Liv at the front desk was very friendly, sweet, and professional. Alma, my message therapist, was excellent. She gave me a true deep tissue massage like I asked for and really worked on my problem areas. Great experience!

I got a massage and the therapist was good. However the experience was bad cause of the below reasons.The information that is provided at the front desk is incorrect as I was told I was told a full body massage includes the head too and my head was not touched at all. There is absolutely no coordination between the front desk and the therapist as all information and details pertaining to the type of massage provided at the time of booking and on the day of the appointment is not shared to the therapist.Moreover, the front desk advertises that it is a full 1 hour massage, while in reality it is a 50 minute massage with 5 minutes for changing of clothes before and after. I have no issues with the time, but my issue is the incorrect information and not being transparent.

It was my first ever visit to this place and can’t express enough my satisfaction with the quality of service and staff’s professionalism! A special gratitude to Helen (she did the best deep tissue firm pressure massage I’ve ever had in my lifetime) and Victoria (she paid a special attention to my skin problems and gave valuable tips on at-home skincare). I should thank my girlfriends since they gave me a birthday gift certificate specifically to this place. I already signed up as a member and can’t wait to be back! Recommend this spa retreat to anyone with my eyes closed!

Alma is the best. She is dependable and professional. I’ve been to a lot of high end salons and Alma ranks up there with the best of the best. I almost don’t want to recommend her for fear I won’t be able to get an appointment with her! Haha! Best therapist at MH at Rayford Road.

Do not get into a contract. They will not release you and try to milk every dime they can out of you. Massages are mediocre at best.

FRAUD ALERT! This location as someone mentioned before uses your debit and credit card information and charges you even after the membership was cancelled. I got out of my way to take a doctors note addressed to Massage Heights saying that I could no longer receive massage treatment and would need a physical therapist care. They said it should be fine and the membership was cancelled. After a month I notice charges from them in my credit card. I called them in the same day. They took the charge back and charged my debit card again 2 days later! I am so frustrated, they seemed very nice, but now I am very concerned with what they can do with my credit card information. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I just had an incredible massage at Massage Heights twice this week and both times I was lucky to have Daksha as my massage therapist! She is incredible and worked on areas that had been hurting for weeks and now my pain is gone!! She truly has magic hands!! Thank you massage heights for having great therapists!!

My husband and I have been going to MHs for 3 years. We like getting really deep massage and additional pointers from our therapists for stretching. Our therapists are like our trusted friends. We see Matthew and Nathan twice a month to stay healthy. The only concern that I have heard from other folks is mix-ups if you make an online appointment for couples. Easily fixed- I usually talk to a real person, and someone is always available. The ladies at the front desk do a nice job.

Nathan is such a great massage therapist. 10/10 recommend.Other massage therapists here do not really listen. They will ask what areas you’d like them to focus on and what you don’t want, but they’ll still go to areas you didn’t want anyway.I booked my husband a last minute massage for tension he was having and the therapist argued with him whenever he said he didn’t want a specific area massaged 🤦🏻‍♀️

Daniel has greatly improved my quality of life living with chronic back pain! I broke my back as a kid, so I always tried different things to get relief. The first time i Daniel worked on my back I could tell he knew what he was doing and was the best massage therapist I had ever met. I’ve been using him for two years and hope he is always around to give great massages!

I am a member at Massage Heights Spring Creek location. Every one that works at this location is friendly, professional and keep everything clean and comfortable. Matthew is my go to masseuse- amazing firm to deep tissue massage, always walk out just like out mush, which is exactly the way ya want to feel after a massage.

So easy to book online. I use their monthly program which slashes my cost. There are 10 to 12 male and female masseuses so finding the one you like with a style right for you is great. And I love that i can go at 8 pm and then come home, relax and go to bed!

Great staff, relaxing atmosphere, Helen has amazing hands! She is very thorough and compassionate as a massage therapist and caters each session individually per client! Highly recommend Spring Creek!

