My masseuse was Nancy. I went in there sore, tired, mentally and physically! We recently relocated and are still unpacking and arranging our home.I could barely move around these past few weeks.Nancy changed that with a medium touch massage. I was SO relaxed I almost dozed off.She wasnt aggressive, the ambiance and smell was perfect. She made certain I was comfortable the entire time. She touched on all the areas that were giving me discomfort and it felt fantastic!I have had many a massages but This has got to be the best ever. I left out of there feeling like a new person without a care in the world! Nancy is AMAZING! I only regret I couldnt tip her more. I immediately booked her for my husband!Thanks Nancy!!

This location is amazing. Ive worked with other Massage Heights locations over Houston and the Spring branch is the best one so far. The staff are personable, fun to talk to, and always go above and beyond to assist. Shout out to Callie, Ethan, and Haley for being super awesome!!!The therapists at this location are stellar as well. Ive had sessions with Nicole, Wendy, and Tim. Theyre all skilled, knowledgeable, and they tailor the sessions based on my needs and issues. Ive since brought my boyfriend over to this location, and he loves it as well.

Hannah is the most incredible massage therapist I have ever had. Not only is she the most talented as far as skill set- but she is detail oriented and keeps notes. She knows everything about where I hold tension in my body and she always has a plan for our next session. God truly gave her a gift of healing. Everyone in the reception area that checks me in and out are wonderful, kind and thoughtful. I really love this place and I’m so happy I got a membership! I look forward to my monthly visits. One thing is for sure- if there were more therapists like Hannah, the world would be a better place. I just feel blessed that I found her! She is amazing!

Ive been going to Massage Heights at spring town Center since it opened. They have friendly staff and offer excellent massage services, I personally get deep tissue for my sports injuries but they other others services too. They also accept FSA/HSA too!

I had the most amazing massage and my shoulder that has been giving me so many problems due to a lot of computer work felt so much better. Corey did an excellent job of listening to my specific issues and zeroed in on them very well. He also performed several stretches on my back, shoulders, neck, and arms that all loosened up the tension. He was very professional and knowledgeable. My husband sees a different massage therapist there and his posture and back have drastically changed in the last few months of consistent appointments. I would highly recommend this massage heights location as I have always received excellent service and think the shop is very clean and well run.

Cory is a fabulous deep tissue therapist. He is a very professional and knowledgeable therapist. Recommended him to my brother who also had very good things to say about him. The reception staff are awesome and very friendly. Been at this location for over 7 years and the place is always very clean. They are highly recommended.

Everyone was very professional, very friendly and helpful. It was my first massage, by doctors orders, and Rebekah was very friendly and made the experience feel normal and comfortable. The back pain I was experiencing when I went in was gone the next morning. I still do not like massages, but if the doctor orders me to do this again, I will return to this location.

Treated myself using HSA money. I had a facial with microdermabrasion. Staff was friendly. Facility was clean and neat. The facial was awesome. It was a full hour and well worth it! I highly recommend and will be going back.

Last week I had a 90 minute session with Rebecca. She is a great therapist. I would highly recommend her. In addition the owner does everything she can to work with you. This place is well run. The front desk girl was very friendly too.

LOVE this location! Felicia and Ryan are my favorites for deep tissue massages. They balance the relaxation of a massage with working out my knots (ouch) and I always leave feeling better. I recently started with facials. My first one was okay and I actually broke out afterwards, but the second one was GREAT and it cleared up my breakout completely. I cant remember her name, unfortunately, but she had dreads and was so sweet. The front desk is always welcoming and accommodating.

Paying for 60’ minutes and received 50’ massage?! They say the rest of 10’ is undressing and dressing... bad deal. Massage quality: meuh...

I have been a member for years and have been very happy with the service I have received here. The desk staff are polite and helpful. Definitely talk to them about what you like in a massage (relaxing, working out knots, pressure etc) and they can make suggestions of who to see. The atmosphere is relaxing and calm, and the rooms are comfortable.

Zlata is the most gifted massage therapist I’ve ever had. She targets those areas that need work but not to the point that it’s painful. She really cares about your wellness and has shown me several stretches to do to help with problem areas between massages. I can’t say enough about how amazing she is. My husband goes to her also every 2 weeks. Has made an incredible difference with his back and muscles around his knee replacement. Staff is great & they remember me when I walk in. Very pleased with the entire experience.

Good massage, but the massage therapist ran through the salesman spiel the entire time trying to get me into a monthly membership, and talked through the entire thing. They already try to upsell you at the beginning and end, you shouldnt have to hear it through your entire massage. Bad way to convince me to come back. But the massage was good.

This Massage Heights location is one of the most UNPROFESSIONAL locations! They seem unable to schedule appointments in a timely manner and to KEEP that scheduled appointment.In addition, the reception staff wants to argue about the appointment.In my opinion this Massage Heights doesnt really care about their clients and seemed focused only on their fees.Based in their unprofessional deminors and their seemingly inability to keep scheduled appointment I cannot recommend this Massage Heights location their management or staff.I suggest you consider other Massage setting who might provide professional services.I would never use Massage Heights in Spring ever again.In addition this is NOT the first time they have not followed up on keeping scheduled appointment, actually its 4 times of unprofessional behaviors.

As the result of an auto accident 10 weeks ago, wherein my knees took a direct blow from an airbag, I had knee surgery two days before Easter to repair a torn meniscus. I was non-weight bearing on that leg for 6 week, so Ive only been weight bearing on that leg for a little over two weeks now. And Ive been in a lot of pain from muscle tightness, scar tissue, nerve damage, and a massive trigger point in near my hip flexor, which has been charlie horsing 7-9 times/ day! Ive been depressed and frustrated, having a difficult time seeing when I would be walking normally again, let alone reengaging in my active lifestyle- even with physical therapy twice a week. In walking, Ive got to think about every single step- and it HURTS! But then along came Nicole. She dug into my trigger points, scar tissue, and all the mess that has been locking up my hip and knee, & upon leaving, I almost walked straight for the first time since the accident. Today, I am still feeling loser and more confident that Ive crossed over the hump, as it were, towards rehabbing this knee, overcoming both the effects of the wreck and the surgery. At my 12 week post-op visit on June 29, I think I will very likely be skipping! Thank you, Nicole!

I dont ever make reviews because I am not the type of person to vent my opinion but I felt that I needed to comment on their poor customer service. I have been a loyal customer for years but Massage Heights does not value loyalty despite a competitive market these days. They have created policies that are unforgiving and will not hesitate to penalize you for everything. Their policies are structured in such a way that they will squeeze money out of you in any angle they can and say its our policy. Seeing how this company treats their customers, I am not surprised that they have a difficult time keeping staff. I have constantly seen new faces every time I go in, from the front desk person to the therapists. Bottom line, they do not value ANYONE besides themselves and their money. Make your own opinion just be aware what you are getting yourself into when you sign the contract and decide to be a member at Massage Heights.

They require credit card number to make a reservation for first time just in case you drop out, Im understand that, people dont feel so comfortable share that information with through the phone, specially they never went there before.2. They didn not ask how kin of massage you want, they assume you want 60 mins, which is weird. So they can get more money I guess.3.when we ready to pay, she ask us how much tips we want, also mention normally people pay $10-20 dollars for $50 dollars service. Which is reasonable, and the she print out the receipt and write the tips and total on top, only thing you miss is sign my name. I will be happy to pay that, but you shouldnt just do that, which is rude. You dont go a restaurant, and let the waiter/waiters to write how much tips on the receipts. That customer privacy and not yours.All these things already make a bad impression of my fist time visit, otherwise I would give you guys five star.Thank you guys.
