My grandfather using this service because he is almost blind and can’t drive anymore. I strongly dislike that now a live person does not pick up, a person like my grandfather can not see the phone to use the app or enter a number just to speak to someone. So if we are at work and he would like to go somewhere he has to call us so we can order him a cab.