Wonderful spa! Really helped me out with all of my aches and pains. The massage therapist was so nice and so private and took care to all of my pinpoints needing work. She was also new and just did a spectacular job! The location was perfect as well! The inside of the spa was very neat and clean and had a really cool feel to it! I highly recommend coming here if you ever need relaxation or your knots, aches, and pains to all whisp away.

Fraud Alert! This location saves your debit card information even for a 1 time massage and uses it to charge other customers! I signed up for a membership at the Woodlands location and used a credit card. No big deal. In January, I decided to take a friend and pay for his massage portion using my debit card. He ended up signing up for a membership here at the Spring Creek location USING HIS OWN CREDIT CARD. Well, months go by and apparently his credit card expired and they were not able to get a hold of him, so instead began charging MY DEBIT CARD!!! Not being someone who religiously checks my debit card, I noticed only after 3 monthly charges had been taken from my account. I called in May after the 3rd charge, and attempted to get a hold of the manager who was the only person authorized to process any credits. After several weeks, yes WEEKS they said they would credit all 3 months. Shame on me for not checking, but after another 4 months, I had 4 MORE CHARGES to my account and realized they only gave me 2 credits from the beginning! So now I had a total of 5x $69.99 due to my checking account. I again went through this roller-coaster and the representative who picked up told me she would have the manager give me all charges due to me. After later realizing they once again only credited 2 months, they finally confessed and said they can only credit up to 60 days back!!! Why didnt they tell me this from the beginning? Also, the manager told me I would have to dispute the charges with my bank in order to get the remaining 3 credits due to me! I told them they illegally used my debit card information and they refused to care. They are a franchise and even told me there is NO CORPORATE OFFICE to call. Stay away from this location as the manager is doing anything she can to keep peoples money- even during covid in which I never stepped foot into a massage location! Unfortunately Chase bank is also only able to process 2 of the 3 refunds and has asked me to go to Massage Heights to request my refund from July!!!

I have been going to massage heights for the last couple of years with Zlata as my masseuse. I have been to many different massage places in the past and she is by far the best. She has a passion for what she does and truly cares about her clients. Many places have the masseuses push more massages and upgrades constantly which gives you the impression they just want more money. She does not do this, but instead makes recommendations based on her professional experience with honesty and is not pushy. When she does tell you to get more treatment, she will explain to you exactly why and what is going on with your body. I am very active and work out a lot and she has played a large role in keeping me healthy. She even gives me homework and always makes sure I am doing it!The place is also well kept, clean, and professional. I definitely recommend them. I have also used Tom and Mary and they are both great as well.

Rebecca was an awesome masseuse. Very details on working out my knots and working the pain out of my legs. I highly recommend her and will definitely use her for massages in the future. She uses good pressure and a lot of variety in how she massages.

Zlatta is amazing! Not only are her hands magical, she always takes the time to tell me different stretches I can do to ease the tension in the specific spots that she notices each time I come. Shes always punctual and professional, while being warm and actually caring about my health.

My husband and I have been going to this location for 2 years. Zslata is amazing. She’s the most talented and gifted massage therapists we’ve ever experienced. She can find & pinpoint the problem areas before you can even tell her what hurts. My husband is 6’4” and needs an hour & half to get a thorough massage. I take an hour and have hot stones. She remembers all of our problem areas and tells us what stretching techniques to do to help relieve the pain. Probably one of the nicest people on the planet. She’s booked solid so you need to schedule her in advance but it’s so worth it.

This review is not in regards to the therapists or the location but rather management itself. I worked there for a little less than a year and was able to get all the ins and outs of it. This job is not fair to the employees and likes to play favorites as well. Kimberly Cosgrove, the manager, would talk so horribly about not only the therapists but the front desk girls and even the guests as well. She doesn’t care about anyone other than herself and her favorites. The environment was welcoming and the therapists very nice, however Kimberly lacked so much empathy and respect that it made it hard to work there for her. When telling her I had to put in my two weeks she simply glared at me, stated “okay” and went about her business. Didn’t ask me why, didn’t ask what could be done better, didn’t do anything. Just simply said “okay”. For everything I had done for her and that company it’s sad to just get an “okay” in response. The next day she said she didn’t have enough hours to give out anymore and that I didn’t need to show up to work anymore and to return my stuff by the end of the week or that it would be deducted from my paycheck. I gave a notice not to help myself, but to help her. Obviously she didn’t want me there and was wanting me to leave a while ago. I just feel badly for the rest of the girls that have to continue to go through that.

