Abbie is so fantastic for my two younger sons! She’s patient and gives a great haircut! We always have a good experience. And I love being able to get all three of my sons hair cut at the same time. Wonderful business!

My son loves the Batman car and his hair dresser did an amazing job. She talked to him the whole time and explained what she was doing. I liked the little TVs on each Station to distract the kids.An extra thank you for the man at the reception he was very friendly, welcoming and changed our appointment to an earlier time.Great place we will be back.

I booked an appointment in the morning for the same day. We arrived a few minutes early and Abbie greeted us, ready to go! They allowed my son to pick his seat from those available, and let me pick what he watched on the TV. Abbie did an amazing job. She was so sweet, took her time, was very patient, professional, and asked me for feedback throughout the process. I am definitely going to make this place our new go-to and recommend it to others!

Cute place, the kid thought it was fun. Booked online and asked for shampoo, but didn’t get it. Only basic spray with water and trim, which I could have done myself. Lady was kind of rude to my kid about holding her head perfectly still and kept fussing at her. You work with kids, you should know how to deal with this. Then the price was more than stated on the website. It was affordable, but not worth what I got.

Brought my 15 month old for his first haircut. I waited so long because he can be very difficult and throw the worlds biggest tantrums. Thanks to his wonderful stylist, Abbie, he didn’t have a single one! She knew just what to do to make him comfortable. He did have a few bouts of fussiness, but she quickly distracted him. The facility is clean and the set up is perfect to entertain little ones with fun chairs and their favorite shows. The staff were very friendly. At the end they gave us a certificate with his picture after the haircut and a lock of hair. His haircut looks so good, I left so happy and relieved. I cannot recommend this business enough!

I always and only book both of my boys with ABBY! Both are toddlers but one is the easiest going and sits still for her while the other is sensory sensitive and becomes the worlds strongest 2 year old known to human kind and screams at the top of his lungs. I love though that she never treats one different than the other. Always a positive attitude. So sweet to the boys-very gentle kind hearted girl!

Had a great experience here. My son is 1 year old and is easily startled in unfamiliar situations. The girl cutting his hair immediately made me feel like it was ok if he cried and moved around. She did an awesome job with his hair as well. We will definitely be going back!

We have been taking my son here since he first needed a haircut and we always have an excellent experience. He loves getting to pick what he is going to sit in (the airplane is a personal favorite) and his stylist (Miss Abbie) always delivers exactly what I want and my son just adores her! Haircut for both of my kids, 2yo and 4yo. They did an amazing job. So patient and good with kids, especially squirmy ones. Second time there, first time with them both, and Ill definitely be going back for future cuts. Price is a lot more affordable with a pre-paid card too, saving $5 per cut that way.

This was my first time getting my 4 year old with sensory issues a professional haircut. It was amazing, the cut was so fast and so good I was left in literal tears. The environment was so welcoming, the kids chair are different vehicles and big TV with all the streaming services are on deck! Afterwards they give out a balloon. The whole experience was worth the price! Specially if you have little ones with sensory issues/autistic.

I brought my 12 month old for his first haircut. Blasa (I hope I spelled correctly) was so patient with him, even when he got fed up towards the end and was crying. She was very gentle and understanding, and still managed to give him a good haircut even though he was fighting it. I will be returning for future haircuts.

We took our 2 year old son for a haircut and it was our first time here. He hates getting a haircut and he was very cranky initially. Abbie was so nice and patient with him, she was able to calm him down and gave him the nicest haircut.

Neshia did a great job on all three of my kids cuts. They have very straight hair that has been poorly cut by many others. I was very pleased and we will be back.

I always enjoy using Cookie Cutters Spring. They have plenty to keep my little one entertained and at ease while he gets his hair trimmed. He now looks forward to having his hair cut. 😊

Overall the staff was pleasant, friendly and great with my kids . The only downside is I felt they could have been more sanitary especially in these times they didn’t really sanitize the hair tools after or the area in which all the children share. Also the quality of the hair cuts could have been better, maybe have a refresher training.

