feels like just another Supercuts.

If you are looking for a professional establishment, this is not it. Not all sport clips are made the same. This one needs to be shut down. Management has a deficiency in tact. How these people obtained licensure to do their “job” is beyond me. Support your local barbers- they are much more skilled and deserving than a chain like this. I have lost faith in the goodness of people after coming here. Absolutely disappointed and disgusted.

This was the worst haircut Ive ever had in my life...Ill never EVER go back there again...do yourself a favor and stay away from this place..I just wanted a simple high and tight fade and it looks like she just put a bowl on my head and shaved around it. Im a nice guy so I didnt make a fuss and paid for it but Im so unhappy with it and Ill be going elsewhere tomorrow to fix it. Dont go there.

I went in on Monday for a simple haircut and man the lady messed it up. I have long hair on top and wanted a 1 on the sides of my head. This lady cut part of my long hair (that I’ve been growing out for 2yrs) by my forehead. I know she knew she messed up because of her reaction. But she continued as if nothing happened n tried to “discretely” even it out.She didn’t even bother cleaning up my line where the long hair meets the short hair. The back of my head is horrible too, both where long hair and short meet & back of neck. She even asked me if the line at the back of the neck was straight, which I told her “no” and she “fixed” it. I’ve been getting this same haircut for 2 yrs and w/different people and no one has messed up like this lady. I’m never going to this location again. This place is horrible.

I have got mine and my sons hair cut at this place every time since we moved out here.. We checked in online when we arrived we where told the lady just went on break so we need to wait 10 minutes for her. I said that’s fine... about 7 minutes in some guy walks in and I listened to the whole thing, never been there before and had a coupon so they put him all the system and asked him to have a seat.. 4 minutes later they call his name??? What a joke. I sat there waiting and they brought back the guy that had never been there... even he looked at me like what is going on. I can’t believe it.. there is always a super long wait even if you check in online. But that was just uncalled for. They need some kind of management there.

Horrible. Rude. Sat for 10 minutes. Never told how to check in . 5 guys walked in front of me. Had a coupon. I got the girl at Great Clips to throw away for me.

Sitting in the waiting room and listening to the stylist connect with my son about video games. Making him feel comfortable. I love the customer service here. They know how to take care of kids too.

I had tried many different places to get a simple boy haircut for my toddler. He is now 4 years old and finally I found the place where they rocked his haircut. Vee was absolutely incredible. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did it perfectly! Plus, she was soooo sweet and patient with my little boy. Theyre now great buds! and my little boy really enjoys chatting with her about their dogs when I bring him in for his haircut.

My husband popped in here a while ago when he needed a last-second haircut and his regular barber was unavailable. He would have been better off going to his interview with shaggy hair. He warned her about his unruly cowlick and how to avoid making it angry. Well, she butchered it and it has taken weeks and multiple decent haircuts to correct it. On top of that the sides were two different lengths and his neck was uneven. If she had only messed up the cowlick I would have been more understanding, but she couldnt even get the basic things right.

Do not go here if you are expecting a good haircut. The stylist I had clearly did not know how to cut mens hair - I asked for a taper and got a practically shaved back of the head, and paid 18$ for it. I will not be returning. If you are looking for a decent but low cost haircut look elsewhere.

Mayra did a great job with 3 year old son this morning, walk ins are available & it was a fast service which I truly enjoyed. Only 5 minute wait maybe less, I highly recommend her if you are looking for a hairstylist for your kids or yourself.

Ms. Vee is the real deal, always courteous, always smiling and does a damn good job on my boys hair.

Usually bring our boys here. They do a great job. Sometimes a little impatient with the younger kids, but haircuts are always good.

They wouldn’t take us in, not Even for a quick buzz cut on a kid... takes max 5 min. Because it was too close to closing... I think they lack the knowledge of “Closing” at 8.... we were well in way before 20min before 8.

Litterally never coming here again. The lady litterally acted as if I was a burden and treated me very poorly. She constantly keep reapeating, “ok is that it “ like seriously. The entire time of my haircut was litterally 5 minutes and she acted as if it was eternity. Not to mention the haircut was $19. Like wow I even asked for a receipt and she said” the printer was down” even though I saw her give the person before me a receipt. This was a sketchy establishment and I will not come again and will tell others to do the same. There’s no need to come here and be treated this way for a horrible haircut.

Friendly Service, usually get sat immediately, if busy might take 20-30 minutes. Not bad and you get to watch the games.

It really is frustrating that they tell us to check in online then when we do, they took the walk in before us. The woman said, “we take walk ins before check ins” word for word. What’s the point of checking in online?

Literally the worst place to get a haircut. I only went back after the first bad haircut because I thought there is no way they can mess a simple mens haircut. I explained exactly how I didnt want my hair cut and I think the stylist was just *ucking with me when I turn around and it is cut exactly like I told her NOT to. Oh and dont plan on leaving with a beard. In one swipe of the clippers, she decided that I didnt need a beard anymore. I couldnt believe in all my years of getting trims that I would have specify NOT to cut my beard. WTH

$18 for a basic haircut is Pricy rate for unbelievably slow service with mediocre quality. I arrived at 10am. There were two ladies cutting hair and a waiting room full of people needing cuts. Finally at 10:26 and at 10:30 they finished the guys they had in the chair when I arrived at 10:00... Not rocket science here; guys hair is easy! A #1 or #2 cutter blend for 80% of guys and your done in 5-10 minutes.. Need to Learn to pick up the pace. We dont have all day to wait on a 30 minute per customer blend.

I have gone here every 3 weeks for almost a year and I always go to Helen she is the best hair artist there, bilut I just went in for an add to a free trim between haircuts and another employee ended up giving me a whole haircut instead of just a trim held me up for money for like what was supposed to be free and left me feeling scammed.

I had gone to another sport clips, but this has been the worst, I think the one that cut my hair did it for the first time, Im a mess, for lack of time Im not going to get my hair fixed, very bad experience Take me, I have to walk with a hat all day for grief.
