I contacted Choice Limousine to celebrate my Birthday with a Limo ride to a special restaurant, along with my family (6 of us :-). What a wonderful experience...... Our driver Eric, was simply amazing! Arriving promptly and displaying a sense of professionalism mixed with a touch of charm. He was truly a kind and thoughtful man. Not only did he himself contact the restaurants owner to express our being behind schedule due to traffic (totally beyond his control), he also suggested an Ice Cream spot, which we did visit and it too was wonderful. We were allowed to play music via bluetooth, which was soooo much fun. Even Eric bopped his head to some of our favorites. Overall, I would choose Choice Limousines again, however, Im pretty sure I would request Eric as our driver.....we ALL enjoyed our ride and our driver. I wanted to take a lady to dinner and to see the Christmas lights and Sheila was great on helping me, from out of state, to set this up and recommended several restaurants which the one we chose proved to be great. Our driver also was great and in spite of a storm and torrential rain took us to see some great lights and made the whole experience that much greater. I recommend them.

I recently used Entertainment Limousines for my wedding. The vehicle provided was excellent and I had no complaints. But even better than this was their service! They have an excellent staff and made my day very special for me and my husband and our families! We used this company for our anniversary dinner and date. I was surprised with the professionalism, timeliness, and hospitality they had to offer. Just wanted to give choice Limousines a cudoes in how well we was taking care of!Shelia was excellent in exspaining to me everything I needed to know. Was also very polite! She didnt make me feel like I was just another customer. Me, having my own business knows how important that is to my customers as well. Sheila, who made our reservations, and Joseph, our driver, made a 25th wedding anniversary special and I want to thank them and the good folks at Choice Limousines for exceeding our expectations and being so customer oriented. I recommend Choice Limousines without hesitation and will use them again!

It is unfortunate that I write this BAD review. I contracted a party bus with Entertainment Limousines for a 9 hour trip. I reviewed the fleet of which they advertise on their web site. This was NOT a last minute contract. When the bus arrived it was not even close to any of the fleet busses they have on their web site. We did mention this to the driver but his reaction was this is the bus they had him drive. Not wanting to put damper on the party we started our trip. The following Monday I phoned the office and was NOT allowed to speak with a mgr. but had to tell my story to a phone answer person. She informed me they would get back with me but that has failed. My advise is DONT LEASE FROM THIS COMPANY they will give you whatever they want not what they advertise on their site.

I had written a previous review due to a clerical error and Entertainment sending the wrong bus out for service for my clients. I have to say the owner/manager, David, called the next day to resolve the situation. I am revising my review due to the simple fact that they cared enough to be truthful about a human error and resolved the conflict. Thank you Entertainment Limousines.