Lovely staff after the Richmond location canceled my appointment this establishment went out of there way to make sure my little guy got taken care of they were absolutely 10 out of 10 would recommend

Place is well appointed with plenty of things to keep kids happy and distracted. Slide/mini playground, TVs with kids programming via Roku at every station, toys and lollipops, etc. The only things that brought my experience down is that we started about 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, and the stylist left my son a bit messy after the haircut with hair on his face and neck that I had to clean up. However this isnt totally their fault as it was his first time at a salon and he was being very fidgety so I was asked to step in and help clean him up. The haircut and style itself was fantastic and he looks great. I will take him back here again for his next cut.

Let me start by saying Abby did a great job cutting my sons hair. She was personable and sweet!When we walked in There was a gentleman at the register who asked me if I had an appt to which I responded no. He acted annoyed. While my son was getting his haircut he blared a comedy show so that’s all we could hear. It just didn’t feel like a “kids salon”.It would have been 5 stars if it was just about Abby.

My daughter loves this place. We go to Niesha every single time, shes super nice and knows exactly what shes doing and how to explain the process so were all happy with the outcome. I hope she stays here because I wouldnt want to go to anyone else.

The haircut was quick and painless! Not usually said about a haircut for a three year old! My son got to sit in a plane and watch PJ Masks (his favorite show). What more could he want? The stylist was quick and seemed completely at ease with him moving around. At the end he was offered lollipop and a balloon. He actually asked when we will be going back!! Highly recommend plus there’s an actual cookie place next door for a quick treat after the haircut!

This was my sons 3rd hair cut. We tried a different place the first two times and were unhappy. The woman who helped us was kind and did a wonderful job! It also was very clean! We will definitely be back and will recommend.

Staff was vary nice, the whole set up was a nice change to chasing you child around where there is nothing but adult stuff for them to get into. The chairs to the tvs infront of the. Chairs while getting there cuts, was an amazing idea. Also I respect the pay in advance, 68 for 4 kids hair cuts, is an amazing idea, great buisness strategy for returning clients. We took our twins for their first haircut. Both Abbie and Blasa did great job. They were professional and on time and super great with keeping the kids engaged.

Terrible customer service!!! We called to let them know I was stuck at the light just before the turn to park. Parked and walked into store at one minute over the appointment time and was refused service. The store was empty and the next appointment was not for another 10 minutes. Service was still refused for a five-year-old boys haircut. Katie the girl at the front desk is awful at customer service!!! Asked for managers/owners contact. Was told the owner is out of the country and will not get back to anybody and this is just his policy!!! This is a terrible store with terrible employees and terrible customer service!!!Find another place to get your kids haircut!!!

I called and was told that we did not need an appointment....went in and the man behind the counter told us that we needed an appointment. Was not friendly about it....we had already gotten my 2yo out of the car and she was playing on the indoor play area. The whole place was empty all chairs were empty.....it was a a bad encounter and glad they didnt take us we found a better place later that day and my daughter was happy.

Atmosphere was great. Had cars to sit in and individual TVs with YouTube. The haircut was not so great. The sides weren’t blended well at all. The bangs were cut all jagged. My 2 yr old son sat very still too which was unusual for him, so we were hopeful for a nice haircut. We’ve had much better cuts when he was screaming. We went back for a redo. It was a little better, but still a subpar haircut. Manger apologized, but would not offer a discount or refund. Just said to be more clear about what you want next time.

We set an appointment. I was pleased that they confirmed early. My toddler woke up late from his nap so I tried to call and see if I needed to reschedule as well as text the number that confirmed. No one answered either method. I got there and for a small space it was pretty crowded which is disappointing. The lady at the reception seemed frazzled. Said she couldn’t accommodate us because they were too busy. Which I can’t stress enough- is FINE. But answering your phone is in an effort to avoid the drive would have been appreciated.** in response to the owner’s reply, the review isn’t because you weren’t able to accommodate- I certainly understand that I indeed was late. The review was due to the establishment being crowded up front and the staff’s failure to answer when I tried to call to avoid driving out there and be considered a “no show”. But I did get an email saying I didn’t show up, which is inaccurate.