I have been going here for the last couple years. I am super loyal to Zlata, she is the best masseuse Ive ever had. So talented at what she does and she truly cares about your well being. She also did my prenatal massages while I was pregnant which were amazing. She has many many certifications, qualifications and very knowledgeable about how the body works. She always can tell where I carry my tension and tailors the massage to that. I have also continued to go to her postpartum and dont have plans to stop. She is so great!

I scheduled a 90 massage this evening for the first time at Massage Heights, and I was highly disappointed. The front desk girls were the best part of the evening. My 90 minute massage was actually only about 80. I asked for a shoulder, neck, upper body focus and that is literally all I got. My neck skin was almost raw towards the end of the massage bc she kept doing the SAME thing over and over. At one point she left my arm hanging off the side of the bed that my hand was completely numb. She also repeatedly would pause to check her Apple Watch. Definitely not relaxing.

Zlata is Amazing! She has been my massage therapist for over 2 years. She really has a passion for her job and she cares about the well being of all her clients. I enjoy every session I have with her. I work out 4-5 days a week and typically prefer medium to hard pressure. If you are looking for a masseuse, book an appointment with Zlata and you will not be disappointed. She is worth every penny.

I will definitely be returning to this Massage Heights! I had a one hour massage with Alma and she did such a fantastic job! I feel so rejuvenated! She was attentive to my neck and shoulders since I told her that was where I had been feeling the most pain. She never did anything without asking me first. Especially when it came to the pressure! I ended up purchasing a package not because they pushed me to buy one but because I wanted to after my session! Great staff. Very friendly and approachable. Can’t wait for my next massage! I have been coming to Massage Heights at Spring Creek for more than 3 years now and I absolutely love not only this locations easy accessibility, but that the staff are always so friendly and helpful.Ive been seeing Zlata as my massage therapist for more than two years now and she is the absolute best. I dont really even want to recommend her because Id love to keep her as a hidden gem for myself, but thats really just doing her a complete disservice. Ive seen 4 or 5 therapists in the years Ive been going to this location and Zlata is by far the best, I havent actually scheduled with anyone else in the last two years - shes that good. Shes done my regular massages as well as maternity massages for the last 8 months and theyre just as good! Professional capabilities aside, she is such a wonderful, friendly and genuine person.I certainly hope this location does everything in their power to keep her around, because she is an absolute treasure.

I love the atmosphere here, it is so relaxing. The people at the front desk are amazing and super helpful. I have had a massage by two therapist, Tom and Roderick. Tom does the most amazing foot scrubs along with his massages. Rodericks techniques is one of my favorites at the retreat. Went there on my birthday and had a very bad experience and definetly would not recommend. A few things:-Booked my appointment with Lexie for deep tissue, when checked I confirmed that it was Lexie cause I’ve read that this place changes folks last minute. And that’s exactly what happened to me!!! Once I got into the room a new massage therapist walked in and said she will be doing the massage. I don’t remember her name...-The massage therapist wasn’t rude but treated me like she was doing me a favor and had an annoyed attitude. Didn’t make me feel relaxed at all.-When she was done with my massage instead of asking how I feel she started telling me how I shouldn’t have booked a deep tissue massage and that my body can’t handle it and that she only did it cause I asked. She was so annoyed and ruined my experience.-This place is not a spa. You won’t get a feeling of being pampered or treated over the top. It’s a revolving door and no personal touch.

Anna was incredible! I would 100% recommend. Great firm pressure given. She found my knots I came in for without even asking where it was. Also, gave me good tips on how to stretch certain areas.And fun to talk to (if you like to chit chat)!

