AC continued to automatically go off. Come to find out the pan was not draining and the backup of water caused it automatic kickoff to occur lines needed to be cleaned out service was excellent very hot and difficult conditions technician was professional and thorough and the arranging and scheduling was excellent I was very busy at the time of the need and the scheduling department set three times for me with no problems are additional charges was so pleased with the price I was able to give a very good tip to the technician. Could not have asked for more professional service.

David came to see why my a/c wasnt cooling.He was on time, very professional. I thought it just needed freon, but not the case. The freon was good. He found the problem. Since the unit was only 5 yrs old, he called manufacturer, found out it was still under warranty & replaced it for $100 off the part. He could have told me it needed freon when it didnt since I didnt go outside to the unit with him.He explained the program for maintenance. I was very pleased. I will be sure to tell friends about the great service from Champion Forest A/C!!

I called this company for repairs on my a/c unit and a technician came, charge me for an estimate. Now that I want to do the repair, they said that I need to replace the whole unit because is to old. They should learn how to comunicate better and stop trying to get the most money out of people. I am really disappointed with thias company. What a waste of time.

Our air conditioner stopped cooling yesterday evening. Called Royal Air first only because they were the ones who my insurance had come out when we needed a whole new HVAC system in 2018. I called at 8:06 this morning and was told I was the 2nd in line, then the first and then after about 10 mins, was asked to leave a message and they’d get back to me.... I then called Champion, spoke to a representative immediately and then received a call from the on call tech, Chris. He came out and had my AC fixed, I paid and we still made it to 11 o’clock church service! I had everything done by 10:30 this morning! Fast, professional and I’m STILL waiting on Royal Air to call me back... lol!

No one ever wants to call a A/C and Heating company. It usually means you have a problem and you are about to spend money. Whenever i call Champion Forest A/C and Heating i know with confidence that my issue will be treated promptly and professionally. I had an issue with my heating unit. Paul was out on time and did a great job. He gave me a price range for the work based on how long it would take him to install the part. When does it ever come out on the lower end of the estimate!!!!! I have used them for years and will always call them when needed.

David Escamilla is an amazing tech. He was punctual and clean cut. He took his time to explain everything that needed to be done to repair my ac and went over all my options. He gave upfront pricing. Outstanding, honest and fair service. Another local company tried to get me to pay $1300 to fix my a/c. Their “repair” would not have solved the issue. Paul with Champion Forest AC came out and after going above and beyond to find out the issue, my home is cool again and it was an easy repair that cost less than $100 in and out of the house! Trustworthy company with experienced techs.EDIT:We had an issue during COVID with a unit not functioning - we called in mid-day and had a tech out to fix the problem within a few hours.The tech was very professional, walked through recommended options (repair vs replace) and associated costs. He was prepared, professional, and punctual. HIGHLY recommend this company; weve used this company 4 times on separate issues over a few years and each time the technician has exceeded our expectations.

We got several in home estimates and knew immediately we wanted Chapuon Forest to be our guys. We have 2 AC units and both needed replaced. They went over several options and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. They came to do the work the next week.. (it wasn’t an emergency). We use Champion Forest at my work, Trinity Episcopal Church The Woodlands, and they are amazing! David is usually dispatched and is always professional, knowledgeable, and hard working, and the same goes for the res of the crew. My family moved into our home about five years ago. Since then we have had Champion Forest A/C & Heating send out their skilled technicians for repairs and checkups four times. With every visit they have explained to us any issues they found and made sure we understood before moving forward. Awesome experience. We came home on a Sunday evening to no air. Called our regular guy and he had nothing for me. Called Champion Forest and Dean arrived in 30 minutes. It was a water regulator in the attic. Fixed the issue and only charged me a service call. Had a 2nd issue this week, called the regular guy and he had no appoints available. Called Champions again and they came right out and found a leaky hole in the plenum box that was dumping hot air from the attic. Repaired it and only charged me the service call...... I have a NEW regular guy now. Very dependable, courteous and professional people. Prices are very reasonable in a world of thieves.

This company is awesome. I tried a couple of other companies (both of whom have repetitive TV commercials and one of whom I have used before) yesterday and earlier. Honestly, this was the 3rd company I tried this time, but theyll be first next time. Dispatch was very professional on the phone and responsive. They had a cancellation and moved me up on the calendar. Tom was exceptionally professional and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need: he fixed the issue after explaining it in easy to understand words. and the cost was affordable. I will use them again.

We were in a pickle when our AC went out and I found out that the company that our builder used had JUST went out of business. (I couldt make this up). I found Champion Forest AC online and decided to give them a call, upon reading the positive reviews. The owner called me because I had some concerns, after already making the appointment (wanted to make sure we got the right services). I appreciated that he called to walk me through the process. The technician David was phenomenal, he spent 4 hours in our hot attic to ensure that the work was done right. I recommend this company because of their thorough work, integrity and fair pricing!

My wife is picky. She picked me after all, but thats beside the point. She raved about the service from CFAC and thats rare. Our technician, Tom, found issues that were missed and, in some cases, created by our former service company. He even stopped by to follow up on his way home to make sure everything was working alright. I cant say enough about the great service.

I have had two very positive experiences with Champion Forest A/C & Heating. Most recently I called them early morning after our A/C wasnt operating downstairs the night before - their technicians David & Manuel arrived by 1pm that afternoon! They quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty thermostat and had several replacement options available in their truck - they were in and out in 90 minutes and we now have consistent A/C blowing while we sleep. Needed a replacement for the 5+ year undersized Lennox that came with our house. Ended up with a state of the art Trane system at a great price and in house financing. Also had it installed in less than a week! Would recommend for any air conditioning job!

Wow...This company is awesome! I had my air conditioning unit stop blowing cold air last week while I was work, needless to say my fiancé was not very happy when she called me. I called around to a few companies and everyone told me I needed to replace my entire air conditioning system, which apparently meant the attic unit too. This company was the only company to tell me I needed to replace my outside unit only. The technician (even though a young man), was very informative and thorough and explained to me that I had a leak. After getting me temporarily cooling for the day/night, came out the next morning and replaced my outside unit in about 2-3 hours. For half the cost of what every company wanted to charge me, he fixed my unit and got my fiancé and I comfortable. We havent had any issues since. You cant put a price on honesty these days, Ill be using them from now on.

I had the A/C go out while house sitting for my parents. They worked with my busy work schedule and let me set up a late afternoon appointment. When the technician arrived it only took about 30-35 minutes to diagnose the problem being a bad board. He told me what I needed and after looking up some prices for the parts online decided their offer was very reasonable. After giving the go ahead the technician left to get the board, returned, and replaced it in the A/C unit in only about an hour. Everything has been working fine since then. With the summer coming up im sure my parents are glad to know everything is taken care of. Heaven forbid anything happens to their air conditioning again, I know who im telling them to call!

Terrible AC company! The manager is rude and will over charge you for services. They came to my house on three different occasions for the same problem and our AC still isnt fixed. We could have bought a new ac unit by now with the money spent. Stay away and choose another company.