I donated my hair for the first time and Ive never had my hair as short as I do now. I wanted a a bob cut with texture and stacked but had no idea what to ask for. Thankfully the stylist new exactly what to do and I loved it and still love it. My husband even likes it enough that he told me I should keep this style permanently

Tonight was our first time there and we will definitely be back. Making an appointment online was super easy. They took us at exactly our appointment time. The stylist was very nice and spoke directly to my son (15M) he even let her use the clippers to clean up edges. This was by far his best haircut and the best part was NO TEARS!

I did a walk in today for my son, he is really well behaved they usually take like 10-15 min. One of the ladies told me she didn’t have space and that the other one was on her lunch (very rude didn’t want to cut his hair because she was at lunch) I told her I would wait because I was going out of town and I work during the weekdays. I waited just 20 min and they were not that busy I believe they need more organization and less rudeness I have been going for 2 years probably switching places now.

On May 16th, I called to verify my appointmemt with our AMAZING and PROFFESSIONAL Stylist Niesha. A male picked up the phone which was later confirmed to be the owner. He spoke so rudely and almost lost a customer that day. I had to let him know how NASTY his attitude was and that he had the right one. He should definately take classes on basic customer service. I would never speak to any customer that way. A loyal one at that, check yourself. If I was politely reminded I wouldnt have rated your business so badly. You were recorded so dont go there. A lot of customers have complained about how rude the owner is as well.

Did you even attempted talking directly with whoever was supporting your business? Keep my money, hope you at least understand that I really feel like I did not deserve this. So looks like you are more worried about responding your earned review!I failed to press “the confirm” for an appointment, that I accept been my fault. No one waiting on sitting area. They nicely booked me for next available. Ok, then tells me to wait outside(there is no one waiting in seats). Asked them to cancel appointment and refund the prepaid card. Won’t refund. Wow, really. Keeping money you have not earned. Yeah, come up with whatever excuse you might have, covid blah blah blah. There was no one sitting down.

Awesome environment for children. My son is very hard to keep in one place for an extended amount of time but being able to sit in an airplane and watch his favorite shows really helped. His stylist had such great patience with him as she gave him an amazing hair cut. Two thumbs up!

My 1 yr old had his first haircut and it went amazing! They have a TV at every booth where you are able to select what you want to put on for them as they get their haircut. Took my son for a haircut here recently and it was our first time. The cut was good. The stylist worked quickly and seemed to have a good rapport with my son. It was very easy to get an appointment which was also nice.I gave this a 3/5 though because of their Covid handling. There were always 2 kids in chairs and at least 1 customer waiting. There was no request to social distance and one couple (both parents) were allowed to wait with their child despite the 1 adult per child rule. There is also a small playground area that kids were climbing in and I saw nobody cleaning it during the time I was there despite seeing several different children climbing in it.Maybe its my frame of reference. The place where we normally go only allows customers in during their appointment (we have to wait outside / in our car until it is time to come in and get the haircut). They require a squirt of hand sanitizer before getting in the chair.I would have gone to our normal place but we couldnt get an appointment. Well be sure to book ahead this time. I would not go back to Cookie Cutters during Covid.

I took my son to get his first haircut on 8/16/20. I cant remember the stylists name but she was AWESOME!! She got my baby boy in and out within 15 minutes and did a great job! I was worried about him being fussy and not allowing the stylist to cut his hair but she put on cartoons for him, was talking to him, and asked to give him a lollipop and he let her finish. I will definitely be taking him again.

Place is great, love the aesthetic and playground for my son, for the cut i was not listened to, and it was rushed for my sons 1st haircut.I wanted to keep the hair in the back because we are going for a mohawk mullet, and she proceeded to ask if i wanted the average every child haircut since thats what everyone does. I said no, she continued to do it anyway and just used a balm to make the hair into a mohawk after. There is no hair left on the sides or back, he received razor burn on the backside of his head (its now been 6days and still agitated) and for a 1st haircut package, all i got was a swift undesirable cut. Dont know what else you are supposed to get out of it for that high of a price.This is not his first cut, i cut his hair before at home but wanted to begin the look we wanted. I wont be coming back to this location.