Alia and Bonnie are awesome! This is a great place to get a massage there also very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. This is a good value for your money especially when massagers are such an important part of self-care. Alia always knows my name and is friendly with me and knowledgeable about the products that are in the front room. Bonnie and Aggie are terrific massage therapist. Bonnie has just the right pressure and knows a lot about bones and muscles and trigger points. She is actually helped me in to improve my health. I highly recommend Massage Heights go see Alia!

I used to patronize a competitor of this place. After less than stellar results I looked around for new massage therapists and gave Massage Heights a try and have been thoroughly impressed!I had a major problem with my neck and upper back and booked 90 minutes with Alma. After one visit I noticed a significant improvement in pain and range of motion. I have had several more sessions with Alma since and am happy to say I am more in a maintenance mode now. I have no pain, just the occasional muscle tightness that comes with being a 40-something dad chasing young kids around to play. Alma knows her stuff and in addition to her supreme ability to perform deep tissue massage, she incorporates heavy stretching in the session which I think helps a lot. I cant wait for my session tomorrow!Another great thing about Massage Heights is the staff. They are friendly and helpful and they tell you about membership packages but do not try to shove them down your throat like other places. I did end buy buying a package since I knew I had a good therapist and would be returning.Highly recommended!

I haven’t booked an appointment with anyone else since!! I’ve had a lot of massages around the world, as I spent 10 years in the military & then traveled a lot for my first job after the military. Zlata is hands down the best masseuse I’ve ever had!!

Great experience at Massage Heights - Spring Cypress. I CAN MOVE AGAIN thanks to PAUL. Went in stiff with range if motion difficulties due to tension and stress. Will be coming back after the next stressful work week. Friendly staff and clean location.

I was able to get an appointment in 30 minutes after calling. I went with a family memeber and we were both hoping to get a female. But they only had one female and one male available at the time but let us know we could schedule back to back appointments with the same woman if we wanted. I went ahead and said I would get massaged by the Male ( paul) since I did call short notice and didnt want to wait an hour till the family memeber was done. I was the one that was lucky in the situation little did I know. After the massage I tipped both massagers but when talking Im the car, come to find out the woman who massaged the family memeber did not do such a well job. My family memeber described the massage as seemed not interested in doing the massage for him... and sort of lazy massaged him which was a complete opposite of what I got. If I would of know that before, I would of combined both tips and gave it to Paul who did an amazing job! I was a little squirmish since it was my first time and since it was a male... but he took his time and I could really tell he felt parts that were stiff and tried to smooth it out and he made sure I was well covered up. He also knew I was a little nervous ( getting a full body massage) and said he understood but he did his job very well. Everything he did to one side he did to the other, so there was no uneven soreness. I dont mean to say this in a way that someone would call racism ... but the family memeber said that they thought I might of gotten a good massage because Paul is an oriental and seemed to know what he was doing versus the woman doing his massage was caucasion and lacked the effort and techniques. I am half caucasion half mexican and the father of my child is half caucasion half black... so no racism here. Anyways, after the appointment the front desk said that if I applied for a yearly membership same day of the appointment they would waive the enrollment fee of 40$ and that memeber ship massages would be 59.99 for each month ( 1 massage a month) versus non membership of 120$ original price massage. Sounded like a pretty good deal, but Im a busy mom and preschool teacher. I was lucky to finally get a massage after months of talking about getting one. It is a very clean professional place to go for relief... just wish It was more known of which workers are doing their jobs correctly . Shout out to Paul! I hope you get the credit you deserve, you do an amazing job! Thank you!

Rebecca was awesome! My experience was very relaxing. I actually made a same day booking and the staff made it happen. My experience with Rebecca was exactly what I needed. It was like she knew every single place that I was having problems without me saying a word. Ive already booked my next appointment with her. She really knows what she is doing.

My wife and I love this location. With a note that the Alden Bridge location is also amazing, this is our new home for relaxation. I usually see Erica, and my wife sees Kim C., and we are both consistently more than pleased with their skill, friendly demeanor, and attentiveness towards helping alleviating our aches, pain, and stress. The location is clean, well staffed, and it always smells great! I also have to give a nod to Alia in the reception area...I always feel like one of the regulars when she greets me and, unless the place is really busy, shes always happy to have a friendly chat while you wait for your appointment.

Husband and I went today for Valentines couple massages. And it was wonderful. They pre-interview you to see what is your areas you would like focused on more, then ask you what scent to have massaged on you. It was very serene and Amanda was very informative and professional. The two massage therapist was absolutely wonderful. I felt drunk walking out of there. Gave us water to rejuvenate and told us some other benefits of being a member without even being overly pushy. Would definitely come back here for massages.

Love this location. The reception is very friendly and always greets me by name. I have been seeing Charla for many years now and she always makes me feel amazing. It is very clean in here as well. Thank you for always making me feel relaxed and like a brand new person when I leave here.

Do NOT become a member! They will screw you in every way if you arent able to use your massages each month! You were able to share with a family member as long as you had the same physical address but they changed that and dont tell you and then charge you $200 unexpectedly! I had signed for a 1 year contract and was told I could end it at any time and that was a lie! Then I was told that I could share my massages and elevations with a family member with the same address and that was a lie! Do not sign up!

Massage Heights Spring Creek is the absolute best in customer service and the quality of therapists are beyond what you would expect for the $49.99 intro rate and $59.99 membership rate. Love the table warmers, hot stone therapy and the hydraulic tables that raise for your neck comfort and lower for your chest area for women. They thought of everything to comfort and spoil the clients :)

Great massage. My only quip is the time. I pay for a 90 minutes massage. My massage was at 10am. I arrive at 945. I am taken back to the room at 1005. I am ready and on the table in about 2 minutes. I lay on the table for about 3 or 4 minutes and wait for the therapist. Now I am already losing 10 minutes. Then my therapist stops at 1124. Of my 90 minutes massage, my actual massage time is only 75 minutes. A little disappointing. This is why I give it 3 of 5 stars. Massage is great but I didnt get what I paid for and it happens every time.

I failed to communicate my desire for deep tissue...Alia was awesome and was able to switch my masseuse last minute (not typical). Zlata is a wonderful German lady whose Father is a chiropractor and she is trained in medicinal massages. She was absolutely amazing! I am going to be so sore tomorrow but in the best way possible! She even showed me some exercises to do. I will certainly be a repeat customer. Alia showed me the membership program but was not pushy when I declined. A+ for that alone!! Great place!!

I wouldn’t give one star if I could. Waste of money, massage with Rebecca was not the best body feels no better, no recommendations no nothing and I only got 27mins out of my hour massage I paid for. Waited maybe over 20 mins to be taken to the back because of the clients that were checking out. The front desk clerk she was very nice but that’s the only good thing I can say about this visit.

The atmosphere is very soothing and calming from the scents when you enter, the smiling faces greeting you, the chilled citrus infused water and the warm neck wraps offered before your appointments. I began my membership for pain relief that my chiropractor could not seem to tackle. She kindly suggested massages to loosen my muscle tension. And from my first visit with Zlata I have never felt better! She read my history and listened to me about my areas of concern and told me I know what is wrong with you. I will take care of it. And it was taken care of. I leave each month feeling like I am floating along on a cloud. Thank You Zlata for lightening my load and giving me a better way to live...pain free!

Is any staff here left that can truly give a deep tissue massage? It does seem all the staff from over a year ago is gone & the turn around for employees seems to be high. Not good when you like a therapist and they never stay long!

I was referred to this location especially to use Zlata. Ive never regretted. Zlata is awesome massage therapist, the best Ive ever had in my life. I do deep tissues massages twice a month, feel great after them and can see the improvements in my body; my neck and back is not so intense how it used to be. I highly recommend Zlata, she is very knowledgeable and very professional. I give her 5 Stars.

I have been coming to MH spring creek for about 18 months now and am thankful to have found a gem with Lexie. She is definitely my goto therapist. I appreciate that she works with me to meet my needs, addressing my persistent muscle knots in upper back and working on improving my limited flexibility in lower limbs. She does a great job making the massage a relaxing experience. The benefits of her massages extend into my day-to-day wellness and appreciate all the hard work she puts in.

Professional, clean facility. Therapist did a wonderful job and focused on the areas I asked. Massage was very relaxing. Front desk did try to sell the membership but did not over push when I said no thank you. Front desk staff was very friendly.

I love this place! Equipment is awesome and state of the art. The therapists are skilled and professional and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I have recommended it to several people and will continue to do so. Very glad they are so close by!

I had a facial by Beth a while back & am just getting around to writing a review. It was so relaxing and I saw immediate results! If youre looking for an amazing aesthetician, Beth is your girl! She is phenomenal! I highly recommend seeing her and visiting this location, you wont be disappointed!

My first getting a massage, awesome environment very warm welcoming. Loved my therapist Mary! She was very careful and knew what she was doing definitely going again.

Showed up to the wrong location. Called this location to let them know I’d be 30 min late and asked if it would be ok if I showed up late. Was never told that we wouldn’t get the full hour. By the time we filled out paperwork we only ended up getting a 30 min massage and paid full price. Wish we were told before driving across town that our massage wouldn’t of lasted a whole hour.

Zlata is the very best medical massage therapist Ive ever been to! Her skills are absolutely phenomenal, as she takes the time to understand your bodys needs and gets to know what works best to work out your concern areas. Shes educational and genuinely interested in helping her clients. I have NEVER been sucked into a Massage membership until now with Zlata!!

Massage therapist Jayde provides the best deep tissue massage I have ever had! Truly restorative! I have been to this facility several times and every experience has been exceptional!

UPDATE: Ive been going here about 3-4 years now. Daniel is AMAZING! I have some bad health issues physically and have done physical therapy and with my massages it helped me heal faster! When I am not moving right I use him and my chiropractor. It might hurt for a little while but then I can move like there is no tomorrow!!!I have gone here at the suggestion of a friend who attends regularly. She uses Alma as her massage therapist. Ive tried 3 therapists out. The first two guys eye what I consider soft to light medium. The last person who massaged me was Daniel. He did deep tissue and he got deep down to the stuff holding me hostage in pain. Granted it hurts quite a bit but the afterwards of being able to move my neck better & my hips which both have chronic issues.I did my first facial Monday and it was a hydro facial I think they called it. It felt so great and after I had little redness, with very soft skin & felt great. The girl explained everything which was awesome since Id never had one!I highly recommend this Massage Heights! They stay extremely clean and are always curtious. I bought a package on sale over mothers day. It was a good deal and I have a reason to go because theyre paid for with my package.

This is the best location for anyone near Riley Fuzzel! The owner is amazing and both masseuse Ive used have been phenomenal...use Aggie for deep tissue! I am so thankful to have another option in our area and I must say its way better than the alternative. The price is right and I have been once a week since the day they opened, love the convenience and the staff!

I had my first massage about two weeks ago and am scheduled to go back again today for another session. The staff at Massage Heights are warm and welcoming and very friendly. The massage therapist that I had was great as well. I love the convenient location and the spa-like experience.

This location is by far my favorite one. This massage heights always greets me with a warm smile and positive attitude. I always get offered cucumber water and a heated shoulder wrap upon checking in. The tables also have adjustable breast plates which has made such a difference compared to other massages I’ve had without. Tom is my go to massage therapist and is always taking care of my neck and shoulder issues. He does amazing trigger point and reflexology. I’ve also been getting HydraFacials regularly at least once a month & I’ve noticed a huge difference in my overall skin appearance. I deal with hormonal acne and hyperpigmentation and my esthetician Charla always customizes my sessions based on what I need that day.

I never feel better then when I walk out of an appointment with Zalata!

Wow! Had my first massage at the new location today with Kimberly!! Shes absolutely amazing!!!! Shes so knowledgable and truly loves her job as a therapist!!! The new Retreat is warm and cozy!!! Customer service is their number priority and you can feel it when you walk in the door!!!! Cant wait for my next massage of facial!!

Siri at Massage Heights Spring Creek is absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond to give you a truly relaxing therapeutic massage but she can also get those deep knots if you dare. Siri can also really stretch you like a pretzel if you can take it! Massage Heights Spring Creek and their staff are all outstanding people. Keep up the good work.
